The recharge amount was for 70 rupees through uninor website. After few hour I tried to get the same number recharged from demo mobile number from a retailer. Amount was deducted but I did not get any recharge amount....

Disconnect the mobile sim without preintimation

I Purchased the Uninor Sim ([protected])from Local dealer in Margao 12th Aug, Document(ID Proof), photograph were given same day. Sim got activated on 14th Aug. after 8 days of working, Services were stopped. I Went to Local dealer, he asked me to complaint it to customer care. I Called and got instruction to resubmit my document to same local dealer. next day i Delivered my document and a photograph, he said after 3 days it will get back...

But recharge was not successful. And money also was not returned to my account. I had lodged complaint with company care dept by email. Also i had furnished my bank account details with email. But till date company has not returned my money to my account....
