My Uninor no. is [protected] taken in Aug.2015. Initially, it was working satisfactory but after 2-3 days, some unwanted messages / deductions were started.
On[protected], I had given request for DnD & request no.was given me[protected]. That time it was indicted by UNINOR that after[protected], the DnD service will be activated.
Mean time I have not used this SIM for talk time. Only net data is used. Today on[protected], I have gone for a recharge of 20/-. after 15 minutes of recharge, company has deducted Rs 15/- ( For some automatic activation of "Bidding Mania" which was not activated by me). Afterward, i have contacted with Customer -Care & again the representative had given a new no for DnD ?? i.e.[protected] . When I have asked refund for the unwanted deduction, C.C. Rep. has cut the line.
Even I have tried to get a direct contact no.o[censored]NINOR Rep. WEST UP from UNINOR STORE in Dehradun (Anshu Telecom- [protected] / [protected]) but failed.
I am regular user of VODAFON since last 8 years & now plan to switchover to UNINOR. but getting the worst experience form UNINOR, I am afraid .
Kindly, look into the matter & resolve my issue.

My new Uninor connection ([protected]) is not activated, Today I verified details with on call to 59059, they told me, Ur Sim will activate in 15 min and then call 123 and selected the language option, then my sim will activate. But it is not allowing me to make call on 123. it says your prepaid account is not activated. so how can i activate my sim? Please activate is as soon as possible. Thanks and Regards.
