    Dear sir, on 16-9-15, rs. 200 has been deducted from my balance . Many times i call and complaint to customer care but there is no any positive response from your side. I am using your services from more than 5 years in spite of network problem but this type of problem i faced second time .       Transaction Number:[protected] | Transaction Amount: INR 70.00 The above rechage for the mobile number [protected] on[protected] was not success. The recharge amount was for 70 rupees through uninor website. After few hour I tried to get the same number recharged from demo mobile number from a retailer. Amount was deducted but I did not get any recharge amount.

        I got a msg from uninor service on your number have one offer recharge with stv 29 and you get offer benefits plus Rs.29 talk time. so i am recharge with stv29 but i am not get Rs.29 free talktime but instead of free talk time that company give free local 5000 sec. I am not satisfy this offer. so i talk to compliant service center 198 but he talk to me very rudely and he says on your number same stv 29 have two offers 5000 sec free and Rs.29 talk time free. so this type offer gives every consumer loss and mobile service providers profits. my mobile number is [protected]. i give photos of offers giving and sms of offer

But it is not allowing me to make call on 123. it says your prepaid account is not activated. so how can i activate my sim? Please activate is as soon as possible.

                Uninor are using ID proof of innocent persons for Illegal and Anti- Social Activities Issuing Sim cards for Anti- Social persons. So beware and file Police complaint.

That i[censored] recharge with 8rs..den you will get all local calls 25paise/min for 90 days...den i recharged with 8rs in same day...but i couldn't get all benefit of this offer...means I get 25paise/min all calls for only 3 days validity...but actual benefit validity of this offer is 90days according to that massage, which was sent from UB-650001... Sir plz help me..n give me full validity 90 days of this offer..I hope u must solve my complaints...thnku sir...

                                Hi Store keeper named Durga in Uninor store in Balanagar hyderabad has collected multiple address proofs and photograps saying that previous were not clear. This is making to suspect that he may be taking extra sims on my proofs and misusing it.                                 Uninor are fooling people, They are using Innocent persons ID and Photos for Antisocial Activity. They are selling Sim Cards for Anti Social Persons at higher rates

                                    I Purchased the Uninor Sim ([protected])from Local dealer in Margao 12th Aug, Document(ID Proof), photograph were given same day. Sim got activated on 14th Aug. after 8 days of working, Services were stopped. I Went to Local dealer, he asked me to complaint it to customer care. I Called and got instruction to resubmit my document to same local dealer. next day i Delivered my document and a photograph, he said after 3 days it will get back in service, I waited for a week and checked. on 25th Aug I Got a call on my alternate no from Local distributor that they received my document, sim will get active next day. Waited for 3 days, again called back same no, response was very bad saying you have not done initial verification and all other stuff. Every 3rd day i called that local customer care, they said next day it will get active. I was asked immediately Recharge and sim will get active.Did same as told but no result. Yesterday I finally visited That Local customer Care at Colva Goa. Uninor Rep said Today it will get active, So far still not active. Really disappointed with Such kind of Services.

                                    It is One Month today and My sim is still blocked by Uninor, Other day i.e on 10 sep I had called Uninor rep in Colva, Goa person called Bari at his no [protected] Asked him why my number is still not active, He said document is sent to Local dealer for their stamp, Sim will get active next day before 4.00 pm. I told him everyday you gave me excuses which are different and I doubt now that you have used my two sets of document for Illegal Activities, May be getting Simcard for Anti social persons for better rate, warned him that I 'm going to such file Police complaint against them, . He responded that how nicely himself is talking and telling the reasons, which i should accept as Favor from him. I feel that such persons are kept by Uninor to talk and Not assist customers. Today I really doubt that UNINOR is occupying the Documents from Innocent persons and Assist Anti social persons for getting Local sim cards.
                                    I want my documents back from uninor. I need response from Uninor. Pl treat as my Official complaint.
                                    Otherwise I will have to approach Local Police for getting my documents back.

                                      On 17 Aug 2015 i have recharged online from uninor.in website for Rs 17/- for mobile no. [protected] (payment gateway id[protected]. money was debited from my sbi saving account. But recharge was not successful. And money also was not returned to my account. I had lodged complaint with company care dept by email. Also i had furnished my bank account details with email. But till date company has not returned my money to my account.

                                        My Uninor no. is [protected] taken in Aug.2015. Initially, it was working satisfactory but after 2-3 days, some unwanted messages / deductions were started. On[protected], I had given request for DnD & request no.was given me[protected]. That time it was indicted by UNINOR that after[protected], the DnD service will be activated. Mean time I have not used this SIM for talk time. Only net data is used. Today on[protected], I have gone for a recharge of 20/-. after 15 minutes of recharge, company has deducted Rs 15/- ( For some automatic activation of "Bidding Mania" which was not activated by me). Afterward, i have contacted with Customer -Care & again the representative had given a new no for DnD ?? i.e.[protected] . When I have asked refund for the unwanted deduction, C.C. Rep. has cut the line. Even I have tried to get a direct contact no.o[censored]NINOR Rep. WEST UP from UNINOR STORE in Dehradun (Anshu Telecom- [protected] / [protected]) but failed. I am regular user of VODAFON since last 8 years & now plan to switchover to UNINOR. but getting the worst experience form UNINOR, I am afraid . Kindly, look into the matter & resolve my issue.
