Uninor / Telenor — net speed provided for 3g telenor | |||
I have an issue of net connectivity. There is a problem when i surf online any website or app.in case of downloading it provide a speed of about 60 kbps. But in surfing of any website or app it fall down to 0kbps. I am using redmi note 4 and telenor sim is in slot 2. I complain to consumer helpline number he advised me to use the sim in slot 1. Telenor mislead me (mobile no.[protected]) through sms via third party. I received msg through telenor that I got 4gb free 4g data on my mobile no. When I try to avail that, they deduct my balance. Then I registered my complain to costumer care they replied no msg was sent to u. Clearly case of misusing my personal information to third party
