Irctc refund my amount but the amount in not reflectd in my account kindly look into the matter......

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that i had deposited my cash in CDM machine on dated 20/01/2021, 16:02 at Asharwa Branch.
But i found an issue and my cash of rs.6500 not deposited in my account. Regarding this i have been already inform to branch with hard copy of application.

Refund of an amount of Rs 1347 is due from amazon. They have claimed to refund yet I haven't received any refund yet. Please look into the matter...
