I did a payment of Rs. 1480/- on Amazon ecommerce site on 15th March 2021 but it's failed but the money is debited from my account. I didn't get the refund in My account as on 23/3/2021. As per the RBI guideline money should be refunded within 72 Hours. My number is [protected] My email address : [protected]@nic.in. Transaction ID is[protected].

      I had withdrawn money from Union Bank of India ATM on 20/03/2021 due to which I deducted Rs 330 from my account And sent me a kiss, but if I get money due to my account in Prabi, then I did not understand what the charge was Therefore, please solve my problem, I tried to contact costumer care but if I did not call, please solve my problem ..

            Sir,
            I have ordered a earphone from Amazon on (08/03/2021). I have received my order on (13/03/2021). But I have not received my Refund.

            Amazon initiated the refund on (15/03/2021) and it was expected to come to me on ( 19/03/2021).

            Amazon gave me the reference id (30005410751067157605273) but the bank ( Union Bank of India ) bank has still not credited my money . The amount is Rs.(1999) .

            This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                Greetings!

                I held a Savings Account ([protected]) and Bank locker (locker #64) with Union Bank Of India, West Tambaram Branch, Chennai 600045. I recently on Mon, 01st March 2021 formally surrendered the bank locker to the branch and requested for refund of deposit and credit back of the remaining prorated charges (Rs. 4956/- deducted as locker charges on 19 & 20th Jan 2021 for the period from Jan - Dec 2021) to my savings account. The branch managers/executives said the refund will not be processed as bank policies have changed.

                Subsequently, I wrote to [protected]@UNIONBANKOFINDIA.COM on the same on 16th Mar requesting to refund the initial deposit and the pro-rated charges but there was no response from their end yet.

                I'm writing to you to request to kindly intervene in the matter and get the relevant refund amounts (Initial locker deposit and prorated charges for this calendar year) from Union Bank of India credited to my savings a/c # [protected] now being held at East Tambaram branch, Chennai 600059.

                  Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                  I have applied for ipo and received mandate request for two lots and as soon as i approved the mandate request it shows that your request have been rejected but amount got blocked.
                  This is the 3rd time in one month that without successful request amount got blocked and have to wait for 21days to get our amount.
                  In case of successful request i received my amount on allotment date if not got shares but in case o[censored]nsuccessful request i have to wait for 21 days and cannot make a fresh application, (is it the right practice to block the amount without any successful mandate request)
                  After that i have cancelled my ipo application but still amount will remaining block for 21days.
                  And i have tried to contact to union bank ASBA and they have not picked my phone at once in one month and also not replying to the email although i have sent 3 reminder also.

                  I request you please assist me since i am a very small investors and have only that much money to invest.

                    Sir,
                    I pleased to inform you that in Union Bank of India Chennai ashok nagar branch ifsc code UBIN0545023 for more than 2 months passbook machine is not functioning. When I spokes to branch manager he stated that he doesn't know when the Machine will work due to some part to be replaced. I couldn't understand why a stand by machine or a new Machine is not installed. Passbook is essential for the customer. Please do the needful to make the machine function.
                    Awaiting for the positive response at the earliest. Already mail send to branch, customer care, rbi, chief general manager, regional office. No response

                      I was trying to withdraw money of 10000 rupees from atm.no cash came out of the ATM even after choosing all the necessary options. How ever I received an statement regarding the deduction of amount from my account at 4:00 pm on 17/3/2021...I again checked on the transaction clearly the debited amount was only reflecting but there was no reversal...please give my 10000 money back asap.

                        I have applied for an IPO and set auto-pay using Union Bank account ( phone pay ), the transaction got failed due to technical isue with bank, now the amount (14950) is showing as lien amount in my account. How can I unblock that amount. Please help me.

                                Bought a product from amazon worth inr 499 on 14th feb 2021, but cancelled order the very next day. Amazon shared the refund reference no./rr no. Via email on 20th of feb.

                                But this amount credit didn't reflect in my statement. I emailed union bank customer care but no response. Finally i somehow managed to connect to their call center, i shared this issue and was given a complaint no. On 26th feb, but till date this issue lying unresolved. It is really difficult to get in touch with their support staff. Very dissatisfied with their services;

                                    On date . 03/01/2021 I was trying to make an online payment of Rs 1980 for the purpose of Bill Payment But, the transaction couldn't be completed due to technical issues The mode of payment used was.

                                    i had complaint union bank customer service many time and they told me Amount transfer to marchent account but marchent gujarat gas bill payment don, t received my bill payment after two month i have not find my amount transection fail issue Bheem bill payment for gujarat gas.

On verification of account statement there is a debit of rs.295.00 charged in my account on 12/3/2021 in this regard, i have to inform you that the transaction was not related to me. Hence i would like to know the full details of the said transaction which was not related to me. Also, i would like to know why such unauthorised debits are raised without customer knowledge and who is responsible for such malpractices. Please give your full details in this regard.

                                        Also i request you to reverse the extraneous entry dated 12/3/2021 of rs.295/- together with interest at the earliest under advice to me.
