Greetings!
I held a Savings Account ([protected]) and Bank locker (locker #64) with Union Bank Of India, West Tambaram Branch, Chennai 600045. I recently on Mon, 01st March 2021 formally surrendered the bank locker to the branch and requested for refund of deposit and credit back of the remaining prorated charges (Rs. 4956/- deducted as locker charges on 19 & 20th Jan 2021 for the period from Jan - Dec 2021) to my savings account. The branch managers/executives said the refund will not be processed as bank policies have changed.
Subsequently, I wrote to [protected]@UNIONBANKOFINDIA.COM on the same on 16th Mar requesting to refund the initial deposit and the pro-rated charges but there was no response from their end yet.
I'm writing to you to request to kindly intervene in the matter and get the relevant refund amounts (Initial locker deposit and prorated charges for this calendar year) from Union Bank of India credited to my savings a/c # [protected] now being held at East Tambaram branch, Chennai 600059.

Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Also i request you to reverse the extraneous entry dated 1/7/2023 of rs.295/- together with inte7est at the earliest under advice to me.
