Some one as open new account in one of your branch.
I found it via gas agency where my gas subsidy is getting transferred to that account.
I want to know how corresponding branch is so negligent to do, if someone
Came up with other details.
Is this the security/assurance provided to your customers??
I complaint to uboi protral complaint column too, but not response.
Even mail to the nodal office, no reply.
This the most weird every gone through not responding to the emails for query.

    My accont number is [protected] in Union Bank of India.last month i order some products through Shopclue but according to some problems i cancelled the order but the refundable amount not recieved to me till now worth 355 rupees.aprart from that there are other same two pending refunds worth 258 and 291 which not have been refundee till now.bank says that the money have been refunded as per statement but when i calculate all the money in the statement i dont find any refunded amount...its cheating from the bank.

      Respected authorities,
      On the date 6 march, 2019 when i sent money through upi for an exam application transaction failed in website:rrbbhuweneshwar, but i received a message from bank that rs.500 debited from your account through debit swipe and not made a refund of deduced amount till the date. I complained any were but no response from anyone. I sent a mail to [protected]@unionbank.com but i haven't get any reply.
      So plz resolve my issue soon..
      Hope you people can understand a student problem.
      Else would tweet to #rbi #unionbankofindia #pmo will be my last option.
      I provied necessary screenshots.

        I am trying to make upi pin using my debit cards details but every it show an error message that invalid cards details.
        Because of which i am not able to make upi pin.

        I am providing correct card details but it always show wrong card details.
        I have been contacted customer care and bank branch but they did not help me on this matter.
        Please help me in this issue.

              On the date of 06/03/2019, 08:36pm, when i send money through upi in paytm, the linked bank is union bank of india in paytm, the upi transaction failed in paytm, but 2000rs deducted from my account and not any amount was credited in other account, i complained any were but not any response in my union bank of india branch. So sir plz. Resolve my issue soon.

                The complaint is regarding a sukanya samriddhi account with your bank. I have deposited rs 48000 with icici checque no. 007873 on dated[protected]. When i visited the branch on[protected], i came to know that the amount was not still deposited in the sukanya account. Upon showing them the receipt, i came to know that my 48000 rs were credited in some other account. They somehow deposited the amount later into sukanya account on[protected]. I have incurred a loss of interest of 2 months because o[censored]nion bank mistake, what if i have not visited the branch? I am really disappointment by the bank services.

                  I was transferring 2500 rupees to paytm payment bank from union bank of india via upi. But transactions was failed and 2500 rupees has been deducted from my account. I did not receive debited amount in my account after 3 working days. Upi reference no. Of this transactions is[protected]. I was transferring 2500 rupees on paytm linking my union bank account. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                    I use atm card for money deduction, atm said no cash. And suddenly i received msg my money is deduted 10000 rs. I informed to bank but they said for 7 days and now 4 months have gone no solution obtained, and i didn't receive my money yet.

                      Hi,
                      I had withdrawn rs 5000 from indusind bank atm located at sigra, varanasi on 19th feb 2019 but at the meantime machine shut down due to electricity issue. I got the message of amount withdrawn but not money has been received.
                      Logged complaint to union bank of india, aurangabad branch, varanasi on 22nd feb 2019 with ref number [protected].
                      But almost 15 days passed but no revert received from bank end, yesterday visited branch but no one is giving satisfactory answer.
                      Request to please address the issue and help to credit the amount into the main account.

                        On[protected] i have done an atm swipe transaction at an hospital using my atm, money was deducted from my account but neither credited to hospital account nor returned to my account, i called after 2hr waiting to my branch informing my situation and the emergency also begged them to help me some how, they put me to technical team but they said it will take 1month to return my money to my account but still now there is no response, i request you to kindly help me in this regards as my father's health condition is not good and we are suffering a lot.                           We have given the application to the branch to increase our daily transaction from 25 no to 50 no. We have also informed that it is ok for us to not increase the daily amount limit but please increase the quantity of no. Of transactions.

                          I call custer care they say branch can only do it. Branch says do it via customer care or online. Online allows to reduce but increase.

                                I have sent money on 7 january 2019 but it was pending due to server issues later the app said successful transaction. I got the transaction id.. But money is not credited to that bank. When i contacted the customer support they said that file a chargeback application it was successful from end there is problem with the bank. Transaction id

                                    Hello sir/ madam,
                                    I am a working girls who works in chennai in a pvt company. I need to update the adhar due to correction in dob, so my company asked me to get the things done asap. I came to may hometown varanasi and went to ubi ledhupur branch (Ubin0564664).

                                    This is very unfortunate that whole staff of ledhupur branch (Ubin0564664) misbehave with the customers in a very rude way and elude the work for the next day.
                                    It was the 6th day when i went there for correction of my adhar. They ask people to come and get the form before 7am.
                                    They have a notice too that they ll only create/update 20 adhar in a day. But they neither do one.

                                    I am trying to get this done at any cost so i too get into the que for almost 6 days (From 6am-11 am) but they refuse to make it by saying server is down while some of their closest people get the things done. They are clearly doing partiality with the people. Other people like me getting frustrated.
                                    When i tried to talk to the manager fist, one of the staff said there is no manager in this branch. He argued with me in a bad manner. Another day i went again and got the same response from the staff. I went directly to the manager (Ravinder singh sehgal) cabin and brief the situation hoping that at least he would help us but i was shocked with the manager response.

                                    He just said "humne bulaya tha tumhe?, jao kahi aur se karwa lo, yeha se nahi hoga". When i said i can complain against your misbehavior he said "jo karna h kar lo, yeha se nahi hoga, jisko bolna hai bol do rainder singh naam hai mera" and started murmuring using abusing words. Being a girl this is very offensive that somebody on a higher post talks to you like this, so i am writing this here.
                                    Its not only the adhar customers gets disrespected but whole staff don’t have manner to talk with anybody. They don’t want to work, except gossiping.
                                    I am going to write about this situation on social media too so that people get to know how bad is it to go and get the work done in union bank of india.
                                    I hope you ll take an action regarding same, so that in future people gets treated in a well manner.

                                      I am working in kuwait. I made a transaction to wrong person by mistake to Union bank of India, harjinger branch(UBIN0568511).After some days we sent a mail union bank to refund this amonut.

                                      We have initiated a recall request through ICICI bank (Reference number SRM[protected], because this transfer done through ICICI bank.

                                      We are sending mail mail for one month and there is no repaly yet.

                                      please finish this issue as soon as possible.

                                        I have made a atm widwral from union bank atm situated at yashoda nagar deoki nagar chauraha kanour amounting 4500and 500 at 2end jan 2019 at evening 6.49 and 7pm.

                                        Both transaction was declined and cash not dispenced only slip came out saying transaction declined.

                                        Two months passed icici bank has raised my complained to union bank of ej checking 3ed leval checking but... No response till now
                                        Request you to response on urgent basis
                                        Already banks have waisted 2months of customer money and time and that's why matther is going to banking ombudsmen kanpur.. If they not refund my money with legal penalty of 100/perday
