I am not able to generate my upi pin
When generate my upi pin then full process complete than say invalid card detail
If my problem is not resolve than me close my account in your bank and my family 3 account so plzz resolve my problem.
If you not able to solve my problems than tell me
I close my account in your bank and open account in other bank in public sector

    Already i have sent the detailed letter regarding the higher interest charged from the above loan account. Inspite of many reminders to our branch i am yet to get any official letters from the bank. Please rectify the problem and issue a detail break-up statement from the date of loan sanctioned with principal and interest charges.

      Rs.8000 had been sent to my account on 4th feb and debited from my account itself but not credited in my account till date 18th feb. I have called so many time on customer care number and written so many mails but i am getting no response from bank.
      I am a student and facing problem because of your bank. Hope you will understand it and try to resolve it otherwise i will file complaint against bank.

          I have got a refund from amazon.in but till now it is not credited into my bank account.. My refund reference number is 74332749027902633563764... Please help me.. I had order something from amazon and it got cancelled.. The refund was initiated by the customer service of amazon but till now it is not credited into my bank account.. The customer service told me to talk to the bank regarding this

          I have deposited rupees 3600 via your banks cash deposit machine but I am sorry to inform you that the transaction was a great failure (unable to transfer to SIB account)and due to this reason I could not take back the money from the machine .I think it is stucked in the machine.

            india last 08 or 10 years old, and also i am facing lot of problem in
            this branch only.

            For example- I am trying to updated adhar card & mobile number,
            visited bank more then 10 times but bank employees are never
            responding,

            We have visited last 5 days back again filled the form & also taking
            the sign. of branch manager of this form, after that branch manager
            has been told us my emp. is on leave who has update the adhar
            card/mobile number.

            Plz find the enclosed attached form & check.

            Once again today also visited bank he is on leave who has been update the KYC.

            Sir, if any bank emp. is on long time leave branch manager should be
            responsible for his work or any other branch emp. why suffering
            customer??

                I am having a saving account in ubi of india branch kirkee - pune. Account no: [protected].in name of monisha deepak agarwal. I had invested in star daichi insurance from my personal earnings. I. E i had a shop of mobile stationery etc.
                In march & august 2018 the maturity amount was credited in my account & amount was 2.35 lakhs approx.
                Without my permission the amount was adjust with his npa of vehicle loan. Actually i have been away from my husband for 5 years.
                I request you that please refund my money.

I called to my bank "union bank of india" they said there is no transanction on that date after that again i called to phone pe and discussed with this problem they advised to charge back formal complain, (Reference no.                     I did a transfer to sbi account holder but the transaction is been showed fail but the amount has been debited form the account but not transfer to other account. When i said my problem to the banker the person said it will be transferred or will came back in your account. The transition was done on 8 feb but still now the amount has not been refunded. And there is no reply from the bank.

                        With mentioned account no [protected] of my husband on 10th feb 2019 from union bank atm withdraw 500 rs with complete transaction & my atm card from atm after half hour i received msg of bank 10000 withdraw from atm machine as i surprised start dialing customer care no. While taking to customer care once again withdraw of 10000 rs in total 20000 debit from my account without by my atm card. We raise complaint with police station & home branch, as per details from union branch its case o[censored]nion bank atm conning, by using scan, or etc cyber tool, fraud, since its union bank atm machine scanning fraud & leakage of or debit card details claiming refund of rs 20000 to union bank, but bank manager not responding for the same & denying, please take urgent action on this & refund me since we are middle class family with home loan personal loan having too much of impact on my family due to this my money which is lost due to negligence of security o[censored]nion bank atm machine.

                        Otherwise i will take this into media & newspaper. Police will take ther action of finding cyber crime ganag but bank must have to refund customer money. Union bank also have to take strict action of fraudulent transaction using bank atm * scanning of there atm machine. Also i observed along with me other two more customer lodge complaint of atm fraud. Please take corrective action ask bank manager to take corrective action to refund my money. Refund money.

                        As per below mail trail we submit all document with Branch manager, As per branch manager said no response from further department today 1 week laps to fraud or union Bank ATM, In two days it was clear to Bank that its case of conning of ATM fraud, I dont know what investigation Bank is such worst process, follow union bank in case of such fraud & urgent issues? has doing now & taking time still money not refunded, my family only knows hoe we managing all our EMI's due sudden loss of this 20, 000 INR.

                        Also I investigate many such case with other banks also Bank refund customer money in 4 to 5 working days as Its Bank responsibility of security of debit card & customer account, also as per RBI guideline, please find here enclosed of of the same.

The security of the debit card shall be the responsibility of the bank and the losses incurred by any party on account of breach of security or failure of the security mechanism shall be borne by the bank. 4, 6 & 7

                        We received sometime back two week earlier shadow credit in our account of INR 20, 000, & updated that as investigation complete we received our actual money to use, but still no response from home branch & zonal officer about our money.

                        Now about 2 month going to complete for fraud with our bank balance, still we fight to get our money back.

                        We are facing serious financial crises, can you all responsible person do the needful & credit actual amount to our account.

                        I still not get the point such nationalize bank take so much of time to investigate fraud & in such cases which brakes Bank Debit card security & customer lost there money.

                          I am at the aged of 78 years - sr. Citizen, having credit card issued by union bank of india (Alkapuri branch vadodara). During “char dham yatra” in the year 2018 while passing through utterkashi (State utterakhand) on 18.04.2018, i had tried to withdraw rs. 10.000/- from atm booth (Bank of baroda). I do not receive the amount but the slip of paper – “unable to dispense ” even though the amount was deducted from my saving bank account. After coming back to vadodara, i have complain to my bank on 07.05.2018, along with an original slip and its zerox copy. Every time i inquire to my bank, the answer was - we have written above. Lastly on 11 th march 2019 the answer was “ now you can complain to any authority” which ever you like, it can be rbi.
                          You are requested to need full in the matter and recover my amount rs. 10.000/- from bob.

                              I have opened new account in bank which was not opened by them within tat. As communicated the person was supposed to call & inform me about my account details but no such response from their end. No contact details updated in system & the contact no which is ringing no person to pick up the call. Very bad service as i have my family account in this branch but they are not serious about their customers & their requirement which need to be fulfilled.
                              Is it necessary that for all transaction we need to go to branch in this digitized india.

                                Home loan account statement not provided by ubi panchkula from april 2017. A letter dated 09.01.2019 received from ubi panchkula that an amount of rs 20242.67 is overdue from 30.11.2018 due to non payment of installment whereas i never missed any installment. The installment due on 30.11.2018 is paid on 05.12.2018 through netbanking. I am very sorry to intimate that no telephone no. O[censored]bi panchkula is ever attended by any staff.. I am trying on [protected] and [protected] from so many days and even tried on mob no. [protected] of mr anil kohli br manager ubi panchkula but he also never attended.

                                    I received only Rs 20000 on the date 04.02.2019 in my savings bank account, which was sent by IMPS to any of my friends. The amount has been deducted back by the bank within 3 minutes of joining my account. As soon as the amount was deducted, I complained to my bank branch from where I was asked to wait for 48 hours. The amount not deposited in my account till date 11.02.2019. And when talking to the bank manager, it was told that no action can be taken by me My account number [protected] light father is named in Madanlal.
                                    Please, grace to solve the problem.

                                      From last 4-5 days i am trying to perform money transfer via google pay but transaction is not getting processed (Always stuck at payment processing by partner bank;bank server didn't respond:error code-91). Worst part is that whenever i tried to raise grievance on ubi website java error is reflecting from last 1 week... Refer latest screen shot in attachment. (Previous to that webpage was not getting open) also as per closure comment of earlier grievance whenever i tried to call there mb team's number they always tells that there is issue in upi/server/switch and will resolved shortly but as of now issue still not resolved.

                                        On dated 6th feb 2019 with the help o[censored]nion bank app and through the imps fund transfer i had transferred rs 4000/- to icici bank user.

                                        Amount has been deducted from my account but its not been transferred.

                                        Now almost 48 hours passed still no any kind o[censored]pdate has been received.

                                        Kindly take necessary action.
