I would like to say that Late Molai Ram Prajapati S/O Late Pancham had his account in Union Bank of India(IFSC Code: UBIN0534579) which is in Sidhi Sadan, Mohalla Sahabganj Mungra Badshahpur, Jaunpur, UP-222202. Molai Ram died on 04 May 18 and leave behind Rs 41438/ in his savings account. Now his wards want that money from his account for which they visited the above said bank. The bank requested some legal documents from them...

I opened a bank account union bank of india,
Kukas branch, (Ubin0562785) jaipur and my debit card has not yet been delivered even after submiting all the required documents. I have visited my branch for my card almost 4 times in the last 10 days and my card is not yet there.

I request you to please look into the matter, because without a card its quite difficult to do any kind of economic activity....

Bank is unable to provide with hardcopy of correct passwords for logging into the accounts online. All attempts to resolve the issue by contacting the bank have failed. The procedure with dealing with the nro accounts and with customers living outside of india is extremely primitive and inefficient. Even complaints to grievance officer have not borne any resolution....
