    On 24/01/2019. Amount of rs. 220/- deducted.
    I talk to phone pe. They said
    Payment with the transaction id: n1901241504022177529714 could not
    Completed due to technical difficulties at the banks end.
    If the amount does not reflect in your account by[protected], we request you to contact your bank to raise a chargeback (Formal complaint) to have the amount refunded.

    So i request you, pls refund my amount rs. 220/-

      Dear sir/mam

      I am new consumer in your bank my home branch in up but now i m in mumbai due to job as a car driver.

      I am very irritated from your bank i am a poor consumer so you are requested kindly help me and resolve, issue

      My complaint i tried to withdraw amount from atm as on 31.12.2018 timing nearly 8 pm evening. Amount debited two time from my account 6000+6000.

      First 6000 amount debited from my account but same amount did not get from atm. I received only 6000 rs from atm but 12000 amount debited from account on same timing and with same id as on 31.122018.

      I complaint many time on union bank toll free no[protected] my complaint no[protected] but i did not get solution.

      Now when i called toll free no executive told me your complaint has been closed without any proper solution.

      I am a car driver so this is a big amount for me

      You are requested kindly resolve this complaint on priority otherwise i will complaint to pmo office

        Iast six months going to bank for a new passbook but the bank officer there is not giving me a new passbook went to bank on 24 1 2019 l went to an offciar he said that l keep printing the paabook and you go l went to the passbook the next day and they gave me anew passbook l go the bank daily but bank officer not me giving new passbook six months l am daily going bank offciar not giving new passbook me please please help

        I have just paid fee on 14/1/2019 first time when i tried to pay fee i could get recipit it has been shown that transaction was unsuccesful so i paid second it that time i was succesfull paid fee but total amount which was deducted was 3600 how should i get that extra 1800

            I did transaction through upi android app, and it was failed at 29th january 2019 11:13 am. Still my money not credited to account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website but not getting any response. Even i talked two times to call center people. Once they told "you will get money within 24 hours" and second time they told "call center cam not help for case o[censored]pi transaction fails. And you have to submit complaint via app only."
            But there is no place to send complaint

            I need my money back as its important, please help.

              I received a call in the evening from a unknown number ([protected]) saying as a representative o[censored]nion Bank and he asked me some details and Otps at around 6pm today. After that i received few messages as in debiting my account by 56, 900/- (four debits). Please check since i have not made any payment and this seems to be a fraud.

                  Hi Team,

                  I had done an IMPS transaction of 10, 000 on 02/1/19 and it did not reach the beneficiary and my money was debited from my account, i logged a complaint with Union bank customer care on 03/1/19 complaint number is[protected] however its 29/1/19 and i am still waiting for my money. I am calling them and every time a new manager raises a request on priority and tells me to wait for 3 working days but i m still without results. I am too much stressed because of this and every time i call i have to explain them entire thing from start and its waste of time during my working hrs.

                    Amt transfer by beneficiary to wrong A/c (A/c No : [protected]) by IMPS Rs 9291 instead of Our A/c (A/c No : [protected]) this same amt also has been debited from the beneficiaries A/c (A/c No : [protected]) on dt 31.12.2018 (Transaction id : S[protected] but still amt neither credited to beneficiaries account nor to our account. Request you to transfer amount of Rs 9291/- immediately & Oblige.

                          I placed an order on aliexpress, but the seller didn't ship the item in time so the system cancelled the order automatically. I contact aliexpress customer care about these and they process the refund on 03/01/2019 but i did't receive the amount in my account.in these matter i have contacted union bank customer care through email but got no response. I need the refund urgently.

                              Hi, on 27/12/2018 at 1:41pm i made a transaction of 1000 rupees by using debit card at merchant website (paytm) but somehow transaction was failed and money is deducted from my account I've lodged complaint on union Bank website 3 times and contacted their customers care 5 times i also wrote 2 mails at [protected]@unionbankofindia.com
                              Still 1 month passed and i didn't got any reply or refund amount please return my money immediately.

                                Here is the screenshot of failed transaction 1 month passed and still i didn't got any reply or my refund amount from them
                                Hi, if the transaction of credit card is denied/failed, bank is only responsible to make reverse entries if any & how bank is debited to account if transaction is failed?, however if amount is debited, you may approach paytm ccare also for needful action.

                                  I have done 2 transaction from atm o[censored]nion bank of india situated at kanpur yashoda nagar (Devki nagar) at 6:49 pm and 7pm dated 2jan 2018. Amounting 4500and 500 respectibily.
                                  Atm machine counted the money but failed to diapence same amount
                                  Both the time and i have got slips saying 'unable to diapence'

                                    I ordered a product from amazon on 21th dec18.
                                    But my product was defected totally so i returned 04jan19 to amazon. I claimed for refund to amazon so amazon send me a message for initiating refund that they had initiated my refund on

                                        Hi i am jaya singh i have purchased an best gift for bahia and bhabhi tied ribbons item from amazon india but i have cancelled that product on 17 january but i have not received any refund because i have bought that product through online purchased but when i asked amazon india they said to me that they have already deposited money into my account and due problem in my bank my money has stuck somewhere or bank has not deposited that money into my account.
