I'm shivani., one of the member of your bank (Union bank of india) and i want to say that i used online payment way for money transaction of kvs school fee rs3000 with fine of rs90 for late fee submission. The money transaction is failed but the amount is debited from my account. So kindly refund my amount three thousand ninety rupee only (Rs3090) as fast as possible.
Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Same thing happened with me transaction failed but money is debited from my account on 27 December 2018 I called their customer care logged complaint online alos I've sent 3 mails with all details regarding to that issue still 1 month passed and they didn't initiated refund nor the gave any reply in fact they are looting their customers i will close my account after my money is refunded 😡😠😤

    Good morning Consumer Care Here I pained to say that I purchase a product through Amazon.in Application on 6 January 2019 of 2198 Rupees.My order Identification number is[protected].I cancelled this order on 7 January 2019 due to bought somewhere locally. Amazon .in initiated a refund on 9 January 2019 of RS 2198 Rupees and told me that it will be reflected on my account within 2-4 Working Days.I have contacted so many times Amazon care and Union bank customer care but they told me Amazon care we are refunded your amount and providing me emails with reference identification number is 74332749010900967816419 but still not getting my money into my account number. My account number is [protected], IFSC code UBINO554448 Branch Belaisa Azamgarh Uttar Pradesh India. I had contacted Union bank of India Customer care they told me to wait for resolution dated 7 February 2019 . Sir/Mam Kindly help to refund my money through Amazon.in

      I transferred a sum of rs. 25096/- into account of my service provider who have account with union bank, delhi road, meerut branch and mistakenly transferred into wrong account and is not giving back even after many written letter the said amount into my account of canara bank.

      It seems bank manager is trying to withdraw the amount himself it is a big fraud.

            My transaction of 2040 rupees failed... Money is debited for account... Now even after. 2 day... No money is refunded.
            I called customer care twice they are saying that money debited is reached to receiving party but neither they got money nor i got refund... And evn failed transaction status is visible in app inself...

              Dear sir/ma'am,
              I made a transaction of 50000 rupees from my union bank account to icici bank account beneficiary by imps on 17 jan 2019... I got the below message on the same day
              Your fund transfer for rs. 50600.00 on 17-01-19 is time out. Please check with your bank (Imps ref no.[protected].
              When i called to customer care their said it will get refund by 48 hours. Now when i visited the branch the banker saying it will be processed in 7 working days..
              Request your intervention to solve the issue asap, since it's very urgent for me the money to get refund.

              Dear Sir/ma'am,
              I made a transaction of 50000 rupees from my union bank account to icici bank account beneficiary by imps on 17 Jan 2019...I got the below message on the same day
              Your fund transfer for Rs. 50600.00 on 17-01-19 is time out. Please check with your bank (IMPS Ref no.[protected].
              When I called to customer care their said it will get refund by 48 hours.now when I visited the branch the banker saying it will be processed in 7 working days..
              Request your intervention to solve the issue ASAP, since it's very urgent for me the Money to get refund .

              It's been more than 20 days I did not get my refund on a order that I ordered on November 19 which I still did not receive, it was a prepaid order..

                I had deposited rs 18, 200 to cash deposit machine o[censored]nion bank of india naraibandh branch mau uttar pradesh on date 04/01/2019 in the evening around 5.21pm but after machine took the money say that transaction is declined and my money got stuck in that cash deposit machine. I lodged the online complain with customer care and given the written complain 2 times to concerned branch. But after 14 days they had not credited the amount to my account.

                  On 11/01/19 @7: 59pm 2times in union bank bhim app i transferred rs 5000 to my beneficiary account, in that one transaction has credited, & another one got reverse transaction showing in my beneficiary account statement, that amount i. E 5000 rs, i didn't got reverse fund, & also it is not credited to my beneficiary account... Required documents i had attached, please do the needful for me as soon as. Pls note transaction reference i. D is[protected].. Which i have highlighted in sketch... Documents attached 1) my union bank bhim app statement

                  I have successfully downloaded new U mobile app o[censored]nion Bank Of India. It worked for one day only. From then It doesn't work or open. The old u mobile app was best. I have to see only short cut or icon o[censored] mobile.

                          Even after registering my debit card and generating a pass word my transaction for purchase of air ticket is not successful although i have tried 6 times and each time otp came on my mobile phone.
                          To check the functionality i have visited the branch and even took out rs 500/- note from the atm.
                          It is unfortunate that your registration successful paper is showing toll free no as a 9 digit no[protected] and even no [protected] given at the back of the card is responding that this number doesn't exist.
                          The functioning is very bad that too after 100 years of existence. Its the carelessness of your functionaries that the customers are suffering.

                            With reference to the subject i am to inform that i have already deposited a sum of rs1800/-as kv-fee for qrt. Ending jan-march-2019 against the uid no[protected] (Subhsree ayushi of std-v, d. O. B.06/10/2008) through my visa card (Sbipgpu[protected]kendriya vidyalaya mumbai) on dated 15/01/2019 and was unable to print a receipt. Besides your site is showing that you have not initiated any payment till date.

                              Sir i have submitted my daughter fees complain on 12th of january regarding the fees submitted for two times and i didn't get any of refund as well as there is no action taken so far for my complaint.

                                I withdrawn rs 20000 from the ubi atm no 0710 at gurgaon sector 32 but money does not came out. My money deducted from the account. I have complained on the same day to your toll free no via reference no - [protected], complaint no[protected] dated[protected]. My account is at bijnor branch.

                                After 2 months just got a message that complaint has been rejected.

                                Bank has camera on the atm then they can check the fact prior to any decision.

                                Please help to revert my money in my account.
