    I complained to the bank, the bank also mailed but my money has not returned yet.

      Debit card no [protected]
      Even after registering my debit card and generating a pass word my transaction for purchase of air ticket is not successful although i have tried 6 times and each time otp came on my mobile phone.
      To check the functionality i have visited the branch and even took out rs 500/- note from the atm.
      It is unfortunate that your registration successful paper is showing toll free no as a 9 digit no[protected] and even no [protected] given at the back of the card is responding that this number doesn't exist.
      The functioning is very bad that too after 100 years of existence. Its the carelessness of your functionaries that the customers are suffering.

        With reference to the subject i am to inform that i have already deposited a sum of rs1800/-as kv-fee for qrt. Ending jan-march-2019 against the uid no[protected] (Subhsree ayushi of std-v, d. O. B.06/10/2008) through my visa card (Sbipgpu[protected]kendriya vidyalaya mumbai) on dated 15/01/2019 and was unable to print a receipt. Besides your site is showing that you have not initiated any payment till date.
        In the above circumstances necessary action deemed proper may kindly be taken at your end for information of kv authorities (Kv-brahmapur, ganjam, odisha).

          Sir i have submitted my daughter fees complain on 12th of january regarding the fees submitted for two times and i didn't get any of refund as well as there is no action taken so far for my complaint.
          Sir i need those money as iam going through economic problems so i request you to please took a fast action on my complaint and refund my money as soon as possible. Please its a humble request to you.
          My daughter name is diksha kushwah, class 10th, session 2019 january to march.

            I withdrawn rs 20000 from the ubi atm no 0710 at gurgaon sector 32 but money does not came out. My money deducted from the account. I have complained on the same day to your toll free no via reference no - [protected], complaint no[protected] dated[protected]. My account is at bijnor branch.

            After 2 months just got a message that complaint has been rejected.

            Bank has camera on the atm then they can check the fact prior to any decision.

            Please help to revert my money in my account.

                Sir i have submitted my daughter fees this month 2400rs of 10th class session jan-march and it was submitted twice time and so 4800rs is deducted from my account. So please refund my mone to my account.... Its a humble request to you.

                    On 11/01/19 @7:59.05 pm i have transferred rs 5000 to my friend account through unionbhim app, it has deducted in my account, in my friend account statement it is showing reversal transaction again to my account, but still the reversable fund i did not get, please do needfull i want my money back, as it is very urgent for hospital purpose, please resolve this as soon as it's very emergency...

                      On 11.01.2019 at 6.06pm at union bank atm at usaini petrol pump, uttar pradesh west. I have tried to withdraw inr 10, 000/- were the money got debited but i didn't receive any cash from the atm machine, and still i did not get any return in my account, so please kindly see to the above problem and do the needful very fast as i have to pay hospital bill with that money.

                        On 14 november 2018, i booked an item from flipkart and made its payment online by my debit card, but i returned it because it was not well or unfit. The company sent a message to me that the refund has been made on 29 november 2018 with bank txn id: 5422036466166495804084 and auth code: 066741, but i haven't received the refund yet. The bank's customer care representative is saying that we can't solve this problem but company can. The company's customer care representative is putting this entire problem on bank's shoulder. Nobody is willing and trying to solve this problem in bringing my refund back. Kindly help me to get my refund.

                          The card and account status is active.
                          Everything is technically active and positive but transactions aren’t going through.

                            My self ashish kumar, my refund from amazon on28/10/2018 rs. 318 ref no.[protected] and second reefund rs 649. On 05/01/2019. Ref no.[protected]. I want to charge dispute form. Its too late time for my refund so my refund should be credited in my account hurry up. Y account no is [protected] and ifsc code is ubin0557234. So plz fill my charge dispute form and refund my money in my bank account. For this work i was contact branch but no actions is taken and coustomer care service also not give any response thanku.

                              I deposited my electricity bill of rs 425.00 online through amazon on december 27, 2018, but the transaction could not be completed. Amazon sent sms to me on same day that bill payment for jvvnl failed, the amount of rs 425 will be refunded to union bank a/c. On my visa card no. [protected]. They also sent refund ref no.74332748362836164457852. So far the amount has not been credited despite 10 working passed.

                                I have made a payment through union bank bhim app. Amount was rs 5000/-
                                The money was debited from my account but is not credited to beneficiary also it has been 3 days since payment is made still they have not yet reversed the amount into by bank account.

                                I mailed to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com still no reply is made from them please help as i urgently need that money

                                  I did a transaction of 4000 rupees yesterday on 8th january 2019 from own a/c icici bank account by bhim ubi latest app.in the transaction status its been showing failure and the payment was also not received by beneficiary but the 4000 rupees amount is debited from my account.

                                  I have used the option amount transfer by a/c no. And ifsc code... But it was failed. I called the customer care but the reply i got was wait for 4-5 days to look into the matter. My simple question is if their is an emergency then what a person will do.. Why not a quick refund in such failed transactions.

                                  I'm attaching the screenshots of the bhim ubi app... Details regarding the transaction which will help in a better way.. Please make the refund as soon as possible.

                                    On 5th of jan 2019 i tried to transfer an amount of rs 3000 through upi two times total amount rs. 6000. The transaction failed, but the amount got debited 2 times from my union bank account but has not been credited to beneficiary account. I have also not received the refund. Please do the needful in this case.
