Union Bank Of India — Regarding U-Mobile app installation

Previously i used U-mobile app in my old mobile, and it was working fine

When I'm shifted to OnePlus 8T I'm unable to verify the sms.
It is showing SMS sending..

Whrn I'm trying to login
First we need to send the SMS right,
When i clicked SIM1 it is showing sending SMS
Process is stucking there only every time, I've spoken to customer care almost 10 times, But NO use

May i know why this phone is not supporting U mobile
Remaining all apps are working fine.
NO issues

Only problem is with the U mobile

I too have the same issue with one plus 9R
I too have some issues with one plus 9R pls resovle it has been almost a year.. what the it department is doing...u need one year to fix this problem?
Disable voLTE option for Sim 1
