It has been over 5 months of my submitting you Original Hospital Bills /Test Report/ Medicine Bills/Discharge Certificate and Log Book in Original for an amount of Rs. 79,369.98 for due reimbursement.( Total 31 nos of Documents in original received by you.)

Every time I call you at your Kolkata office (numerous times in the last 5 months),you give me an explanation that it is under process ,everything is in order and will be given to you shortly.

I have come to realize that your organization is using delay tactics to unnecessary cause harassment to an old retired man for no fault of mine. Please note I am giving you 15 days time to resolve my genuine case or else I am seeking legal help to file a complaint with the District Consumer Forum .

i have purchased 200 units o[censored]nit trust of india under childrens gift growth fund-1986 for my son name Naresh kumar pannalal chauhan C/O Pannalal Lachhiramji Chauhan on 20/02/1993 and the date of maturity is 06/03/2012 and the certificate no.[protected] so i have to know the whole information about this company that is this company available n what total amount i will receive n where is its branch situated in mumbai. .

I have send many emails about my Master shares under FOLIO [protected] to UTI and Karvy in last two months but still not rcvd any response from them.

My name is Debabrata Dutta. I had invested Rs 10,000/- on 24 December, 2007 in UTI Mutual Fund. Now after 3 years on 24 December of 2010 the total amount (investment + interest) has been shown as around Rs 8,500/- and to my wonder I found that my invested money has gone in a downward direction and I have no idea on what basis they have calculated the interest and investment. At the time of investment they promised it to be very much beneficial, but now I find it one of the most foolish things.

I had lodged a complaint at your site about 1.5 months back regarding refund of money from UTI (UTI Equity fund [protected]) which was replied by UTI thereby asking me to submit certain documents to "Karvy Computershare Pvt.Ltd., Hyderabad" which I had sent on 18.10.2010. Thereafter neither UTI nor Karvy is giving any repoonse regarding refund of money.

Kindly intervene.

This is the complaint against UTI. I have not received any cheques in 2008 and if the cheques is undelivered in their statement then they cross check their account statement either the cheques are deposited or not but again and again the complaint section – Mr. Rohan is repeating the same matter in his reply. I have attached Nominee (Tanuj Dixit) scanned signatures in front of Bank Manager with Bank seal and signatures of manager. As it is not possible to ask Bank manager to verify the signatures because every oen is busy in his or day to day routine work.
I have all the correspondence held with mr. rohan and ms. Sandhya. Uti never inform their customers about day to day updates like under mentioned changes underlined by me.
Please do the needful.

After retirement from my service (AP State Govt.) on superannuation, I bed ridden by paralysis. I suffered for a long period. By GOD grace, I recovered slightly. I am unable to walk now. I request your good self, Sir/Madam, that to do the needful. I am giving the brief as under:

The original (4 above mentioned) certificates are with me. My son-in-law in the first week of November 2010 went to your UTI branch at Hyderabad to enquire about CGGR Unit Scheme 1986 (with copies of certificates). They mentioned the cheque details as below:

Not Received Interest From[protected]Children Gift Growth Fund Unit Scheme-1986

I was allotted 900 units on CScheme 1990 on 26/04/1990 in the name of my daughter A.V.L.Susmitha.
Unit Certificate No is[protected].We have received a total amount of 54,000 on 23/09/2010.But we have not got any interest from 2004.Nobody intimated in 2004 accounts are closed .We already gave Complaint(Complaint No.53483)that we have not received any interest.When we gave complaint,they said that they will give response in 20 days...But till now there is no response.
So kindly consider this Complaint and See that We receive Interest From 2004 to 2010...
