Unit Trust of India Mutual Fund [UTIMF] Complaints & Reviews

Dividend Warrants nos. [protected] to [protected] issued as Income Distribution on Mastershare Scheme o[censored]TI Mutual Fund were not received. These pertained to Folio Nos.[protected] to[protected]. The unpaid Dividend warrants were requested to be revalidated and sent to the Account Holders through mail to the Registrar, M/S Karvy Computershare Pvt. Ltd., at their address 1-90/2/10E, Narayani Mansion, Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad -500081 on 30th March, 2010.
There is no progress on the issue though about 6 weeks have passed. The three Dividend Warrants of Rs. 5184/- each were to be reissued favouring Ananya Sanyal, Reeta Sanyal and Sujit Kumar Sanyal respectively. Bank Account details along with documents establishing Identity and Address of the beneficiaries were sent to the Registrars.

But I didn't receive any Hardcopy Policy Statement as per commitment, so once again I call you on 24th Oct ' 08 in your Toll Free No [protected], this time my call was attended by FARZANA & provide me a Complain No: 10/CC-200469/1 DATED 24TH OCT '08 ( TIME 1.50 PM ). She also told me that within 15 days she will send the Hardcopy Policy Statement against UTI ENERGY FOLIO NO :[protected].


Since I didn't receive my Hardcopy Policy Statement hence once again I call you on 26th Feb ' 09 in your Toll Free No [protected], this time my call was attended by Bhavna & assured me that my complain will be solved within a month.


Now its more than a year but till date I didn't receive my Hardcopy Policy Statement against the above mentioned Folio no [protected]. If my complain is not solved within a month time then I shall compel to take Legal Help for the same.

I Mr. Manoj Kr. Agarwala get statement every quarter but due to my business I before today never got time to check it. Today I got fund statement and I checked it thoroughly and found anomaly in fund statement which I want to place before you.

I started investing in the month of November 2007 through payment by cheque of Axis bank and first cheque was debited to my account on 21.11.2007 vide cheque no. 15362. this process went on till april 2008.In the month of April 2008 I filled up mandate form for auto debit dt. 29.04.2008 for debiting my account from June 2008 to may 2028. In the mean time I had already issued cheque in favour of you vide cheque no. 37821 for the month of May and another cheque No. 15379 was issued at the time of filling Auto Debit Mandate.Both the cheques were debited to my account in the month of May 2008 one on 3.5.2008 and another on 26.5.2008.

But unit alloted for only one amount in the month of May 2008.I invested 27000/- but units alloted for only 26000 which also confirmed by statement dated 15th january 2010.

I have submitted the document to UTI office for redemption on 31.01.2005, awaiting refund since than, ID no.[protected]
