Dear Sir,
I had purchased Qty. 500 No. MEP93 Units ( Unit Cert. No. MEP [protected] ) & subsequently got alloted 200 Nos. bonus units ( No,[protected] of 100 No. each, which were due for redemption in 2003.
Since, I had no track of transactions,on enquiry from local office I am given to understand that a cheque No. 011118 D/d 16 Jun.03 was issued against my Canara Bank a/c No. 50396 and that got lost in transit because of frequent change in address.They also say that it has not been debited to their account. Since, my a/c was at Canara Banks extension counter & all transactions were done manually, till 2007, they are not in a position to issue me Year 2003 a/c statement.
In spite of assuarances from local office for past 02 months, no fresh cheque has been issued .
I request you to please arrange to get resolved this issue & relieve a senior citizen of this mental agony.

I had 124 nos of 6.60% Tax Free ARS Bonds o[censored]nit Trust of India bearing Investor ID No.[protected] and Bond Certificate No. 36067535 issued in the name of Rusi Kanta Panda. The date of allottment of bonds was 1St. April 2004 and the date of maturity was 1St. April 2009.

On[protected], I advised UTI to make the payments. I was surprised to note that only Rs. 12406.00 was paid to me by warrant No.[protected].

I need suitable redressal to my complaint.

dear sir,
i had earlier given a complaint in this form that I did not get a reply from UTI for my question regarding the availability of medical over o[censored]TIs members in its scheme SCUP ( Senior Citizens Unit Scheme). Though this scheme has been stopped, for members wo have reached 58 years, and who have completed the paymant of insurranace premeis in NIAC, the sheme is still valid.

Well, i have received a nice reply and information in full as to how to go about in avaialing the benefits of the scheme in the case of senior citizens like me who are still mambers. I have profuselty thanked the Manager , SCUP who was kind enough to elucidate in full all my doubts.

Well, i have to write that UTI has kept its promise of fulfilling its obligation to the Senior citizens.

Ltd., at their address 1-90/2/10E, Narayani Mansion, Vittal Rao Nagar, Madhapur, Hyderabad -500081 on 30th March, 2010.
There is no progress on the issue though about 6 weeks have passed. The three Dividend Warrants of Rs. 5184/- each were to be reissued favouring Ananya Sanyal, Reeta Sanyal and Sujit Kumar Sanyal respectively. Bank Account details along with documents establishing Identity and Address of the beneficiaries were sent to the Registrars.

Again I have deposited premium of 2010 on the date of 22/02/2010 Rs 15000/ Cheque No 160819&160818 (SBI Gevra)received by Mr..Naidu in his office korba, but karvy UTI. Korba office has return back with cheque & Application by Courier on date 26/02/2010,Due to your police is terminated ,so that unable to receive your chuck.( I have already deposited 2008 premium) There is no fault in our side, so you may enquiry to found shortly and process my policy regular & when I can deposit next premium on 2010.Kindly inform me our police status.

I have completed all formilities and sent all documents on 22.01.2010 by Skylark courier Doc No. 25041732 directly to Mumbai Office as below.

2. Affidavite duly attested by Notary Public
3. Photo Copy of 10th Marksheet, Pass Book and Voter ID duly attested.

She told me that within 15 days she will send the Hardcopy Policy Statement against UTI ENERGY FOLIO NO :[protected].


But I didn't receive any Hardcopy Policy Statement as per commitment, so once again I call you on 24th Oct ' 08 in your Toll Free No [protected], this time my call was attended by FARZANA & provide me a Complain No: 10/CC-200469/1 DATED 24TH OCT '08 ( TIME 1.50 PM ). She also told me that within 15 days she will send the Hardcopy Policy Statement against UTI ENERGY FOLIO NO :[protected].


Since I didn't receive my Hardcopy Policy Statement hence once again I call you on 26th Feb ' 09 in your Toll Free No [protected], this time my call was attended by Bhavna & assured me that my complain will be solved within a month.


Now its more than a year but till date I didn't receive my Hardcopy Policy Statement against the above mentioned Folio no [protected]. Request you for the last time to give My Hardcopy Policy against UTI ENERGY FOLIO NO :[protected]. If my complain is not solved within a month time then I shall compel to take Legal Help for the same.
