Pls refer your letter no. 14756/GEN/UTI/47731786 dated 22/03/2014 regarding up dation of PAN details.
MY Folio no. [protected] fvg Rajendra Wasnik a/c ULIP.I had sent you a letter requesting for providing "Password" for online yearly payments in above scheme. But it is really horrible to find out that you "Genious guys" read it as for updation of PAN details.I can imagine what type of services you can provide to their clients. Keep it up.
Once again I am requesting you pls arrange to provide password for my above mentioned folio o[censored]TI ULIP to enable me to subscribe in time.
Note : I had written that letter in IInd week of March 2014 in hoping I might get it in time, but instead you had replied it on 22/03/2014 and I received it on 12/04/2014 ie after expiry of payment period..Again I must congratulate you for your best services. I had brought this Unit trust of India Rajlaxmi Unit plan (II) [RUP (II)](CLAUSE XI), Membership No. [protected] dated 4/09/1994, in the name of my daughter BHANU PAPNEJA date of maturity being 24/09/2013. till date I have not received any status about this .I have heard that this scheme does not exist any more. so kindly advice what should I do to get my invested money back. Sir, I am have been issued with a PAN card bearing No.AAPPU6898P earlier. i lost the same and applied for a duplicate and it was forwarded to me with the same PAN No. I was so unlucky that the duplicate also missed by me. No I have applied for the tripplicate of the same and i got the same on 12 Dec 2013 with the same number AAPPU6898P. but while checking the detatils of the PAN card I hold with me, to my surprise it was found that I was issued with one more PAN Card bearing no.AAOPU0713C, which i never applied for or received. It is therefore requested that necessary actions may please be taken to cancel the second PAN Card bearing No.AAOPU0713C issued on my name so that its misuse, if at all issued, can be stopped. my father had purchased 2000 shares of mep 92 scheme o[censored]TI in 1987, unit certificate no. FE7223915. Despite contacting customer care time and again, have not been getting any help from their side. Pls advise the procedure for redemption of this lot. I do not have the full documents wrt to this investment with me. Would like to know how to approach and get some headway with this.

I had purchased 100 units under the children's Growth fund scheme 1986 form Unit Trus of India in the name of my son P.Samuel Abhishek on 17th August 1993. Now that the bond is matured I would like the amount to be credited to my son. When I contacted the local office in Madurai Tamilnadu they said that I have to courier the original document to the Bombay office. My only apprehension is that if the original document gets misplaced I will not have any documents to claim my dues. If the local office accepts the documents and gives me some acknowledgement and then forward the document form their office there will be some authenticatio. I need clarity in how to proceed . I tried to contact them over phone but every time I spoke the calls got disconnected when it was connected from one department to another. Kindly help me to get proper guidance in this regard. Redemption of RAJLAKSHMI UNIT SCHEME-Unit certificate number: R[protected] OR R[protected] I had purchased a RUS unit of 100 in the name of my Daughter LAJWANTI on 29th October, 1992 from UNIT TRUST OF INDIA and it is matured for a long period but till date we have not received any redemption letter from UTI ; I personally taken all the original documents to the JAIPUR UTI Branch for collecting the redemption amount with the incentive as mentioned in the BOND. But surprisingly I have not yet get any information from the concerned section that the scheme was closed prior to maturity and has not yet paid any amount of the above said one UNIT Certificate either of number R[protected] OR of R[protected], we are not sure about it, one of the payment of the Unit Certificate is pending. On personally contact we have been informed that the redemption amount had already sent to our previous address but we were not available on the said address. Sir, My brother gifted my son while he was born a UTI Children's Growth Fund Unit Scheme 1986 certificate for 50 Shares valued Rs. 500/- and the certificate No. is[protected] purchased at Hyderabad on[protected]. I have applied for 500 units (Rs.5000) in CHILDREN'S GIFT GROWTH FUND (CGGF-1986) SCHEME on[protected] vide application No:4702322 through agent A.SESHAGIRI RAO CODE NO.PO.1884 at TANUKU,W.G.dt. A.P.

I am now residing at Vijayawada ( A.P) I have enquired at the local UTI office at Vijayawada regarding the certificate and the status of the maturity amount. But no information about the same and I am advised to contact the uti Mumbai office only.
I have sent the above particulars by regd.post to UTI MUMBAI office.

I now require the following information regarding the fate of my certificate.

1. whether the CGGF-1986 certificate relating to my 500 units has been despatched to me

2. If so to which address.

3. Since the scheme has been dispensed with, whether the maturity proceeds have been sent to me or not. If so the mode of payment of the maturity amount.

1991 from Hem kumar in 1992,certificate

send it for transfer to the registrar of that time
Datamatics ltd. Mumbai.They transfered the units on my
name and send back to me along with certificates to my
agra address: (5/66,Madia Katra, Chandi wala bagh,
Agra, 282002). But they did not changed in their
records and they paid dividend and redemption amount
to Mr.Hem kumar on[protected].Then i transfered to
Gwalior from agra in 1996 and scheme registrar has
changed Datamatics to Karvy Computer Share on dated
[protected]. I went to uti amc ltd. gwalior office and
presented my original certificates of 100 units.They
issued me statement of accounts on[protected], Folio
No:[protected]. I have claimed for dividened for the
past years but they say that units are transfered to
you[protected] so the past year dividened not paid to
you . On[protected],uti declared dividened at the rate
of 2 rupees per unit. but i have not received
dividened . I sent e-mail to Karvy and they replied me
that no units in your account and no dividend will be
paid to you. I went to Uti Amc Gwalior office and they
replied me the same. I have all the documents and i am
attaching all them here. So, kindly solve my problem.

One dividend warrant was sent for revalidation to UTI through its office at Madurai. the Particulars are as follows:

The above instrument was sent through their Madurai Office on 16 March 2013 was re validation.
on16 March 2013 and the receipt of Instrument was acknowledged by Karvy Computershare private ltd, Registrar & Transfer Agent for -UTI Mutual Fund on 26 March 2013.

But , after this there is no information about the fate of the instrument.

And on 13 may and 16 May 2013, I have send the e-mail to [protected]@karvy.com and the ticket number is[protected] and[protected] and till today ,the fate of the Instrument is not Known.

Kindly investigate the matter.
