I had purchased 200 units Mastergain 1992 having certificate No.[protected] and Distinctive Nos.[protected] - [protected] and the same were surrendered with Unit Trust of India, Mehasana office. Thereafter No communication and money also not received so far.

I had lodged a complaint at your site about 1.5 months back regarding refund of money from UTI (UTI Equity fund [protected]) which was replied by UTI thereby asking me to submit certain documents to "Karvy Computershare Pvt.Ltd., Hyderabad" which I had sent on 18.10.2010. Thereafter neither UTI nor Karvy is giving any repoonse regarding refund of money.

Kindly intervene.

Dear Sir,
This is the complaint against UTI. I have not received any cheques in 2008 and if the cheques is undelivered in their statement then they cross check their account statement either the cheques are deposited or not but again and again the complaint section – Mr. Rohan is repeating the same matter in his reply. I have attached Nominee (Tanuj Dixit) scanned signatures in front of Bank Manager with Bank seal and signatures of manager. As it is not possible to ask Bank manager to verify the signatures because every oen is busy in his or day to day routine work.
I have all the correspondence held with mr. rohan and ms. Sandhya. Uti never inform their customers about day to day updates like under mentioned changes underlined by me.
Please do the needful.

Not Received Interest From[protected]Children Gift Growth Fund Unit Scheme-1986

I was allotted 900 units on CScheme 1990 on 26/04/1990 in the name of my daughter A.V.L.Susmitha.
Unit Certificate No is[protected].We have received a total amount of 54,000 on 23/09/2010.But we have not got any interest from 2004.Nobody intimated in 2004 accounts are closed .We already gave Complaint(Complaint No.53483)that we have not received any interest.When we gave complaint,they said that they will give response in 20 days...But till now there is no response.
So kindly consider this Complaint and See that We receive Interest From 2004 to 2010...

[protected].it's a children's career plan policy . i have paid 1000 rupees for my unit . when i purchase this fund when my child was minor and company rules and regulations they paid me 18000 rs. when my child be the 18 years old . now my child is major and completed 18 years . but i have all the receipts with me but as per their record my one payment of rs. 18000/- of 2009is due.

# Iam Vanka Apparao a senior citizen aged 72 years now lured by the
advertisement by Unit Trust of India in 1993,joined the Senior Citizen
Unit Plan. My membership No.is SC[protected].It is promised that
health insurance is covered on attaining the age of 58 years Accordingly
I paid RS35000 on 9-6-1993.The UTI informed about and allotted
membership No.SC[protected].The UTI also paid premium to NIAC on my
behalf as detailed follows 1)From 9-6-1993to[protected] Rs5625
[protected]to[protected] Rs[protected]to[protected] Rs5625
[protected]to[protected] Rs5625.Second instalment was paid by UTI is
Rs4477-50 for the period up to[protected].next an amount of Rs4701-38
was paid for the period up to[protected].Thus a total amount of
Rs31,678-88 was paid to NIAC on behalf of me(V.APPARAO). Against which
UTI is bound to assure an amount of Rs7,50,000 cashless treatment to
me and to my wife as per the terms of the SCUP Scheme 1993.but
unfortunately the SCUP Scheme was closed saying that the liability
was handed over to NIAC .taking a stand that for members who more than
58 years and whose insurance premium had been paid there will be no
change and NJAC will still offer the hospitalisation cover duly
including the cashless facility. NOW IN MY CASE ALSO THE ENTIRE PREMIUM
HAD BEEN PAID AS DETAILED ABOVE. There fore eligible for the cashless
facility. But during 6/2009 the listed hospitals disowned saying that
NIAC IS NOT HONOURING THEIR CLAIMS. In this particular helpless
situation Iam driven to untold miserable position and had to absorb
their(UTI&NIAC) failures. though both are Govt. organisations. Is this
not voilation of HUMAN RIGHTS.AND DISRESPECTNG OF SENIOR CITIZENS
.Therefore kindly do the needful to restore the gross injustice. Please
direct thNIAC to issue the fresh policies for cashless hospitalisation
and extend all facilities contemplated in the UTI=SCUP Scheme mutatis
mutando and do the denied jusice at least now.without further loss of
time and breaking LAW by the Govt.organisations.

INDIA ASSURANCE CO.LTD.TO ISSUE SUITABLE ASSURANCE TO THE VICTIMS

WHOLE PREMIUMS WERE PAID IN TIME ON BEHALF OF THE MEMBERS THIS SCUP
