I am holding 960 master shares o[censored]TI. I have been requesting to advise me the details of payments of Dividend paid,if any, for the years
2001 on wards.My original Folio No. was 115369 and new number as advised while crediting div for the year2011 is[protected].

There is no response from them....J K Joshi

My father purchased 1000 units o[censored]TI Master gain 92 in the year 1992. We didn't received any dividend till now. What is the current price of each unit. How can i sell these units?

On 16/5/1993, my father purchased 1100 units by paying Rs.11000.00 on Rajalaxmi scheme o[censored]TI in my name. Subsequently the said scheme discontinued. I got devidends periodically for some quarters but since 4 years no such payment is received.After many letters to them, on 23/9/2008, I got a letter from one Vaishali Naik, Asst.Vice President, UTI Technology Services to send the ORIGINAL BOND and accordingly the same was send by registered letter on 24/9/2008 and the same was acknowledged by them. In spite of various mails, the matured money has not been recieved by me. Kindly register this as complaint and see that the money is send to me by cheque/draft in the following address. These certificates were left unclaimed till now. Please instruct how to claim it since the plan period is already over.by 1995.

But till date i have not received any kind of information from uti and neither any green certificate was issued to me. Neither there was any news of my account amount. I tried hard to receive any information about the account but all in vague. None could help me out. Even i was misbehaved by uti office and agents.

UTI Master Share unit scheme – Dividend Plan: Folio no. [protected]
I am yet to receive dividend (24th dividend; 30%) declared during the year 2010. Dividend warrant last year was retured back since I was not present in that address to receive it. I have submitted all documents asked for by Karvy Consultants, Indira Nagar, Bangalore, regarding change of address and change in bank mandate in July 2011.Apparently,they have sent it to their Hyderabad office.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself, K.P. Sadanandan, had invested an amount of Rs 10,000/- (Ten Thousand Rupees) in Rajlakshmi Unit Plan II Clause XI, a scheme o[censored]nit Trust Of India. The transaction was made in the year 1997 at their Cochin Branch, Kerala. For this amount UTI had alloted 1000 units in the name of my daughter Amrutha Sadanandan. The actual date of maturity is 17 Oct 2016.

But now I heard that UTI has closed this plan few years ago. Unfortunately, I have not received any information from UTI regarding the closure of this scheme.

Dear Sirs
I have mediclaim Policy O[censored]TI’s SCUP 93 (Membership No SC[protected] since 21.5.1998. For the first time my wife was required to undergo Cataract eye surgery for that I obtained approval o[censored]TI. As asked by UTI all related papers, Bills Cash Memo etc sent to UTI Kolkata office who after checking all documents forwarded to New India Assurance co Ltd (NIAC) Kolkata branch Code No 511700 on 18.3.2011 for release of payment. NIAC allotted claim No 10/ 00138. Now against Bills of Rs 36141/- NIAC has settled the claim for Rs.24000/- and have sent it to UTI Kolkata office. The deductions of Rs.12141/- is not justified at all .
Sir you must be aware if IRDA or Union Finance ministry signed any agreement with Insurance companies restricting maximum 24000/- for cataract surgery. If not then why Rs 24000/- released in place of Rs.36141/- this deduction is unjustified and illegal and is harrasement to Mediclaim Policy holder. Sir, I shall be thankful to you if you will please take-up my case with concerned person better with CMD Mr M.Ramadoss CMD. His Phone No is[protected] and mail ID is cmd.[protected]@newindia.co.in . Also please ask UTI Chairman what is responsibility o[censored]TI as we are member o[censored]TI’s SCUP 93 and not of NIAC
