Referring to my complaint on 4th Aug 2008, regarding due issuance of my duplicate warrant has been solved as i have received my duplicate warrant today.

Please not that SEBI / COMPANY act 1956, MCA guidelines doing opposite the works and you may be instruct to your RTA that they look into the matter and be transfer in my name. It seems that the proceeding of your RTA is not satisfied with the clients, and shown irresponsibilities of him.

As I have received a letter that the policy has been discontinued by UTI and accordingly I have applied duly filled form alongwith original certificate. On enquiry from UTI they have informed that we have already send the cheque but the same has not been delivered to me. Again lot of correspondence has been done and ultimately UTI has send me a letter mentioning that send a " letter o[censored]ndertaking" for issuance of duplicate cheque.

Even the original cheque was not delivered to me I have send the "Letter o[censored]ndertaking" on stamp paper on 10.01.2009 but still duplicate cheque has not been received and also no communication. Can anybody from UTI can help me for the payment.
