Non-credit of ppf deposit

Deposited an amount of rs.3400/- on 23/04/2014 iny my daughter, samreen akhtar ppf a/c. No.31443 with united bank of india, calcutta branch, kolkata - 70001. There is an error in mentioning the ppf a/c. No. As 31448 instead of 31443.
In spite of several letter and visit the bank has yet credit the amount in the aforesaid ppf a/c. They said the amount goes to their head office and take time to credit. But inspite of 2 years elapsed...

Exchange of black money

How the customer or any other person can exchange the old currency (500&1000) to new currency (2000). On 14.12.2016 at 2.45pm in united bank of india, west masi street branch, madurai. They had exchanged 2.5lacks. It just not happened today it keep on running after customer timing hours before 25days also they had exchanged some big amount. Sir, with due respect i beg to state that rs 22488/ had been deducted from my ubi account no[protected]. I had visited the branch manager but he is so inactive. He said it is happened for online shopping. But i didn't access any website for shopping. I accessed an app named digital atm (Written as it's launched by bjp & rbi. I only added two bank a/ c (Sbi & ubi). No money had been deducted from my sbi a/c but rs22488/ had been deducted...

Wrong deduction of money

Debited rs 1000 from my account on 06/12/2016 by transfering money on dbs bank, but it was not transfer, just debit from my a/c and not credited to my another dbs bank .

Branch manager also denied, told that we do not have cash.
