Net banking prb til now after getting new password it shows authentic error after informing customer care to it not solved on other side i try to use mobile banking for two transactions recharge failure but amt deducted from. Acc in tat itself status failure it shows but amt not credit til now in my account it some wat cheating a people without transactions success i need my amt to refund to my account400rs.

    Deposited an amount of rs.3400/- on 23/04/2014 iny my daughter, samreen akhtar ppf a/c. No.31443 with united bank of india, calcutta branch, kolkata - 70001. There is an error in mentioning the ppf a/c. No. As 31448 instead of 31443.
    In spite of several letter and visit the bank has yet credit the amount in the aforesaid ppf a/c. They said the amount goes to their head office and take time to credit. But inspite of 2 years elapsed no result come.
    Should i get the amount back or bank will take the amount in their pocket.

      Dear Sir, I have transferred Rs.500 through State Bank of India (SBI) Net Banking (NEFT) to United Bank of India ( UBI), Borjola Branch, Agartala on 07.12.2016. The Reference No. is IRB5191742 and UTR NO. is SBIN[protected]. The amount has already been debited from my account but yet to be credited to the Beneficiary. The status shows as "Confirmation from other bank awaited". I have communicated the matter to the SBI Customer Care several times but failed to get any result. It seems to be ridiculous that we can't rely on fund transfer as after elapsing a period of 16 days fund is yet to be credited to the beneficiary. If requires I can furnish screen shot of the transaction. Please take the matter o9n priority basis and do the needful. Goutam Dasgupta.

            How the customer or any other person can exchange the old currency (500&1000) to new currency (2000). On 14.12.2016 at 2.45pm in united bank of india, west masi street branch, madurai. They had exchanged 2.5lacks. It just not happened today it keep on running after customer timing hours before 25days also they had exchanged some big amount. You can verify through bank cash counter and bank cc cameras. Let we see you will take a good decision? Thank you

              Sir, with due respect i beg to state that rs 22488/ had been deducted from my ubi account no[protected]. I had visited the branch manager but he is so inactive. He said it is happened for online shopping. But i didn't access any website for shopping. I accessed an app named digital atm (Written as it's launched by bjp & rbi. I only added two bank a/ c (Sbi & ubi). No money had been deducted from my sbi a/c but rs22488/ had been deducted from my said ubi a/c.                 It is for your kind information that I, Shilpi Chowdhury Debnath, from Nagaon ( Assam ) .I have a C.C. Account No.[protected] in your branch since 2011. My business was not going well last one year for that Bank transections also hampered. I ensure bank that I tried hard for do business normal with the Bank . The staff o[censored].B.I. regularly visits my shop and used to threaten and misbehave me in different way in front of public and my staffs so loudly. They also used to same types of threaten and misbehave other shop named Pranabananda Medical ‘s staff named by Sri Sibu Banik, S.O. Lt. Sambhu Banik, vill+PS- Rupahihat, Dist- Nagaon, ( Assam) . They also used to threaten that U.B.I. going to Lock Pranabananda Medical and so many sang language that can’t be written by me.
                On 9/12/2016 near about 6 PM five male and one women came to my ranted home and introduce themselves as a United Bank of India’s staff. I informed them that I am alone with 7years old son my husband out of station please I will visit bank or my shop but they refused to do so and started threaten . They threaten so loudly that all our building members came out .They doing misbehave in front of all. I tried to say them that I had no interest pending. They did not believe me and my voice. They regularly insulting me and threaten given me. I cried in front of all but they don’t believe me and started laugh and threaten. I have no Interest pending.

                  I certified I Avirup das account holder o[censored]BI..my account number is[protected]..on[protected] I did a transaction at noon near about 2pm of RS 1000 but as atm declined and shows error limit exceed so I failed to take the money but my UBI bank debited rs1000 from my account.. As per I failed to transact the money so I want my money refund in my account.. Pls do needful

                          This is to bring your kind notice frequently few amount got deducted from my sb account no.[protected], as it was showing "charge tran: minimum balance charges" where rbi already declared all the nationalize bank account holder not having any boundation for maintaining minimum account balance. But unfortunately, every day some amount sometime rs 58, sometime rs 14 deduced from my said account. Hence request you kindly look into this matter and get this issue at an earliest.

                            Went to withdraw money from account Around 3:45 p.m, but cashier denied and said take permission from manager,
                            Branch manager also denied, told that we do not have cash.
                            As i was in cash counter, i saw there was enough cash and also many irrelevant question that was very embrasing me
                            And also saw they make payment to other person after closing
                            Sir, because of cashless tranjection we are going to loose our counter sale so pls issue a swapping machine for us, Bargarh, as an old customer of your bank I want to request you to pls start a swapping machine for all debits and credits cards for cashless tranjection to help India to become a cashless country..., , ,
                            On 18 November, 2016 after 2 hrs. Que, after scroll my deposit slip when I deposit 15 coins of Rs. 10, cashier refuse to accept thous coins. Then I went to manager for complain, but refuse to give me any receipt of that complain. Now penalty charged from my a/c . My a/c was in low on that time.                                     Account debited but amount not dispense from atm a/c no[protected]

                                    I used my UBI ATM card for withdrawal of 2000 at PNB ATM GEETA COLONY block 10 on 16/11/2016 but money was not dispensed and my account was debited of 2000

                                      I am priyanka roy maintain a savings bank account number[protected] with your paikpara branch. I have just now received a sms alert from your bank informing that rs.800 has been debited from my account. I have not made any transaction in this account today the debit card is also lying with me. I have not parted with my password with anyone. I request you to look into the mater and refund rs.800 to my account immediately.

Further to my mail earlier on the day, i wish to inform you that i have checked from atm that the amount of rs.800 was debited towards decs kindly note that i have not issued any such ecs please look into the matter and re-credit rs.800 to my account immediately.

                                      Branch manager refuse to clarify and co-oprate with me. He said that it was not his job. Then who will help me

So, therefore I request your kindness to unblock the ATM card as early by today if possible.

                                        I went today(13.11.2016) to UBI Ballygunge Station/Ekdalia branch, Kolkata for exchanging my old 500 rupee notes as per RBI guidelines. On reaching there I came to know from bank officials that if I dont have any account with the bank, I need to provide passbook and KYC photo copy of any other bank account I am holding. Now I am not an account holder o[censored]BI. But when I checked the RBI site for guidelines it is clearly mentioned that I can exchange my old notes from any bank whether I have an account there or not. I have to provide bank details only in case I need to exchange more than 4000 rupees. For amount upto 4000, valid identity proof is enough. Now I have only three 500 rupee notes amounting to a total of rupees 1500. So why do I need to furnish other bank account details then. This is clearly against RBI directive and a malpractice by the bank. For your reference following is the guideline site of RBI.                                         On date 09 10 11 night my 1000 rupees are not getting throug sbi atm there my kind request please give me returnd my money.a/c no[protected]
                                        I am genuine customer of your bank. And I have been using mobile banking to transfer of my fund for my convenience. Right now I could not access to the app. In the mobile instead I could see the message as it is lock
                                        What kind of system it is ?
                                        I could not recharge my electric bill, and other utilities?
