I did shopping of Rs.3000 on 24 sep. from your Alpha One amritsar store. Till date i have neither received any coupon nor my membership has been upgraded. Kindly give me details regarding this.

Totally disappointed with so called brand ucb and have decided to never buy this brand again and even suggest the same to others if my complaint is left unheard.
Bought a ucb_polo t-shirt from shoppers stop in logix mall opposite to noida city centre metro station and within 3 washes it has turned into and awful shape with length elongated than normal when i bought it... The hsn/sac code of the product bought is 61091000 and item no is[protected]... Please exchange or return/refund as applicable as i see my earned money being wasted on such a bad product...

Respected sir, madam i have bought a shoes (Sneakers) from amazon.in i have used it for about twice a trice in a month but i have noticed the sole of that shoes is getting out from side firstly i thought its manufacturer defect or something i missed out one day to get échanged my product amazon said it won't be possible as they are beyond limit to get échanged so i have mailed ucb official website for help they don't have any service in india and it seems to be fake product they have been selling[protected] order number i have informed them as they have accepted my return though its been used but it doesn't seems fair to sell a product which is not genuine at all when i have informed that its been 4 days i haven't got any revert then they accepted my réturn with refund no exchange though the shoes is available

Have purchased 3 tshirts on same day out of which one (White colored is not up to the mark after washing, so returned it and given assurance that thry will get back to me, since its 4 months i have not received a single call from ucb brigade road bnagalore contact person mr karthik.
Kindly rectify the problem in order to lose ur customer

I received the parcel of wrist watch through fedex courier at 5.30 pm on
07-aug-2018. I just opened the box and found damage glass of wrist watch. I sent an email to [protected]@iredeem.in, next day i received one email from team iredeem and they told us to replace new watch. But still nobody approached me for taking damaged product and even nobody responding on phone and email.

My husband bought a t shirt yesterday for rs 2399 and used it today for a few hours and he found out that it was damaged. The threads had come out from 2 different places and it can't be used now. Now we are doubtful about the quality of the products being sold as this shirt was worth for just a few hours. We tried to talk to the store people and they refused to take it back saying it's a physical damage that caused this and if suppose it was there before the purchase then it would have been there for all the t shirts there. I really don't understand if that statement even makes any sense. After reaching back we realised the same thing is happening in other parts of the shirt as well.

I bought last 1year back benetton t shirt from chun mun lajpat nagar new delhi. I m so happy still no complaints.

I bought a bentton backpack worth rs 2049 from paytm.. Then after 20days one of the zip failed, one of the letter in the brand text got faded away totally.. Some part of cloth material going to tear out.. I contacted their customer care service number so many times.. But no one attending my calls.. Simply they disconnecting my calls.. Absolute disgusting.. The worst customer service ever i had seen.. Being an international brand they should maintain some standards..

I am fed up by trying to contact you. It’s almost a week that i am calling you and emailing you but no one is replying. My husband bought one dress from airport for me but i’ve some fit issues and wanted to exchange it. I went to wave mall in jammu to exchange the dress but they don’t have girls collection now. I have purchased a laptop Bag in april, 2018 from Multi Brand showroom E-561, ramphal chowk dwarka sec-07 and the product details is 16A6BAGT7011I .M.R.P. of this product was 2700 rupees after discount, product price became 1350 rupees. but within 3 months bag has been torn up from the two sides . warranty has been given by Banetton.and and seller also gave me a surity for any inconvenience but now he denied . i want to change the bag with same product.so please help me and suggest me what will i do.

I bought a product from Benetton store and after wearing only first time, it got bubbled everywhere in the product. I write so many emails to costumer service about product and contact number but they delayed from their side for proper conversation.
Now I'm having a call from vinay Sharma and he replied me after one week that it's been a long time and we can not do anything and his way of talking is totally rude and unethical. I'm truly unsatisfied with the Benetton and it's service. Bad costumer service bad product and poor response.

I have a serious concern regarding a recent purchase i have made. The purchase consisted of a pack of 3 Hipsters. In the first use itself the Hipster ripped off the seam and is not in a wearable condition at all. I'm extremely disappointed with the sub standard quality product that I invested in. I had gone to the outlet to share my grievance and was told to reach out via Consumer Complaints for a exchange though i would prefer a refund since I'm skeptical of the quality despite .the Brand and the premium price that comes with the Brand. I have attached both a receipt of my purchase as well as a picture of the compromised product in question.

I went to Benetton, the Santacruz Store in the morning and got a lovely assistance from the crew at the store, have been going to Benetton for a really long time and infact went to the store thrice today itself, but sadly my last trip to the store turned into a complete mess, and all thanks to an employee named Ankita at the billing counter as she was sitting and making faces and I had asked her for a suggestion form to add that you’ll should start “ credit notes “ like the other stores, and her reply to it was that we don’t do things like that and look it up online really rudely, and when asked for her name she refused and started yelling and fighting at the store, I did have a slight confusion about the exchange of a few items and how I had to buy something worth 600/- but I’m sorry the way Ankita spoke was really really bad, and said a lot of things which normally doesn’t really happen in hospitality and specially when you’re dealing wih customers, so if you could please look into this matter and teach your staff that, the store isn’t their home to yell and scream at YOUR customers. And I being a Customer did not appreciate that at all. Kindly look into this matter.
And also if you’ll could please start credit note services. Her name is Ankita, billihg counter at the Santacruz Benetton Store. And please teach her a few tips on Customer Services and Hospitality. She really needs it.

I haved placed a compalint regarding the quality of the shoes in the ucb (mall road branch of ludhiana).But i get to know that the company have rejected the shoes and said that we cant do anything regarding this even you know that there is the quality problem that's why i have placed a complaint if it would be in the good manner we should accept it even i haven't wear that shoes often in three months i have only wear that shoes 4 times even we are buying lots of shoes but in 3-4 wear it diesn't look like that shoes however your shoes is looking it was white sneaker:--(article was:-18p8sneafw521-906)

My name is Abhishek, & I am writing this mail for either refund or replacement of this sleeper which I bought in the month of March from BENETTON showroom Citi one mall, Pimpri & am very shocked that such a product has been in so bad condition in just one month time, after buying this product, I went to Delhi for one of my project work for 3 months, this sleeper has been hardly used as just in 10-15 days, this was in a very poor condition so that I could wear it & go anywhere outside .
I just want to ask a question if I buy a local sleeper which will cost me just 100 bucks, that even runs for 6-7 months & paying such a good amount & that to be a brand of Benetton, if this is the condition, I am really surprised why will be buy it den ...

This is to inform that on 25/06/2018 i have bought 2 boxers of large size and one socks pair from a benetton stores, saharanpur, up. 247001, under discount scheme buy 3 articles and get 50% off. When i came home wear 1 boxer i found that large size which i bought 2 pcs is small and very uncomfortabe to wear, i thought i should go to benettton store to get exchange the second boxer which is unused but when i approach to benetton they refused to exchange. I request them to exchange me xl size but they did not do that. The value of boxer is rs. 250 only but it is not a matter of value, it is a matter of benetton exchange policy, while they have the policy to exchange within 20 days from the date of purchase, why they are not able exchange the boxer. Please solve my problem. Moreover they did issue bill to my benetton account also. I suspect something wrongdoing the employee of store. Please look into matter and solve my problem.

Kindly attention that i bought a boxer o[censored]cb from amazon online. My waist size is exactly 33.5. I buy boxer of size m as it suitable for me from earlier purchases, but this boxer looses it elasticity with in 1 week of my purchase. I buy many boxer before but this is inappropiate.

I visit my nearest store in bikaner
As i have received sms from ucb offer at shopping of 5k get 5k murchandise free but you showrrom p[censored]cb in bikaner at pansvasti are not givening me that offer . I have to purchase in that offer only.
They are making there offer and when i speak to that store they say we dont give you that offer . We are not depend on company offer we have my own offere for my store . That was rude behaviour fro ucb bikaner .

I've bought a jeans from ucb and it costs almost 3000. But it misses the perfect stitching and tailoring of an authentic brand. The side stitching of the jeans is seen in front... And it leads to many irritation as well it really works as an obstacle for the perfect fittings and comfort. So if you values your customer you should do something to replace it.
