    As per draft mentioned below i have been following up with raksha tpa and grievance redressal at united india insurance complain redressal mechanism but getting no response, i approached yourself to intervene into the matter and get the claim settled as per policy document. The below complaint was raised on 12 july 2017 vide complaint number

    "a claim under the policy as per detail was registered on 18.05.2017 for rs. 7503.00.
    And in spite of repeated complaint as per token number mentioned below raksha tpa is not responding the complaint and deducted some amount contrary to the policy document.

    On 22 may, i mailed to enquire the details and reason of less amount of approval of rs. 446/- instead of rs. 7503/-
    And 06-jun-2017 they informed via claim settlement voucher that deduction/remark bph not covered under domiciliary list, on the basis of policy terms and conditions, claim has been settled as per the instructions o[censored]nited india insurance company.

    I mentioned time and again that this a claim regarding treatment of prostate and diabetes and its complications.in past also the claim under the same policy for the same decease and same hospital and same medicine was paid by you but now raksha tpa is not responding it.
    Request you to please reconsider the genuine claim as per policy document and pay the full amount rs. 7503/- (Deduct rs 446/- already paid).
    In case any clarification from hospital/ doctor is required, please write to me or enquire at your end."

    In case not responded satisfactorily at your end i have no alternate other than to approach the irda or insurance ombudsman.

    Hope the matter will be taken at your level and not force me to go to higher level.

      Regarding my complaint i have admitted on date 13 july 2016 and discharge on 15 july 2016 against fighting the disease of stricture urethra at sharda hospital khargone.

      Regarding the claim of these i have deposit the all related paper as attested by hospital authority and discussed with my insurance adviser mr. Deepak mahajan agent code is agd0063107.

      Till date i can not received the claim amount and unsettled yet.
      Regarding my claim we have informed the same to concern tpa agency and insurance company on date 13 july 2016 @ 4.50 pm

        My name is gulshan kumar and i work as a agent o[censored]nited india insurance company since 2016 my agency code is uii111787agn1004514 under khanouri (Sangrur 148001, punjab) admin officer sikander garg sir i have been misguided by my office sikander garg since the beginning even my policies are being credited in the name of some other agent who is in relative i have been reported many a times but now he has started harassing me i asked head officer dm sangrur (United india insurance company) but he did not care about this matter even he did not pic my call and transfer my agency to his other branch office sunam but i am not satisfied with this and i have sent a legal notice to dm sangrur and sikander garg a few days back sir please take a strict action against him. Sir i do not want to work in united india insurance company in future so please issue me noc for transfer my agency to other company sir i attach policy cover note which have give benefit to other

          Dear Sir,

          With reference to the telephonic calls received few minutes back from =91 [protected], +91 [protected] & +91 [protected](Received 7 calls from 11.01 Am to 11.12 AM) has not given any resolution and more over they want to refund my premium amount after using my amount for a period of 36 days. I am in an attitude of that I was insured my medical climes and I was kept in dark.

          Moreover they are asking my debit card numbers and I was rejected to give the number. I am not ready to accept any refund in this issue and I am ready to approach consumer forum for justification, damages and compensations. what is the right to you to ask my Debit card number ?

          This is very much un comfort created by UNITED INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY.

            Sub: Reimbursement of cost of medical check up : Medi claim policy no: [protected]P[protected] valid till mid night of 23.07.2017

            Sir,
            As per clause 8 of the, page 13 of 17 .of the subject policy, I am entitled to undergo the medical check up once in a block of three years as there was no claim during the past three years. I also consulted the United India Insurance company, Coimbatore, and ( visu.[protected]@medassistindia, com ) before undergoing the medical check up. I am also aware that the claim would be restricted to 1 % of the insured value Which is Rs 1500/ in my case.

            2. After the medical checkup I submitted my claim attaching all the original receipts to United India Insurance which was forwarded to The Medi Assist India TPA PVT limited, 1437, 3 rd floor, Red Rose
            Chambers, trichy Road < Coimbatore 641010..Acknowledgement was also received through
            SMS[protected] dated 24.04.2017. After a week, medi assisted wanted a copy of my Aadhaar card which was also furnished the very next day.

            3. Since then, I have been following with Medi Assist, Coimbatore and United India Insurance, Coimbatore. But my case has not yet been settled and I have not received the reimbursement.
            Now I understand the my claim has been cleared and sent to head office for payment

            4.. I therefore request you sir, to effect the payment immediately, since it is nearing three months since I submitted the claim In this connection, I would also like to emphasis that UIIC and the TPA should settle the claims in atime bound manner, since the company does not not allow even a single day extension when it comes to the question of paying renewal premium. The contract must be fair to both sides

            6. I also request you to intimate me renewal premium amount payable by me ( due 0n24.07.2017), since the Coimbatore office is unable to furnish the same because of the introduction of GST. Kindly treat this as urgent. Since I will be out of station from 15.04.2017 till the month end and I want to make payment before I leave the station of vacation.

                My policy is under investigation from past 5 months and we re not being informed anything about it nor the status. Very irresponsible behaviour on their part. They should have the minimum courtesy of communicating with the customers about the on going investigation. I have been calling the customer care number which is always busy and luckily if it rings, no one is receiving. There is no means to communicate with them or i would say they are too careless of about their duties. I am hoping to get a proper response atleast now

                  This mail is regarding my travel insurance for my travelling from CHENNAI TO GOA on4th of July 2017 (PNR no DE21XD booking ID[protected]. I had purchased the travelling insurance for all of my family members ( KARWAT COVER MORE, policy nos[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].

                  As per the original schedule I was supposed to travel by indigo Flight 6E128 At 4:50 am on[protected], but my travelling was rescheduled to indigo flight 6E905 at 11:15 am due to cancellation of flight.

                  A per the policy any delay in travelling more than 6 hours of delay, I am eligible for the claim.
                  On enquiry for the claims at the airport, I was simply denied for the claims saying why did you accept the new schedule .

                  Hence i am forwarding this complaint so that I can avail the claims as per the policy.

                  I request you to look into the matter on priority and do the needful in this regard.

                              Hi, i have taken a car policy from uiic & at the time of policy i've asked for 0 dep. Policy. That time the executive said ok i given a chq. Of rs.9251/- for 0 dep policy & he given me a insurance cover for policy where clearly mentioned that this 0 % dep policy & after some time provide me insurance paper. But at the time of insurance claim service centre deny that this is normel policy & charge me as normel policy. Now uiic said this is dealarship problem.

                                We are receiving tpa cashless claims payment through bank's they are providing only utr nos from which are unable to trace out the claim details (Belongs to which tpa) as your company is providing cashless fecility through tpa s in india.

                                Ex:12-may-17 united india by transfer-neft*citi0000003*citin[protected]*uiic-payments — 43, 302

                                With this information hospitals are unable to trace out the claim details.

                                Kindly make arrangement to include tpa details in bank payment transaction.

                                So kindly solve the problem.

                                  A theft occurred in my office after breaking the locks of my office on 21/05/2014 at about 4.00 am. Police complaint was filed. 3 Computers, 1, Blackberry Mobile and some other valuable items were stolen. The items were insured under Policy No. 021400/44/58/20000039. As per HO letter bearing reference no. Marine Claims: AVK/[protected], dated March 30, 2015, Purchase invoice and Final Investigation report submitted. Frequent follow ups were done through the Agent who is handling my account. Even reminder mail also was sent. But, till date no action has been taken. Today also I have phoned up the Agent. I was informed that the concerned officer is on leave and END NUMBER OF CASES ARE PILED UP ON THEIR TABLE.
                                  GENUINE CASES LIKE THIS, WHEN IT IS NOT RESOLVED, PUBLIC WILL LOOSE FAITH IN THE COMPANY.
                                  I have provided all papers to TPA - Medsave for processing my claim.

                                  Medsave is not starting process for non availibity of GC code.

                                  I had sent atleast 25 mails to different authority in UIIC in last month.

                                  No answer-no action from UIIC.

                                    This is to bring to your kind information that I am a regular policy holder with ur firm and my membership no. Is UI0048011.my claim no is 14310509

                                    I had been operated on march 22nd 2017 for removal o[censored]terus due to increasing inner line o[censored]terus and syst in ovaries. I had incurred about 80 thousand rupees. Due to health problem i had been operated. It was neither a joke nor i wanted to hv knife tearing my body. But yesterday my LIC agent, thru whom i had taken mediclaim policy informed me that my claim had been rejected.

                                    I am very deeply hurted by this. V keep such a deep faith in you. We have a faith that if any circumstances come, v hv somone who will help us. V take ur policy, renew it annually. My policy expired on 31st march 2017 but had it renewed till 31st October 2017. Why should we put our money for mediclaim when we are not getting any help during difficulties.

                                    Please do me a favour by letting me know the reason why my policy claim was rejected. My mobile no. [protected]. Hope to hear from you soon.

                                    My policy no.is UI00048011 which expired on 31st march 2017 and i hv again renewed it. Due to major problem in my uterus i was operated for removal o[censored]terus and ovaries on 22nd March 2017. This is not a prolonged illness. I had submitted my medical bills for reimbursement of claims. But yesterday my LIC agent informed me that my claim was rejected. For seeking help i am trying to contact on 24 x 7 helpline but no one is attending to phone even when its full ringing. When the authorities are not helping us in need then whats the use of taking such Mediclaim. From last 3 years i am regularly paying my premium. I took the policy for myself and my family so that in unseen circumstances we can get some help...but whats the use of taking a recognized policy...they just reject the claims for which they dont hv proper explanation. I would recommend people to think thousand times before putting your money on such policies.

                                      For my policy no. 500600/28/16/P[protected] MD INDIA has uploaded all the required documents and it is showing claim is settled on 08th March 2017.
                                      But still the amount is not yet credited to my account my MDID NO. - MDI5-[protected]. Please look into and let me know how much time it will take to refund my claim or provide me the contact person to whom i can contact for my claim.

                                      No payment against vehicle no wb65c-1276
                                      I regret to informe that our vehicle no wb65c1276 accident date 12/12/2016 intimation date 13/12/2016 amount 177265 & final survey date 22/12/2017 but payment is not till date. So I request to you please give me good advice how to prosses the payment of accident vehicle & oblise.

                                        Again the same notorious tpa harassment similar to last year.
                                        I was provided 7000max Hospital room rent in [protected]@ghpltpa.com. Later in discharge it was decreased. Being day care urgent surgery of my child with fracture arm. K wire was surgically placed.
                                        With more than four yrs of insurance. I am legible for reimbursement cashless but again this time I had to pay 20000 out of 87100 medical bill. Even after paying non consumables which is paid by a customer, being a Doctor I understand the Claus, still I paid 20000medical expenses. I want an immediate reimbursement.
