Most of the claims pertaining to id card no. Hhs8.[protected] are closed/rejected due to reason"lichen planus is not covered under domiciliary treatment."

In this context, i have to inform as under
1. Palak maharwal is suffering from lichen planus along with psoriasis disease.
2. Psoriasis disease is already covered for domiciliary treatment as per iba joint note.
3. Under noted domicialiary treatment bills of i d no. Hhs8.[protected] palak maharwal has been already settled by your company for the lichen planus disease:-
A. Claim no. Hh[protected] for rs 3033.00
B. Claim no. Hh[protected] for rs 1380.00
C. Claim no. Hh[protected] for rs 5177.00

4.in view of above, it is clear that you are harassing me by informing the reason which is baseless and mis leading for adopting double standard for settlement of claims for the same disease.

      I have policy with united insurance for vehivle innova pb23p-0177.
      The company is harrasing by giving no claim since february 2017. Surveyor has sent the reports made through email to me. Policy number [protected]p[protected]

      The company is objecting to pass the claim by saying that they have not received the reports so they are denying to pass the claim and i am suffering harrasment from both sides by the surveyor and the company
      Please help me in this
      My car insurance has been renewed in the name of the old owner.I had complained many times, but company had not given response.

        I have business for car consultant.

        I have full insurance transfer for other party, i have pay for agent through rs.500 cash.
        But actually insurance transfer fees 304, and i says pls refund for rs.196 but he says i have not refund for cash.

        He is fraud with me, i have paid cash, he says pls provide insurance transfer for party bank account number, but why pay for party payment for neft through.

        I have pay cash and my business for car sale and purchase, i have amount collect for party rs.304,
        Why i have loss for rs.196

          I retired from central bank of india, as a officer, in 2015-16 bank implimented scheme health insurance scheme ti-up with united india insurance company. I became a member of health insurance policy (Group) for year 2015-16 in this years policy my name was correct.in next year i have renewed poolicy with domicilary treatment option ll. Policy no. 500100/28/16/p[protected] in this policy my name is changed, (Ashok d. Dawange) it is wrong name. My real name is ashok g. Dawange. I also received i card with name ashok g. Dawange from united india insurance company. My mdid is mdi5-[protected]. Please change my name as ashok g. Dawange, at an earliest, otherwise i have no substitute to cancell the policy from next year.

              Tpa has cleared the reimbursement bills which were submitted on 21 jun 2017 and! 4 jul 2017 amounts of bills being 1) rs19950 2) rs19950 3) rs2003 4) rs5127. Tpa and insurance broker anand rathi say the delay is with united india insurance co.

I had discussion with our company development officer about the policy years and premium three times then confirmed to take a policy. That amount check given to him. For a copy of policy i visited 15 times and call more than. They given me policy on 29august2017. They had taken of 10yrs. Premium but in policy copy they mentioned only 8yrs. Period. It's cheating they...

                  So please check status and resolve mistake as soon as possible.

                  I am suffering last 2 month between agent and from your representative for solution.

                  Still no solution has been come from any side of TPI or insurance company. So please take decision and deposit claim amount in my given bank account details.

                    Sir, on 05/07/2017 i submitted the captioned bill and on 11/07/17 i got a message from dm-fhptpa stting as: "your claim reimbursementffor claim ref. Id 1556571has been processed and amount will be credited to your bank accountshortly". After that one month d18days has alredy passed, the calim amount has not been credited till date.
                    In trhe mean time i contact to your staff posted at sbi jeevanshudha building, kolkata more than three times and each time i have been informed that it would be credited very shortly.
                    The unusual dealy decaying the creditability o[censored]iic.
                    Please solve the problem immediately

                      On 11.07.17 i got a message ffrom dm-fhptpa stating:your claim reimbursement for claim ref. Id 1556571 has been precessed and amount will be credited to to your bank account shortly.
                      Sir, more than one month and 18 days has gone, the bill has not yet credited to my a/c. Several time i contact the respective person at sbi jeevansudha buikding, kolkata and each time i have been informed that it will be credited shortly. The fact of non payment of medical bill to it's policy holder is the decay of credibality/faith to the the uiic. E
                      Please do the needful urgently.

                        I am akshay misra, retd employee from andhra bank. I am covered under group health insurance. I have submitted a claim for domiciliary treatment of self and wife in may 2017. I had submitted claim form duly mentioning bank account details and had also enclosed copy of cancelled cheque. However, insurance company on 15/05/2017 remitted the claim amount to an account which was already closed and hence the money bounced back to the remitter.

                        After continuous follow up with the tpa (Paramount), and as per their advice i resubmitted the bank details along with another cancelled cheque in june 2017.

                        However i have not received the claim amount so far. I am in constant touch with tpa who informs that they have reuploaded the correct account details to the insurance company and the same is to be applied at insurance company end. I have followed by mail with your officials and customer care dept but no reply so far. I request you to look into the matter.

                          My car accident claim is submitted on 2/8/2017 but claim not paid till date your branch Tonk Rajasthan. Policy no [protected]P[protected] issue date 4/1/2017
                          I am a retiree bank employee no 6051 from standard chartered bank policy no [protected]p[protected]. I have taken domicialiary benefit paying extra premia. Around 10th feb 18 i have submitted my domiciliary treatment claim for rs.12088 around 11th feb 18. After many days safeway tpa advised that they need govt issued photo id to process the claim. I submitted this three time to them. I kept following up the matter without any success. Last week they asked some prescriptions/bills etc and the same were provided on the same day. In fact all these documents are already with the claim submitted by me. Till date there is no comeback from safeway tpa. My wife's hospitalisation bill reimbursement claim is also pending from around the same date. I used to get the claim settled within two weeks by the earlier tpa.

                              Dear sir I want to take a loan against my car no UP33P 5052, So I had already make HPO at my car RC from RTO, office, and there is no objection to HDFC BANK, which is finencying me the money, but your insurance company has problems, they r saying tha this is not possible, how can u do this, I m not going to HPO at your car insurance, go n take another policy, so I humbly request to return my money back, r do HPO at my old insurance, thanking u, my no is [protected]

                                  This is with reference to my individual health insurance policy vide policy no. [protected]p[protected], period 1st april 2017 to 31st march 2018.in this regard, i would like to mention that i had initiated a claim vide claim no.[protected] against my hospitalisation for hernia surgery.

                                  It is deeply regretted to say that the company has been very kind enough to not pay my claim amount even after 3 months of my surgery and claim submission. Even after several follow ups, all i get to hear is "in process". Through this email, i wanted to put forth my angst of having associated with uiic for more than 20 years and this is the price that i have to pay even after all the premiums have been paid in time in full. I cant understand where is my fault in the goofups between uiic and their third part agent-hitpa, why should the customer suffer.

                                  I want to raise an official complaint against the company for the mentioned reasons, and claim the settlement along with penal amount as well as interest.

                                      I am a four wheeler policy holder bearing no. [protected]p[protected] for my car registration no. Ka 04 mf 3985.

                                      Sequel to my claim request, i received a message on 6 jul at 2-47 pm confirming approval of claim amt of rs. 11019/-. I had a sb a/c with erstwhile ing vysya bank that subsequently got merged with kotak mahindra bank ltd.

                                      Based on the details in the cheque leaf, i had erroneously given ifsc details of ing vysya bank. Accordingly the transfer of claim amount through ifsc to the said bank a/c. Thereafter i realized my mistake and contacted bangalore office on telephone no. 22534038 and provided the kotak mahindra bank ifsc details. However, the concerned officer informed me that the earlier transfer rejection advise must be informed for remittance of the claim amount to the new ifsc code. Till date the said confirmation has not been received in the bangalore office.

                                      This has caused inordinate delay in settling my claim. The claim is pending since june first week.

                                      I understand the purpose of transferring of claim amount through ifsc is with an intention of speedy disposal of claims. However, such delays defeat the very purpose of the policy. Pl do the needful to settle the claim immediately, alternately you may advise the local office to issue me a chque.
