Name bhagwan miterani pesioner of sbi insured under corporate policy no.120200/28/17/p[protected] with tpa mdindia with id no md15-[protected].
Tpa has cleared the reimbursement bills which were submitted on 21 jun 2017 and! 4 jul 2017 amounts of bills being 1) rs19950 2) rs19950 3) rs2003 4) rs5127. Tpa and insurance broker anand rathi say the delay is with united india insurance co.

I have taken our policy. Number is_[protected]p[protected]. Id_[protected]. I had discussion with our company development officer about the policy years and premium three times then confirmed to take a policy. That amount check given to him. For a copy of policy i visited 15 times and call more than. They given me policy on 29august2017. They had taken of 10yrs. Premium but in policy copy they mentioned only 8yrs. Period. Sir, on 05/07/2017 i submitted the captioned bill and on 11/07/17 i got a message from dm-fhptpa stting as: "your claim reimbursementffor claim ref. Id 1556571has been processed and amount will be credited to your bank accountshortly". After that one month d18days has alredy passed, the calim amount has not been credited till date.

I am akshay misra, retd employee from andhra bank. I am covered under group health insurance. I have submitted a claim for domiciliary treatment of self and wife in may 2017. I had submitted claim form duly mentioning bank account details and had also enclosed copy of cancelled cheque. As per draft mentioned below i have been following up with raksha tpa and grievance redressal at united india insurance complain redressal mechanism but getting no response, i approached yourself to intervene into the matter and get the claim settled as per policy document.
