Problem - my father was admitted to hospital and the united india insurance initially rejected the cashless service and then when the claim was submitted for reimbursement they rejected the claim on the ground that "only investigation" and no line of treatment. Whereas my father was unable to walk, stand, and compelete imbalance. Also the claim was submitted on 11th novmber 2017 and it got reject on 5th jan 2018. Again my father was admitted on 26th december 2017 for the same diagnosis and the claim was approved in cashless in bajaj allianz. But united india denied the claim. All the required documents were submitted on time along with proper receipts.
