My claim for 7 nov 2017 is yet not settle i did not yet recieved claim no and my agent is not answering my calls, even if he answers he talks rudely and ask me to keep patients and every month he assures me by month end it will b credited in my account. He is lying and wasting time not even telling me exact reason. I dont even knw what's is happening, as every time he comes up with new excuse, he ia unprofessional and tells me company takes 4 to 6 yrs to settle claim.
I want to knw exact time for claim to settle? M senior citizen who is first not keeping well and dont have stamina to follow up, m mentally harresed and disturbed becos of this dispute of being regular premium payer. I visited tpa they asking to go fort. I am not condition to keep visiting office.
Kindly co. Op and help asap.

      Sir most respectfully i beg to state that my vehicle registration no hr20z2943 met a accident on 23/3/2018 around 12 noon as a dog came in front of my car and both front tyres of my car went in small pits made to plant trees in them in luvas hisar. As apparently there was not much damage to car with help of some boys i pulled the car out of pit and started my journey to mussorie. When i reached near hansi indicator of decreased engine oil started blinking in the car. So i took my car to nearest maruti authorised dealer jagmohan motors ltd. Hansi. Sa mr pavan kundu told me that oil pan is damaged and total cost of repair is only around rs 2000 so no use of taking insurance and file charge is around rs 1000 and you would not get benefit of no claim bonus also next time. So i requested him to repair my car. But after repair they told me that pick of of the car is very less and damage is more and my car's turbo is damaged and they are not having spare parts. They also told me that it is safe to drive only thing is that pickup would be less. So i brought my car back to my home at hisar and arranged another vehicle and went to mussorie. After coming from mussorie i went to modern automobiles hisar and requested them to repair my car on 30 march 2018 as i am having insurance of my car. On 31 march 2018 i got call from surveyor mr madhur thukral from his mobile no [protected] and [protected]. He asked me to come to his residence in sector 13 in hisar regarding settlement of my claim of insurance. Why he called me to come to his residence rather than in agency or his office? In the evening on same day he told me that cashless claim can not be given and that you should not have got your car repaired from jagmohan motors hansi. I tried to explain him everything in details but he told me that he is very busy and did not gave me time to meet me on 31 march 2018 and told me to come on monday 2nd april 2018. On monday again he did not gave any time to me to meet him and explain him everything. Then i met mr balram bhadhu do-2 o[censored]nited insurance company at ashok plaza hisar. He assured me that my case is genuine and he would help me to best of his capabilities. On evening of 2nd april mr. Madhur thukral told me that if i will show him toll receipt he would settle my claim. I said that i am having all the documents please give me time to show all documents but he did not gave me time.in the morning of 3rd april 2018
      I again met mr balram bhadhu and he promised me to settle my claim. At 12.53 on 3rd april 2018 i got a call from mr. Thakral and he said that he has a alternate plan to settle my claim and again at 3 pm he called me and told me that turbo loss and other damages can not be given. I again met mr balram bhadhu he told me that he is helpless and i must talk to higher officals or go to court. Sir in this entire episodes role of mr madhur thukral is highly suspicious and non professional on following ground
      1 why he wanted to meet me in his home?
      2 why he did not gave me time to explain my plea?
      3 why without going to site of accident or to jagmohan motors he denied me benefits of cashless claim?
      4 why they send me mail on 3rd april which is dated 31 march 2018 regarding denial of my cashless claim? So please sir do justice with me and take strong action against mr madhur thukral surveyor for his suspicious and unprofessional behaviour. My policy no is[protected]. Thanks sir.         I, dr. Surjeet kaur, i am a gynaecologist & obstetrician doctor by profession. I bought toyota innova in 2013 from jalandhar punjab. I use this vehicle for my day to day routine. When i bought vehicle in 2013 on delivery of vehical i took toyota protect insurance from authorised toyota dealer and continuously renewed insurance every year from toyota tsusho insurance broker india limited.

        On 21st july 2017 my car met with an accident at krukshetra. I lodged complaint with toyota dealer and they further intimated the said insurance company on 25th july 2017. Received message from tkm :

        “your claim is registered as clm11279642/123660. For support, please mail at [protected]@ttibi.co.in / call [protected] ttibi”.

        As a lay women and a widow lady, i followed insurance company they told me to release the vehicle on sburdgari from hour able court krukshetra and then make estimate. I done the same and taken estimate from toyota dealer and submitted the same to the surveyor mr. Rajeshwar (I was told he was appointed). Estimate of rs. 1223493.91/-. They declared the vehicle total loss. After that we received letter from united india insurance co. Ltd. On 27th december 2017 to release the vehical from court /police and give us your consent on attached format to proceed further. I requested to hour able court of krukshetra to give permission to handover the vehicle to insurance company on total loss basis. I got permission from the said court for handing over the vehicle to insurance company copy attached. I submitted the court order copy to jalandhar united india insurance co. Ltd office. Then after fifteen days i received a call from uiic to come and get the documents for release of payment. On there request i visited there office and i was surprised to see that they were paying me 162949/- against my idv of rs. 664949/-. I asked them whats the mode of settlement of payment against my idv value of rs. 664949/-. They were unable to explain.

        As and when they asked documents we then provided them. After this harassment we approached uiic grievance cell. Grievance number pg[protected]. But no response. Talk to toyota people but always get message from them we are communicating with uiic people. Will come to resolution.

        I fail to understand the mode of settlement of paying rs. 162949/- against my idv of rs. 664949/-.

        After such request we received one day a mail from toyota protect representative mrs prabha and with trailing mail o[censored]iic stating with false ple that we have transferred our vip no. To another vehical and this accident vehical got new registration no. We asked them who is cooking this all false stories. This is a false ple taken by them for not paying the claim as today the vehicle is having same registration number pb08bk0010 from purchase of new vehicle.
        Please note : when i studied this ple i got to know that my car appointed surviour mr rajeshwar is looking for money. He wants to sell the vehical to scrap dealer and also wants to sale my cars vip no. Pb08bk0010 to earn money. As i clearly told him to cancel my registration in rto and pay my claim. So due to his personal interest he made all mess in settling up of my claim what i got feed back and certain people o[censored]iic asked money for settling of the claim.

        Continuously they are giving some and other false pleas for not settling the claim. For not paying my claim.

        We buy insurance from toyota tsusho insurance broker india limited on much higher price from the market and we were told by toyota dealer that no hassle only claus of rs.2000/- will be deducted rest amount you will get paid in case of minor damage or major damages. These car companies are selling higher price insurance from market and customer buys these insurances from toyota to see hassle free in settlement of claims but i am afraid to see such a gesture o[censored]nited india insurance co. Ltd.

        I am writing to irda with ray of hope that i am a widow lady and you can understand how much i got harassed by these uiic people for not settling my claim against my idv value. I further pray to you to take strict action against surveyor mr rajeshwar singh from jalandhar punjab, united india insurance co. Ltd & toyota tsusho insurance broker india limited for misguiding / false pleas for not settling my claim on my idv value.

        For my justice i further pray to irda that my claim of vehical is lying pending with united india insurance co. Ltd. Jalandhar city branch punjab. I further pray to you to either get my vehical repaired or help me to get my claim settle on my insured idv value of rs. 664949/- (Six lack sixty four thousand nine hundred fourty nine rupees only) on total loss bassis.

          I, the undersigned, like to inform you that i have submitted one final statement of medical bill of my wife smt. Manidipa banerjee for rs.63250/- on 7th nov., 2018 to heritage tpa vide ref. No.: hh[protected]. Out of which a sum of rs.20000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) was sanctioned by you on 10/01/2018. But unfortunately i have not received the sanctioned sum till date. May you be kind enough to look into the matter and resolve this matter immediately.

            I bought a brand new volkswagen ameo car on 17th dec 2017, i paid for insurance (United india insurance), registration and car all at the time of purchase.

            On 7th of january i met with an accident and at that i was holding a valid temporary registration.

            The dealership/garage asked me to pay the entire amount of repair and the insurance company will pay u in full (Zero dep) once you receive your permanent registration number.

            Now when i approached the dealership/garage with the permanent rc, they asked me to go to the insurance company (United india insurance). United india insurance (Lalbagh branch) made me run for couple of days for some documents which i already emailed them.

            And yesterday they denied the claim saying that under temporary registration we can not give you any claim

            This mail is in reference to my vehicle number UP78DE7555.On 18th feb 2017, early in the morning .I met a massive accident while travelling with my family .My vehicle was severely damaged from backside.With the grace of god, all my family members came out safe from this incidence.After the accident, we visited SAMARA HONDA in delhi for the repair.The surveyor was Mr. P.S BHATIA from UNITED INDIA INSURANCE LTD.He visited, surveyed and approved the claim after going through the neccessary paper work and audit. The insurance o[censored]nited India insurance company ltd. was bought from POLICY BAZZAR.COM.The insurance policy number is[protected].
            While buying and filling necessary quotes of insurance, I filled wrong expiry date of my last policy(HDFC ERGO POLICY ).This was done unknowingly but I had also mentioned the necessary policy number, which was[protected].The expiry date of HDFC ergo policy was 13/01/2018 and by mistake I filled it 20/1/2018.When we applied for policy, the united India insurance company ltd. approved and issued the policy without checking the necessary details.
            After the repair work was done, we bear the PAYMENT OF RS. 85, 510.
            When we submitted the necessary documents, we got a mail from United India Insurance co. ltd. that your claim has been rejected because there was date lapse between current and previous policy .
            DEAR SIR WE ARE THE MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY AND RS. 85, 510 IS A MAJOR FINANCIAL CRUNCH FOR US .
            I request you to look after the matter and provide us justice as both POLICY BAZZAR.COM and UNITED INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY LTD has Clearly specified that we will not help you as this was completely customer fault.As POLICY BAZZAR.COM and UNITED INDIA INSURANCE CO. LTD. has issued the policy without checking the necccesay details and that too when their surveyor Mr. P.S BHATIA has sanctioned and approved for repair process.
            I request you to look after the matter and provide us justice as both POLICY BAZZAR.COM and UNITED INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY LTD has Clearly specified that we will not help you as this was completely customer fault.As POLICY BAZZAR.COM and UNITED INDIA INSURANCE CO.             We also asked POLICY BAZZAR.COM to resolve the mater for further claims as our current policy is valid till 20TH JAN 2019.But unfortunately again POLICYBAZZAR.COM has shown no interest to resolve this matter also instead they are ignoring calls from us.Also many informations what there customer care people tells us is just fraud so that they can just sell there insurances and make profit out of it .

              I have obtained a policy under iba health insurance scheme. I am ex - employee of sbbj (Now merged with sbi). Id no. Is [protected]. Tpa is vipul med corp insurance tpa pvt. Ltd.
              Earlier my request for cashless treatment was rejected. No details provided by tpa. I was advised telephonically that i should submit reimbursement claim after surgery.
              After surgery (Which was scheduled) i subm itted claim with tpa bangalore office on 6.1.2018. On contact i was advised that claim has been settled. But no other details provided despite follow up. On telephone i am advised that i will receive the payment. No other details are provided. File no. Is 18rb 01uij 3286.

                I am a retired employee from tata coffee limited, bangalore and i am covered under the group medical policy, premium being paid by my employer company tata coffee limited.

                I underwent a cardiac surgery on 31.7.2017 at g. Kuppusamy naidu memorial hospital, coimbatore, tamil nadu and i submitted the claim for reimbursement of rs.302784/-, through paramount health services tpa pvt limited, bangalore. Again i was asked to submit additional information/documents vide paramount letter dated 15.9.2017 which was received by me through e-mail on 22.11.2017. I submitted the required documents/clarification on 30.11.2017.

                In spite of repeated requests over telephone calls/mails, my claim stands unsettled in spite of 6-3 months period after submitting the claim/required documents.

                I am put to a lot of inconvenience and hardship.

                May i request you do the needful to settle my claim without further delay.

                      Sir i have a store at sojati gate, jodhpur (Raj.) name of ram selection,
                      Last week my showroom front glass gate is broken by an accident,
                      So i put my claim at ur company, jodhpur branch. I given my quotation
                      To ur surveyor mr rahul pitti, and next day he came to my showroom,
                      But this person behaviour is not good, his behaviour of talking is not good..
                      Last 12years i do business with ur company…but this type of staff i can't
                      See.. Regd. This matter i already talk to mr. N. R. Bholecha as a div. Manager
                      In jodhpur branch…
                      So pls. Sort out this matter asap. And given me a positive reply regd.

                        This is to inform you that i have lodged a claim for medical insurance for reimbursement of rs. 1, 34, 000 (Rupees one lakh thirty four thousand only) for my father's (Phsid ul how[protected] treatment where one original bill for rs.74000 (Rupees seventy four thousand only) vide bill no. Pr/17/140636 dated 21.12.2017 had been misplaced by me. Nursing home has already been issued a duplicate bill and i have given an affidavit duly notified by the advocate for the authentication as advised by tpa... I was the ex-employee of tata metaliks limited and also look after the insurance part... It was my gross mistake.. Actually i was so depressed at that time and misplaced the original bill.
                        My humble request to you to consider the same as a first time case...

[protected]p[protected] and mem id: uic54562877pnbrd of nirmal kumar mitra was passed and remitted through neft no. [protected] on 20/11/2017 favouring my a/c no. [protected] (As per information received) by raksha tpa. But the account was closed on 30/03/2016 at the time of my retirement from punjab national bank as a result of which the amount was not credited in the account and i have not received the same as yet. I have sent e-mail at [protected]@uiic.co.in on 03/01/2018 requesting to look into the matter and to arrange to credit the amount in my current savings a/c no.                           Action has not been taken by UNITED INDIA INSURANCE CO against my complaint Id: 1851593 regarding non-credit of hospitalisation claim amount approved by Raksha TPA - policy no.[protected]p[protected],
                          Mem. Id: uic54562877pnbrd till date (20/03/2018). Even I have not received any reply from the company. It seems
                          that the company has to take only premium from customers but it has no obligation for making payment to
                          customers. SERVICE IS VERY BAD.
                          My id uic54541481pnbr claim dated october 2017 was passed for Rs 4 lac(claim for 4.40lac) as per message dt.21st Nov.2017 but after several requests they credited Rs.106000/- only in Feb 17, 2018 and informed surgeon and other
                          doctors charged too high hence they passed Rs.16000/- to them instead of 340000/- It is for breast cancer surgery and claimed reimbursment. Raksha TPA is cheated some thing and there is no respone from UIIC or IBA, TPA
                          complained to IRDA through IGMS. recd. complaint number only its already passed three months not responded from IRDA. Complained to customer care HO chennai and Mombay also. Not received acknowledgements also to further action through ombudsman/consumerforum

                            Problem - my father was admitted to hospital and the united india insurance initially rejected the cashless service and then when the claim was submitted for reimbursement they rejected the claim on the ground that "only investigation" and no line of treatment. Whereas my father was unable to walk, stand, and compelete imbalance. Also the claim was submitted on 11th novmber 2017 and it got reject on 5th jan 2018. Again my father was admitted on 26th december 2017 for the same diagnosis and the claim was approved in cashless in bajaj allianz. But united india denied the claim. All the required documents were submitted on time along with proper receipts.

                            My claim file no18RB04UIF0108 on uiic portal hub on Jan15, 18 but the payment is not released.sir please release the payment as soon as possible.sir my claim submit on nov30, 17 under vipul med corp and audit is cleared on dec26, 17But still the payment is not received. Sir please arrange it as soon as possible.

                              I have my personal car insurance from united india insurance, done through policybazaar.com.
                              I met with an accident on 21st nov, 17 nearby patna (Bihar)
                              After enough efforts i got survey arranged and finally car repaired by 17th dec, 17 on 17th i made all payments and collected my car. Next day itself i send all relevant documents and bill along with money receipts to concerned team. Bill amount is huge around 1.2lakhs
                              Till date my claim reimbursement not settled. To add to it nobody informing the details about the claim refund status.
                              I tried to contact officials but they are not responding to phone calls nor mails.

                              Please tell me what to do. Policybazzar also contacted but they are clueless.

                                I am bank employee, i was sending maternity claim to mdindia health insurance tpa pvt ltd, this tpa is restrict to my claim due third maternity claim, but as per iba agreement with united india insurance company ltd, that is claim to be given delivery irrespective of number of children,, this subject is says in iba agreement appendix 1, para 3.5 and sub clause vi, page no. 56, refer iba agreement. Same as 10 th biparted settlement of bankers with iba. (Indian bank association),,

                                  On dated 01/08/2017 @ time approx 04:30pm,
                                  I was traveling from jharli (Jhajjar) to panipat, this was rainy day.
                                  In between jahajgarh to beri my bike is hit on opening on road and my bike rear wheel is damaged.in rohtak i repaired the wheel and came to home late night.
                                  I had claim it to insurance company they replied rear wheel of vehicle is welded this was not cover in policy.

                                  In my case if i was not repair my bike how can i came to home. When we purchase policy they were not told this type of condition.
                                  Please do some needful for this company fraud.

Aforesaid claims had been settled on 25/11/2017 & 08/12/2017 respectively by the concerned tpa m/s medicare tpa services (I) pvt. Ltd., kolkata. The concerned tpa had assured that claims had been settled, neft will be made shortly, which is yet to be made till date even after expiry of more than 30 days.
                                    D/sir my bick stolen was 15/08/2017 and and I am submitted all claim papers in Katrasgarh branch but they are unnecessary delay my claim payment. My bick no. is-JH10AV/9105
                                    The claim for animal death for Badamba Block, Cuttack District is not done by ur company since 9 to 10 months.the beneficiaries pressing hard & the agitation growing .

                                      I have gold individual health policy. Which no is [protected]p[protected]. My sum insured is 100000. As per my policy i claim 70% of the sum insured. But i got less then 30% of my claim. My expenses is rs.47000 but i got only 21000 in my golstone surgury. Why i got too much insafficient money. Plese give resons. I also give company my post and pre hospitalization details and give company my original documents. Pre and post hospitalizan expences is rs.12000 but company only paid rs 6000. My actula expences is rs 59000 but company only give me 27000. Why the amount is too poor. Plese give the reson and send me the blance amount as soon as poissable

                                      I have taken a policy under IBA scheme for Bank employees for the year 1st Nov 2016 to Oct 2107. I am a reitred Chief Manager of e-sbm and my employee no.15184. The bills for Domiciliary treatment of Sep.2017 are not honoured by the above TPA for want of insure amount. They are not even returning the original bills. Hence the complaint

                                        We are receiving tpa cashless claims payment through bank's they are providing only utr nos from which are unable to trace out the claim details (Belongs to which tpa) as your company is providing cashless fecility through tpa s in india.

                                        With this information hospitals are unable to trace out the claim details.

                                        Kindly make arrangement to include tpa details in bank payment transaction.

                                        So kindly solve the problem.
