I am a retired State Bank Employee and member of Retired Employees Medical Benefit Trust under Retired Employees Medical Benefit Scheme and having Insurance Policy No - [protected]P[protected] Policy B ) for sum insured Rs.3.00 lacs with UHID No-UIIC [protected] for Sri Manik Lal Ghosh (myself) and [protected] for Sm. Bani Ghosh (wife)
I have submitted 2(two) Medical Bills, one for claim amount of Rs.5672.50 for myself and other one for claim amount of Rs.2991.50 for Bani Ghosh ( wife ) on 08.11.2017 over the counter of person, name, Oindrila at the office of Insurance Company at State Bank of India, Administrative Office, Bidhannagar, Kankurgachi, Kolkata after approving the Bills from my pension paying Branch, Calcutta Airport Branch of State Bank of India.
Among these 2(two) Bills, only Bills for Claim amount Rs.5672.50 for myself has been paid and after deduction Rs.3947.00 credited to my account on 16.11.2017 but other Bill for my wife has not been paid. Both the Bills for Rs.5672.50 & Rs.2991.50 have been submitted at a time with one bunch, keeping my Bills at top & wife's Bill at the bottom.
I have enquired at Toll Free No, they said only one Bill for claim amount of Rs. 5672.50 has been found & that has been paid and they have not received any other Bill.
I have contacted at the office of Insurance Company on 02.12.2017 and advise the matter to Madam. Oindrila to whom I have submitted my both the Bills that I have not received the payment of second Bill of my wife. She checked only the records & told me you have submitted only one Bill the other Bill not has been deposited here and told me to make a phone on 06.12.2017, in the mean time she will search the records to see the Bills copies alongwith other papers. I have made phone on 06.12.2017 and asked him about my Bills, she again repeat the same talkings we have searched but found only one Bill which was already paid but nothing about my other Bills.
So, I request, please look into matter & arrange for the lost Bills & payment theirof.
The matter is extremely urgent.

This mail is in reference to my vehicle number UP78DE7555.On 18th feb 2017, early in the morning .I met a massive accident while travelling with my family .My vehicle was severely damaged from backside.With the grace of god, all my family members came out safe from this incidence.After the accident, we visited SAMARA HONDA in delhi for the repair.The surveyor was Mr. P.S BHATIA from UNITED INDIA INSURANCE LTD.He visited, surveyed and approved the claim after going through the neccessary paper work and audit. The insurance o[censored]nited India insurance company ltd. was bought from POLICY BAZZAR.COM.The insurance policy number is[protected].
While buying and filling necessary quotes of insurance, I filled wrong expiry date of my last policy(HDFC ERGO POLICY ).This was done unknowingly but I had also mentioned the necessary policy number, which was[protected].The expiry date of HDFC ergo policy was 13/01/2018 and by mistake I filled it 20/1/2018.When we applied for policy, the united India insurance company ltd. approved and issued the policy without checking the necessary details.
After the repair work was done, we bear the PAYMENT OF RS. 85, 510.
When we submitted the necessary documents, we got a mail from United India Insurance co. ltd. that your claim has been rejected because there was date lapse between current and previous policy .
DEAR SIR WE ARE THE MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY AND RS. 85, 510 IS A MAJOR FINANCIAL CRUNCH FOR US .
I request you to look after the matter and provide us justice as both POLICY BAZZAR.COM and UNITED INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY LTD has Clearly specified that we will not help you as this was completely customer fault.As POLICY BAZZAR.COM and UNITED INDIA INSURANCE CO. LTD. has issued the policy without checking the necccesay details and that too when their surveyor Mr. P.S BHATIA has sanctioned and approved for repair process.

We also asked POLICY BAZZAR.COM to resolve the mater for further claims as our current policy is valid till 20TH JAN 2019.But unfortunately again POLICYBAZZAR.COM has shown no interest to resolve this matter also instead they are ignoring calls from us.Also many informations what there customer care people tells us is just fraud so that they can just sell there insurances and make profit out of it .
