      I am M.P.Saktheevel F/O, M.S.Radha Devi working as ASSISTANT ENGINEER in TNEB, Coimbatore...

      I admitted my daughter M.S.Radha Devi in KMCH hospital, Coimbatore on 19.05.2021 for treatment to cure the Oxygen problem in Lungs and they did CT SCAN, X-Ray, ECG - 3 times, Corona test, blood test, echo test...

      So we need medical insurance claim to discharge my daughter today morning (22/05/2021)from United India Insurance Limited and we asked for it but they denied my authorization letter ungenuinely...

      We have to discharge my daughter at least by tomorrow morning... So I kindly request MD INDIA to take action as soon as possible and kindly provide the insurance claim... I attached the denied letter o[censored]nited India Insurance.

          i m employee of bank of india(member id- uic[protected]boi)i had submitted hospitalisation claim of my father kotinidhi sahu, claim id- [protected] in july, 2020 for amt rs.3, 48, 464/ through raksha tpa. The claim is already medically passed 4 months ago after all queries.But pending with company for final approval.

          No response from company even after several mails.

          I am in urgent need of money and following up since 8 months. Other two post hospitalisation claims pending due to non -passing of this main claim.

          Kindly credit the amount urgently

            I was hospitalized due to Covid-19 on 9th September 2020 and discharged on 16th September 2020. I was suffering from severe chest pain due to lungs infection which was very dangerous.
            I have submitted claim for Rs.2, 59, 400 with all original medical Reports and Cash paid receipts on 26.10.2020 to SAFEWAY Insurance TPA Pvt Ltd, 5-9-60/A/27, No.802, 8th Floor, Moguls Court, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad-500001. The said Insurance company has casually sanctioned an amount of Rs.79, 583 only on 14.12.2020 which is unacceptable. I have lodged complaints on 21.12.2020, 22.12.2020 to above company and also lodged complaints to IRDA, Hyderabad on 2.1.2021 and on 27.1.2021 along with copies of two complaints sent to the company. The IRDA has registered complaint and allotted token No.[protected]. The company has sanctioned 2nd instalment of Rs.74, 544 on 26.3.2021 which is also unacceptable. The company has to sanction balance of Rs.1, 05, 273. Please follow up the matter and see that the balance of amount will be paid at the earliest.

                  I manjeet policy no[protected].facing problem that company survivor mr manoj from amritsar punjab.ask for bribe and not submit the claim.and after 15 days i pick my vehicle pb01b7051 from Jackson motor without any work down.company survivor demand for money for claim.i refuse I also told u company office but he say he can't do anything because policy is online.

                      Accident took place in october end. Survey was conducted. All documents submitted and learnt that survey report also submitted long back . Still claim not settled.

                      Learnt that claim clearance week going on. What is the time required to settle a claim of less than 2 lacs.

                            I had a claim for motor accident on united india insurance limited 3 months ago.
                            the claim amount has not been settled still, though it has been more than 3 month since documents submitted.
                            There has not been a single reply to any of emails sent. This is creating a hesitation to go for your insurance in future since this is completely unacceptable delay and worst customer support. Insurance was created via policy bazzar. I also request policy bazzar to take necessary action.

                              My wife Smt T. Uma Kumari (Medi Assist Medical Insurance Membership ID:[protected]) was hospitalised on 30.5.2019 and discharged on 3.6.2019 from Srikara Hospitals, Miyapur, Hyderabad (with cashless insurance facility from Medi Assist Insurance Company through Canara Bank). I was Canara Bank Employee, Retired from services of Bank on superannuation on 31.5.2020.

                              THE DETAILS OF COMPLAINT: In this regard I have claimed with Medi Assist Insurance Company vide Claim bearing no.19905861 dt.20.06.2019 for Rs..11654/= towards Pre and Post Hospitalisation medical expenses on 20.6.2019. On 05.07.2019 the Medi Assist Insurance Company settled claim for Rs.5154.00 and disallowed Rs.6500.00 out of Rs.claimed amount Rs.11654.00 (with remarks to submit lab reports for disallowed amount Rs.6500.00 within 15 days). Accordingly I have submitted Lab Reports for the disallowed amount Rs.6500.00 on 15.07.2019. But till date the disalllowed amount claim made by me for Rs.6500.00 on 15.07.2019 not reopened, not processed and not paid to me despite of several reminders.                                 In spite of my request for renewal of insurance policy vide my emails dated 19th October & 21 st October, 2020, my householders policy was not renewed.

                                The branch has not even advised me the premium payable for the renewal of policy, which i had assured to pay through online payment,
                                The aforesaid householders policy stand expired on 26th October, 2020.
