      As three months lapsed till now i could not get the renewed health card to enable me to go for hospital for health problem.,

      I much very greatfull, if you could give a concrete solution to get my health card as early as possible considering my age facto.

      I renewed my two wheeler insurance policy o[censored]nited India Insurance Company. The payment was successful from my bank end, but the Policy Bazaar did not acknowledge my payment. It showed an error message like Gateway Timed out and I didn't get my policy yet.

        Your company car policy in name of shilpa w/o sanjeev kumar patil was take. The car had accident in month of april, 2019. The insurance is in force and you have sent the inspection person and then appointed survey person. We visited and take the request information photos and all required documents submitted. Even undertaking for final settlement also given but claim settlement is delay without any reason.
        The a accident date[protected] now it's 6-9-2019. It's almost 4month 15 days.. Now it is unnecessary delayed. The car show room rent is rs 300/ day. It the policy not settled. Then who will pay all bills.

          I have booked a policy dated 02/09/2019 having reference no[protected]. I have already paid the amount due on same date. It now i didn't receive any soft copy for the same. Moreover i called several times and also email n times but no response from your site. Either issue soft copy or refund my money back. Other wise i will be heading towards government higher authorities.

            I was diagnosed bread CA. Surgery was done. Two renowned oncologist dr boman dhabhar and dr. Rajendra badwe of data cancer advised 1. Texil plus herceptin followed by 2. Local radiation therapy 3. Followed by maintenance herceptin.

            I m currently undergoing maintain herceptin. First claim lodged is no[protected], which is repudiated. Please look into the same, as two renowned oncologist has prescribed this as post surgery mandatory treatment

              I claimed of amount rs. 22100 to insurance company and after verification the health insurance tpa approved the amount of rs 16232 on 18 june 2019 and transfer for neft to united india insurance company and he said that your amount settled within 7 working days but still complete 2 month done but our payment not settled yet. Also i go to nearest united branch but i have not received a valid reasonse and she said that contact your agent and come on friday. I m working so i can't go again and again. And i have no time to case the company i want only presraise clear the claim as soon as possible.

                This is regarding my vehicle no: dlccm9565 which had got an accident dt 03rd august 2019 and following parts got damaged;
                - front bumper
                - left fender
                - left running board
                - left door
                - bracket
                From which front bumper and left fender already got approved by your agent mr. Pradeep kumar (India insurance co) but left running board, bracket and left door still left and mr. Pradeep asking us for fir under ipc section 427 for providing rest damages approval.
                As per my claim application, my vehicle got damaged in parking area and did not harm any body except my vehicle parts. Therefore i feel fir 427 is not applicable in this case.

                All the damage happened in one day therefore we are looking forward for your kind cooperation.

                    I have bought uiic vehicle policy by policy bazaar on 2018, after sometime my car crashed with a buffallo and got damaged .i submit my car in "SB CAR"kalyanpur kanpur on july 2018 and pick up in july last by payment 23500 rupees.SB CAR submitted my claim file no 5254 in uiic kanpur office.After one month i call to customer care excutive and asked for my claim, but the did't satisfied me.i call 1000 and more time but my claim not settled.After 10 month later i get msg from uiic that they settled my claim and settled amount credit in my account by 22/05/2019.but after 22/05/19 till today i did not get any amount .i contacted to uiic they told me that i get claim and thwy shut the file.how can i get my ammount.pls i humble request help me.

                      My father Mr. Manabendra Banerjee, age 65 years, was hospitalized at Bhandari Hospital Research Centre (138-A, Vasundhar Colony, Gopalpura Bypass, Tonk Road, Jaipur-302018) on 31st March 2019 for an Arthroscopic Surgery (Arthroscopic Rotator Cuff Repair + Subacromian Decompression Right).

                      Few points to be noted before we proceed:

                      · The surgery was done on 1st April 2019 by Dr. Rajeev/Ankur Gupta

                      · Medical Diagnosis done for the same was – Supraspinatus + Sub Scapularis Tear Right

                      · H/O Fall from Bike, C/O pain Swelling of right shoulder since last 8 months, A/W Difficulty in movement

                      · The procedure done on my father’s right shoulder was because of an accident and not because of a body deterioration due to old age

                      The hospital is enlisted for cashless hospitalization with the insurance provider. With this respect, I state the following:

                      · On 28th March 2019, an intimation was sent by the hospital for preauthorization for the sum of Rs.2, 27, 000/- (rough estimate), (attached – scanned copy of “Request for Cashless hospitalization for Medical Insurance policy” form)

                      · On 29th March 2019 the hospital received an intimation of initial amount authorized as Rs.1, 35, 000/-. The terms and condition for authorization was to collect 10% co-pay on final bill. Room rent limit Rs.2, 400/- and nursing charges restricted to Rs.600 per day. The same was conveyed to us via email (attached “email”) from Mediassist (TPA) and also by the hospital over phone

                      · Once we got the pre-authorization then only we decided to go ahead with hospitalization and the aforesaid surgery

                      Now, on the day of discharge, i.e. 3rd April 2019, the following events occurred:

                      · The final bill of Rs.2, 41, 813/- was sent to Mediassist by the above stated hospital for approval (attached scanned copy final bill Dt. 3rd April 2019)

                      · Ironically, now Mediassist authorized a sum of Rs.75, 000/- only, against an earlier sanction of Rs.1, 35, 000/- (attached scanned copy email Dt. 3rd April 2019 received from Mediassit by the hospital)

                      · This has brought us to a juncture, where we were left stranded at the hospital for us to pay the remaining huge amount Rs.1, 66, 813/-, without which my father could not be discharged from the hospital. We have settled the bill as we did not want to be branded as a defaulter

                      To reiterate few of the points from above:

                      · The initial amount authorized was Rs.1, 35, 000/-

                      · The final amount authorized is Rs.75, 000/- only, while the final bill amount was Rs.2, 41, 000/-

                      While I was trying to contact the Mediassit for escalation, none of the phone numbers worked. When finally, I could reach one of the contacts, after a lot of effort, the answer I was given is that, “the pre-approved amount for Arthroscopic surgery is Rs.75, 000/-, we cannot do anything for resolving your situation”.

                      Incidentally, in spite of my raising ticket, on two occasions, for providing me with this year’s policy document[protected], I was not furnished with the same (mails and ticket details attached). Thus I was not aware of any cap or limitation. This is also deficiency in service to customer.

                      We take parental insurance so that we could help our parents at old age. My father is a retired man. However, under these circumstances he was compelled to pay such huge amount for which we were totally un-prepared. This amount could have come in use in future for other ailments, or some other domestic requirements.

                      Please address the following queries:

                      - If the fixed amount for Arthroscopic Surgery was Rs.75, 000/- then why did a pre-auth amount was advised as Rs.1, 35, 000/- from Mediassist, when every detail was provided by the relative hospital?

                      - When the authorization came for Rs.1, 35, 000/-, how could you reduce the amount to Rs.75, 000/- in the final bill? On the contrary, the final amount authorized should have been more than Rs.1, 35, 000/-, if not, at least this amount of Rs.1, 35, 000/- should have been authorized as that was already approved

                      - Even after repeated intimation, why was I not provided with the policy document?

                      - This is not an ailment due to old age, but an accident what my father has met, unfortunately. How can the both be comparable?

                      I expect better service from the insurance provider. I am a Wipro employee from the last 10 years. I expect that that I would be given full support from the organization. Arranging money at such a short notice was such a herculean task apart from the mental trauma what we have gone through. If I would have known during the time of pre-authorization only that we would only get Rs.75, 000/-, then we would have done some due diligence and thought other methods of payment. This entire episode has caused lot of harassment and inconvenience to my parents.

                      I, therefore, request you to re-examine the claim in the light of what has been stated in this communication and reimburse me the balance amount of Rs.60, 000/-.
                      I have applied for my father's mediclaim policy for cash less on 18 July 2019 on 4:30 PM.after 12 hours still I didn't get any response from ur company.so pls as early as possible give approval of this policy no [protected]P[protected]

                            Recently our tpa was changed from mdindia to paramount and then our life started becoming hell. We expect mediclaim to help in our tough times but pramount ensure that our tough time becomes more tougher.

                            As of now my 4 claims are pending due to variety of reasons. Below are details;-

                            Multiple times i had talked to paramount customer care but no result came.
                            I have even requested them to release atleast that amount which is payable to according to them but they are not ready to do anything.

                            One claim which i submitted in starting of november, 2018 was also settled by end of december. It took almost 40 days to process that claim that too after deducting amount of rs 4230 with no justifiable reason.

                            Issue of pending claim is almost with all employee and paramount is not bothered of that.

                            Considering the careless approach of paramount, we request you to immediately withdrawn the contract with them and repost mdindia.

                              United India Insurance Co. Ltd is providing claim amount from very long time.Wipro is corporate organization which has tie up with the help of Medi buddy . First my mother was admitted so cashless was prodcedure . Insurance company denied that time without giving proper justification . Once same was processed through reimbursement process on april month . They asked number of non neccessary documents but still I provided . Not same is pending from re verification steps from long time . No one is replying after number of mail . Toll free number is not working . NO agent is available for giving status . So I request this case as fraud and cheating . Claim number is 98279234 and docket ID is for logged complaint 1345576. Problem is no -one from Wipro mangement is also helping or considering this request .

                                The claim regarding serious injury in one of the eyes was submitted on 17.11.18 alngwith relevant documents .subsequent claims also submitted well in time with all the documents. The TPA has been asking for the documents in piecemeal and has been very slow in attending to the claim in spite of sending claim papers in chronological order and constant & repeated follow up. The TPA has been very casual and unprofessional in keeping the documents sent by me as they were not able to locate the documenSt when contacted over phone to know the status of the reimbursement of the hospitalisation expenses . On majority of the occasion I had to call on the TPA and only after my attending they used to respond and raise baseless and flimsy queries inspite of submitting all the requirements. They were not going through the letters/ replies sent by me and kept on delaying the reimbursement.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  I would like to submit my humble request that I am a policyholder of your Syndicate Arogya Jeevan
                                  Healthcare policy (United India Insurance) with policy no. [protected]P[protected] which I have purchased
                                  through the Syndicate Bank. My wife and my daughter are also covered under this policy. My wife had to
                                  undergo emergent hysterectomy and oophorectomy as recommended by doctors and your TPA Medsave was
                                  informed beforehand at the time of admission. Unfortunately, there was a complication of paralytic
                                  ileus after the surgery and she was kept on nothing per mouth and only on IV fluids for about 6-7 days
                                  until the bowel function returned to normal. This resulted in prolongation of hospitalization and my
                                  expenses crossed over one lac. It was a life and death kind of situation and a state of hopelessness.
                                  At that time, my friends and my relatives tried to help me with some money, but maintaining my dignity
                                  and banking upon my healthcare insurance policy, I denied that. But, unfortunately, all my hopes dashed
                                  to the ground and my insurance company TPA reimbursed just Rs. 28, 000 that too after more than three months of incessant followup on a daily basis. How professionally did your TPA (Medsave) handled my case is a matter of concern and is another issue that I will write to you in a separate mail.

                                  I, therefore, request you to please look into this matter. I have submitted all the clinical and diagnostic documents by hand in Medsave’s Office in support of my claim and I am also attaching some of them with this mail.

                                  I really feel cheated and the objective of my purchasing the policy is totally lost and it seems to be no more\trustworthy for anybody to bank upon this kind of health insurance security in ones adverse times.

                                    I, SHAIBY M.V do hereby write this letter to inform you that, as the after effect of the flood happened on 15th August I had to face very crucial situation in my house which is almost damaged with cracks and worn out walls making it incapable of living. The insurance of my house dates from[protected] to[protected] under the policy no. 101300/4610/90/00001542 o[censored]NITED INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY. The surveyor of this particular company have visited my house soon after the flood had happened precisely saying, almost a month ago andhas foundno remedy till date. Even after contacting them regularlyI have not yet received a proper response from their side. I am facing a very pathetic situation as my house have been completely damaged and had become highly insecure and cannot live safely with my wife, toddlers and aged parents. Under huge fear we are staying inside the house as the kitchen walls may fall apartat any time. It’s high time any actions has taken from the company’s side.

                                    WE HAVE ALREADY SUBMITTED THE NEEDED REPORTS INCLUDING THE ESTIMATE, TO THE CONCERNED OFFICER IN CHARGE ACCORDINGLY AT DIFFERENT STAGES. BUT STILL THEY ARE ASKING FOR REPORTS ANNOYINGLY. WE FEEL SORRY FOR THIS.

                                    THIS DAMAGES GOV. HAS SHOWN ONLY 25% DAMAGE RATE WHICH IS TOO PATHETIC.

                                      My vehicle was insured with uiic & went under claim on 12th feb`2019 due to an accident, where survey was done on the spot & at service center too as well by two different surveyors appointed by uiic.
                                      All the damages were endorsed & approved by both the surveyors.
                                      At the time of payment uiic told me that around 60% of total bill would be processed but when i asked the reason of this deduction after approved claim, they made this 60% as 80% but still there is a gap of 20% which they denied to pay even after my several request. Also they are not able to explain as to why this deduction is happening.
