I ve taken the above refered phone in nov 2013 from UNIVERcell madhapur, Hyderabad.It worked only for 1 month. In January 2014 I showed the phone to showroom people. They said they get it repaired . So far they have not done anything to that phone. Just bringing from the service centre and giving back to me. Again after one or two days it he problem arises and I've to call those people and take the phone for repair. This is ridiculous . At the time of purchase they promoted the product and gave a very good feed back and we were impressed and took two handsets. The same problem of speaker in both the handsets and the showroom people neither solving the problem nor giving a new handset that to with extra amount I am ready to buy some other brand product.

    They will promise huge amounts of gifts in the begining and after being brought
    The mobile they say to come next day and story continues like there is no stock
    I have not even got to any government office these many times... and Most dumb
    Employees ever seen in uppal univercell...

    Never ever purchase any product from this store.

      My name is vinoth, 2nd feb 2014 I was bought Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 mobile @ Perambur branch, as per the commitment given by the branch people and also mentioned in my bill is Power bank and boom headset to be issue. But till now power bank gift is pending from your end, if am trying to contact your branch there is no proper response always they replied no stock. Without stock why they gave falls commitment to customer, i was purchased reason only for sentiment with univercell but now this time they cheated and they convenience to buy products only with words not for satisfaction.

      And also they said so many things and i asked which is best mobile to buy they suggested to me grand 2 but my mobile got hanged and also charge is not stand by one day. I request univercell sales persons if you doesn't know about mobile please be open to your customer. We will analyse and choose dont confuse and give bad suggestion, Due to your bad suggestion only i wasted my money in one mobile. I don't have much usage in this mobile. I planned to buy Tablet but they totally confused.

        I recently bought a portable USB charger DC-16 (stick charger) from UniverCell, Ameerpet, Hyderabad. for my LG Optimus L9, I had been told that DC-16 is capable to charge my cell at minimum 2 times, the employee there himself checked my cell and suggested me that charger. But when I bought it, I found its not even able to charge my cell more than 75%. When I went back to store very next day with my complaint, same employee there refused to change charger and blamed me that I shoundn't trusted his words.

          Hi Manju,

          I am really very upset and now you people become fraud. Yesterday i.e, 05.02.2014 around 6:00 pm I received a phone from your representative Ashok from your outlet i.e, in Forum Value Mall WhiteField.

          I came back home and found that it's IMEI no: [protected] where as my owned phone IMEI no: [protected].

          You people is now started to cheat customer by handing over wrong phone and updating some contacts of mine on this new phone. Your customer service representative like MR. Ashok (with phone no: [protected]) cheated me and I think all the representative in Univercell in Forum Value Mall WhiteField supported him.

          They lost my original invoice i.e, PBMA / 6157 and now they have generated a duplicate invoice i.e, UKA: 2566370.

          I want my original phone in my hand by end of this week or else I'll take legal action against Univercell Telecommunications India Private Limited so that no other people suffer what I am going through.

          I want someone from a higher authority by today to contact me on [protected] to get this resolve.

          Hopefully you understand my situation and your company reputation and come back with a quick solution.

            I am Manisa Paul. I am very offended by your service that you provide your customer after buying mobile phone. I bought Micromax A87 mobile phone for Univercell from Mallesharam Mantir Mall. After using the mobile for 7 months it's microphone stopped working. I shifted to Whitefield location. Hence, it's within warranty period I've given it to Univercell in whitefiled location (Forum Value Mall) for servicing. I've submitted my mobile along with my original purchase receipt. I've submitted my mobile for servicing on 21/09/2013 at 8:30 pm & my service request no: 011. Your representative Mr. Ashok (Mobile no: [protected]) at first told me that 'I'll get my mobile within 15 days. When I contacted him after 15 days to get my mobile back he give my feedback saying that micromax changed there servicing time period to 90 days. With out any written document he claim that micromax change there servicing time period to 90 days from 15 days. Later when I tried to contact this representative of your company i.e, Mr. Ashok he hung my call and give my lame excuses such as service center people is not working as renovation is taking place. Now when I went to visit him on 21/01/2013 in Univercell whitefiled (forum value mall) branch. He was not available and some other representative attended me and told be orally that on this Saturday i.e, 25.01.2014 I'll be getting my mobile back. I went to your Univercell Whitefield (forum value mall) branch and they are now saying that Micromax service center want my mobile phone box. CAN YOU EXPLAIN ME WHY YOU PEOPLE NEED MY MOBIE PHONE BOX? I'VE ALREADY GIVEN MY ORIGINAL PHONE PURCHASE RECEIPT. MY DATE OF PURCHASE IS 31/12/12 & INVOICE NO: PBMA / 6157. IMEI NO: [protected]. This is my first time purchase from Univercell Telecommunications India Pvt Ltd and first time service from Univercell Telecommunications India Pvt Ltd.               very poor customer care... initially while buying my mobile HTC Desire V, the executives where pleasing but while the problem occurs within the warranty period they were careless about the problem.. and they have taken a complaint at 5.1.2014. i was waiting a long for the status of my mobile... and enquired the shop. Finally they were in negotiation of 3k to 3.5k. even my mobile was in theft and breakage warranty. please need a relevant action.                 On[protected] i went to uivercell nellore, andhra pradesh to buy a tab, and enquired for lenova or samsung tab, they told to buy zinc tab as the product is very good and good customer support after lisenting to them i bouught it, with in a week charge socket of tab was got problem i went to them they told it wont come into warranty, then i asked them how come it u only told this is best tab to buy(Even iam not intrested in buying that at that time) and for all problems you will replace with new tab, then they told we will send to our service station and repair it and give u, after that they had given after 20 days on[protected], and the same day evening same problem came and i went there, this time they didnt give service receipt also and taken the tab, today i, e.,[protected] they had given tab now it is even not getting on, when i asked them they told this tab is not good sell it away for us for 2000/- i questioned why should i u should give me properly or replace it, they told we wont do that i[censored] want u can do anything, after that i told i will consumer court, they told u can go nothinng will happen to us pls look after the problem iam furnishing invoice number and imei number

                  Dear Univercell Mobiles, On[protected] I have bought a Nokia 105 from Univercell Udupi.Now within a week it has hanged and switched off automatically several times .I reported this to the Nokia service centre in udupi and they directed me to you but showroom manager is so negligent and arrogant that she says the handset itself has problems and we don't recommend people to buy it which they never did during the purchase .I argued that if it has problems then why are you selling it .Then I got some unacceptable replies like we cant solve the problem because her boss is holidaying .Its a laughing stock to know that for silly issues you need high level approvals that to for mere 1250 rupees. .Then they went on said they cant reject the goods they receive from Nokia.As far as I am concerned I have given them 2 days deadline to solve the problem.They say that even Nokia doesn't provide service to this handset .If this is the case its a shame on your product line and don't sell something which you don't have faith.It was extremely embarassing when the manager asked me to get out of her showroom.I asked her name but she refused my request and her staff were also prohibited from disclosing her name .Today I felt hooliganism in your showroom .Don't employ such hooligans in your facilities who are detrimental to your business.If you continue with these kind of arrogant staff you will loose out business to your competitors.And try to cultivate good breed of sales people in your facilities.                     Hello Sir, I have bought a new mobile Samsung Core model no 8262 on 2nd of Nov'2013 at Univercell Puraisawakam Chennai, after 10 days the issue starts that the mobile is not charging properly, i thought its a small issue and we did not realize this is going to big issue when i approached Samsung customer care near Peramber location they have told me that there is boosting issue and they have booted the charger and they have given to me and its was worked only just two days, then i have approached Unevercell where i have bought the mobile and the person told that the reason this have happedn to couple of people as well, and he recommended to another service center where you can get a proper response and for resolution, this is one where i ever seen this kind of Service to customer their behavior is perty much not satisfied and i am sure that i have not got this mobile in free of cost. They are not responsive and no proper communication has conveyed to me/wife when we approached atlast they have determined after 4 working days time to understand the problem and informed us that the issue is pertaining to motherboard. I was wondering such as good reputed company such as has a world class verification process and produced manufactured are of world class with zero defects, i don't know how this a major mother board issue for brand new mobile (hope so its a brand new mobile). I would request you to consider this issue and replace a new mobile assuming Samsung is customer oriented company.                       I had made a purchase of one nokia lumia 625 from one of the stores of the above stated franchise on 20th of december.my invoice no is p..m.dr/4969. after a day o[censored]sing the phone, I had experienced a multiple number of erratic hangs.on 23th of December I personally went over to the store hoping for a replacement as I felt there was nothing else you could possibly do to a phone that has manufacturing defects by default.but the cold shoulder treatment and the insensitiveness of the store has compelled me to lodge this complain.the store's address is univercell, devaraj urs road, Mysore, Karnataka.

                        Hi, i bought a new Samsung Core Dues mobile from universal Tirupati Your Executive Mis G.Anjali received me and suggested a mobile model (Samsung Core Dues )after 1day it say no net work coverage i had taken the Mobile to Samsung Service center and they had said nothing to do we are not sure what had happened so asked the universal people i went to universal They said they will call us in an 1 day but no call From him .but they are not respond they are talking very rudly and come on the next day. It happened 5 times. This is ridiculous. This is regarding to the very bad response from the Univercell Staf Tirupati

                          i bought a iphone 5s from univeral with is in chennai.its in phoneix market city.since the manager told i paid a sum of rs.1000 as a advance for the phone bt later on i was told that if i pay the whole amount from my citi bank credit card i wll get a cash back of 5%.its one week today i have not got the cheque of that amount.when i called on [protected] the lady s not responding to the call and c dont know how to talk to a customer. she doesnt give any kind of respect.she just thinks that she can tell anything and we have to hear. this poor service of her has caused to think now from going to that store. i wll suggest to my frnds and relative abt this . if sum action s not taken this ll soon reduce ur name

                            Hi, It has been a terrible experience with Univercell recently. When purchasing a product, they act very calm and peaceful. However, when getting back to them for any after sales support, them customer service/experience is a ridiculous. I purchased a Nokia 101 handset on 18/10/2013 from the Univercell Koramangala Branch for Rs. 1650/- Invoice Number (UKA) : 2547779 IMEI Number : [protected] After purchase I was able to use the handset for about a week's time. However, after that the handset wouldn't detect an networks. I tried on both the SIM slots and nothing worked. Followed the instructions on the Receipt/Invoice provided by Univercell and approached the Indira Nagar Nokia Service Center under the impression that the issue would be resolved. Nokia had it for 3 weeks and finally decided to return the product stating that there are unable to fix the issue as there is a Network Error on the mobile. I was patient and followed their instructions and visited the Univercell, Koramangala branch for further support on this as this was my place of purchase. I spoke with VENKAT( Emp Id 7068) who informed that they will need to resend the handset to Nokia again to check again. I was still OK with what he said. Meanwhile, I was told that I will be contacted in "ONE DAY". I waited, waited and waited for a weeks time and today received a call from VENKAT and visited the store. He said that Univercell will not be able to take any liability as it was not their problem and was Nokia's. He was reluctant, rude and wouldn't listen to half of the things said to him. There was a point that he started yelling at the situation and started blaming me as if I was the one who made the mistake. He claims that Univercell checked with Nokia and was informed that it was a motherboard problem on the phone. I was fed up talking with him about this. The best part is he din't even know if he had an Employee ID Number. Is that how Univercell works? I asked for his Surname and was said he din't have any. Things get even more worser, after reuesting to speak to the Store Manager. The Manager wasn't around so I was alright to wait for him. Informed Venkat about the same. He spoke to the Manager, who neglect to address the situation. He said that he wouldn't be able to come to the location and was insisting me to speak to him over the phone. The Store's respectable/honourable Manager, Mr. NAGABUSHAN seemed to be very busy and neglected to come to the location even though VENKAT requested him twice. The customer service received was unacceptable and was ridiculous. The way Univercell has treated has been terrible. Now they claim that they have a Univercell Service Center and would be sending the handset to check if something can be done. I am still waiting for a reply form them. Let's see how long this would take! People be careful !!! Beware !!! Regards, Rodney Mendez

                              Sir; I have brought a HCL me V1 tablet from univercell showroom in Ooty branch on 01/04/2013 after i faced software problem in the tablet.Then i gave it to univercell showroom Ooty branch for servicing on 04/09/2013 then i received my tablet after 41 days. Then i found that tablet 1.Display has been changed 2.Button has been misplaced 3.Display problem, Damages at the edges. But Univercell showroom Manager informed me problem is only due to Software problem so they have been only reseted they won't open the display--Information given by the showroom Manager. Then we informed them about above said problem then they sent mail to [protected]@univercell.in. But till now they(univercell showroom) won't give proper feedback to me so please take necessary action to rectify the problem in my Tablet as soon.                                 I have planned to buy new android mobile. So went for univercell. They showed me samsung and cellkon mobiles. They said samsung s7262 price 6900rs and cellkon A10 is 6400rs. I am very much interested to buy samsung but they cheated me and said that the celkon A10 is best compared to samsung and told me about its features.So i have changed my mind and bought cellkon A10. The price for the cellkon A10 is 6580rs. I have asked them to contact main dealer in madurai branch but they said no one is here dealer all of them are having same power. what can i do?                                   Hi, This is regarding the request Samsung Core Purchase Refund amount. I have purchased a Samsung Core on Sep 7th, 2013. While using the phone i found some problem and Habsiguda branch people suggested me to get the DO from Samsung service center which is located in Tarnaka, I went there and got the DO and submitted in Habsiguda branch. Again i have taken the new Samsung Core again i have faced the new problem and I have got the DO and submitted in Habsiguda branch, When i have submited the DO the branch Manager was Ramakant Goud, and he left the branch and new person came called Ramesh and he left the branch. I was following up with Ramesh he has given the id of Parushuram where he asked me to submit the id proof and credit card statement to start the refund process. Its already 2 months, till now no action has been taken, when i called up Habsiguda branch again new branch Manager called Gopi answered my call and Yesterday i went to the branch and asked him to close the process ASAP, he told he will call me by 12pm, as i was waiting for the call, no response from him and i called him in the evening and he told someone from the backend team will call and I got a call from Mr Gowri Shankar, he assured me that he will talk to the head office and arrange the refund ASAP. In the conversation he asked me to have the patience, please tell me is this 2 months is not enough for you people to give the refund ?, How much patience will a person have tell me ? Please act promptly and arrange the refund amount check ASAP. Looking forward for a favourable reply. Regards, Aejaz Ahmed

                                    hi. i bought new sony xperia M in univercell at vellacherry mainroad branch ( not oppo to vijyanagar bus stand) they said there is the csh back offer in Xperia model after submitting the EMI number thru message we also did that but we didnt get the call, the sales man said u will get call you can go home but we didnt get the call. Next day i went and ask but they said u r not lucky customer so u will not get cash back. The same mobile i heared that amount is 2000 differnce in some other shop. and the customer service alos is very very very bad in that shop.

                                      Hi i have purchased Xperia z1 from one of your showrooms located in frazer town Bangalore, i really had a bad experience regarding the offers That they were giving me before i could buy the phone, they said i will be getting benefits like 3g connection for free for 2months plus accessories worth 20k, they said once i buy the phone i will get a scratch card and if i Am lucky i will get some cash back or some other benefits once i bought the phone they said they cant give me the scratch card until they get a call from the head office o[censored]nivercell they made me wait for so long atlast they said if they get the call from head office they will call and inform me, the service is so pathetic.i dint know whom to contact.

Sir, I had purchased CELKON Tablet from your ESTEEMED shop, Univercell, yelahanka New Town on 10.01.2013 and the same was giving problems and given for servicing on 13.04.2013 to the same shop. The shop had given receipt for servicing No.5507 dated 13.04.2013. The same is enclosed as proof. Even though 6 months over, there is no intimation or response from your shop. So far more than 20 times, we had visited your shop, only to get reply, that the tablet is not repaired and ready. The details of the product given below. Invoice No.P.B.YN/4136 dated 10.01.2013. Product. CELKON Tablet - Model No.CT-2. IMEI No. [protected] Receipt issued for servicing : 5507 dated 13.04.2013 This is ridiculous. We had faith in your shop and purchsed the product from your shop. They cannot give irresponsible reply. They have to consider your customer's position and do the needful immediately. 6 months is nobody's time. Under the circumstances, I am compelled to write to you to look into the matter and sort the issue and give me the proper hand set.
