Myself Madhu, I brought a LAVA E TAB connect + model z6c, Imei:[protected]. last month 28.1.2014 time 9.30pm. and the person in the Marathalli outlet Bangalore suggested me to buy this, on 30th I found some issue on tab and I showed the phone to showroom people as well as Pradeep who suggested me and promised me any issue he will solve and give it. He said nothing will happen you see for 2more days any issue get back to me and on 3.2.2014 (Monday) I found the display issue I took it to the service centre who soled me this cell asking is did you do any damage, which is ridicules thing I said no and showed him that I am carrying my tab in the box which I brought it I give my e-tab to them on 3.2.2014 service request NO: 719, and I said I don’t want this E-TAB as it is manufacturer defect.
The guy said he will send it to service centre, next day evening again I visited the shop he said some time he want as the service person will come and take my cell.
I was doing follow up with him continuously, He shouted at me saying I am trying my best trying for DOA I said ok,
on 10th I took official leave and went to his shop in the morning around 10.30 that time also he did not had the address finally he give me one wrong address SV Technology, near navaranga theatre Rajaji Nagar Bangalore. I visited that place by 1pm the guy said they do not support LAVA, there is one more branch in Rajkumar road he gave me the address DIGITRONIX TELE SERVICES #65, 1ST FLOOR, ESHWARI COMPLEX, RAJKUMAR ROAD, OPP RAVICHANDRAN HOUSE, PRAKASH NAGAR, BANGALORE. The manager Mr. Ravi he said will try and he tried and said it is more than seven day’s now it is reaching us we can’t do anything. Again I took that cell to univercell as pradeep asked me to bring it back he knows someone in LAVA he will take care and I give it back to them, since then doing the follow-up finally I got a call on 24.2.2014 saying your e-tab is repaired and can’t give DOA. I visited the shop again on 24th they said they will talk to head office and help me out since then I am waiting for their response.
