Iam venkataganesh last week i steped in to universal showroom at mambalam(chennai) to buy micromax unite A106 but at that time there is no availability of stock, so the service people asked me to see another mobile and purchase it. They showed me a micromax mobile(BOLT A069) by saying that all the features o[censored]nite A106 is available with this mobile(BOLT A069) like big screen and andriod kitkat version.so by their words i belived them i bought that mobile(BOLT A069).But when i check the specification the mobile i have bought does not support 3G its a dual core processor only 512mb ram etc..which specifications are very low when compare to micromax unite(A106).By their words only i belived on them i bought this mobile at last totally money waste because of the service people finally universal cheated me.

    My name is S.Parthiban. I have bought a new mobile in universal at 100feet road, gandhipuram, coimbatore, before 2.5months back. From starting itself i am not satisfied with that purchase because of the salesman and the manager in the shop. The issue is that, i thought to buy a mobile with my own interest and price. But sales man had shown me a mobile Lenova A280i with the price of Rs.5300/- and told me that you got a free gift of travel charger as well as 1000/- Rs cash back offer. I believed him and purchased and received the travel charger. I asked him when i will receive my cashback and how i will receive? He told me, i will be receiving through cheque in the courier with in a week. Particularly i have asked him its a gift voucher or a cheque. He told me its a cheque. Then by coming outside, i heard this mobile costs around Rs.3450/- from my mobile shop friend and also i have verified through internet. From there the problem starts. Even this all happened i have accepted all this without my satisfaction. After a day of purchase the travel charger was on complaint. I walked to the show room after a week and reported to sales man. He told me to come on next time. Note that, my walk in to the showroom for many times. At last i have received a travel charger by handing over the old one. But i have informed to the manager in the show room about my cash back offer. He told me, he don't know about that. I don't know what i want to do. But one thing i know very well that, i have received a dis-respectful service over there. Till now a 2.5months gone away. Any way! whether i will receive my 1000/- Rs cash back? MY Bill NO is 878, ASC No - 110991 and my residence from the show room is around 30KM...

      My Name PADMA R Mobile No [protected]. I visited your STALL exibited at CHENNAI TRADE CENTRE ON 6/7/2014. I purchased SAMSUNG S duos 2 with a Number [protected] with INBASE STAR PRO 7262 and Scratch Card on 6/7/2014. The Stall people gave me a defective HANG OUT BLUETOOTH HEADSET as complement. To day I went to VALASARAVAKKAM, CHENNAI SHOWROOM and they have also confirm that it is a defective piece since after charging the BLUETOOTH HEADSET is not glowing while put it is ON and it could not be paired via BULETOOTH in the MOBILE. I am sorry to say why your people is cheating your valued customers by giving defective pieces.I relied on the Name UNIVERCELL and our family members purchased mobiles only in your showrooms The Executive Name mentioned in the BILL Dt: 6/7/2014 is Mr.SURESH. His cell No is [protected]. They have also promised to supply free cover for the cell but the above said showroom people has today charged Rs.700/-.

        I purchased Sony Xperia M single Sim phone from Chennai (Kolathur branch) on november 2013 & now i got problem on my phone in warranty period. So i went to sony service center & they told me that your phone is not exist in our data base. means, they are giving unauthorised phone or something else with this univer cell. i am feeling cheated by univercell.

          This is Prathap, i Bought TATA DOCOMO- Data Card - MAX WIFI @ UNIVERCELL Medavakkam branch. While purchasing data card they have said 10GB will be available for me but actually i got only 1GB data in my account it's bad experience i got from your branch when i call them, i don't have any words to explain my bad experience. Find attachment for recharge details, they have recharged for 124 INR only and reporting me as its not our fault ask docomo, i hope this first recharge must taken care by univercell. i have contacted univercell medavakkam branch, today (23-june-2014) @7.00 PM, they have asked me to contact docomo univercell is not, responsible for this issue, you have to deal with docomo. Hey please can you say one thing, while purchase why your sales persons are giving [censored] information to us, can you clearly say weather 11 GB data will be credited to me or else i can recharge my self. I don't want to wait for more days to get reply from you, please solve this issue assoon as possible. Really fed up with reply given by your sales persons @ Medavakkam... I need explanation for this issue otherwise am ready to go to consumer court.             I have ordered two black micromax unite A 106 phone through univercell website. It was shown that the stock is available. The product delivery should be within 7 days from the day of order. I made so many calls to the customer care and everytime when i call, they say that the product is out of stock.After making so many calls one senior manager took the call and promised me that my product is despatched and i will receive it within two days. Only one phone got delivered and the other phone is missing from the package. When i asked the customer care about this, they told me they will send the product when they have stock. The customer care executives are lying continuously and make false promises. Their attitude towards the customer call is very bad.My money is stuck in with them as i have already paid 13599 rs through my credit card

              I have purchased Nokia 225 from your online site and the pincode i entered was 801503 which your site approved for delivery of product. Today i received a call from your company that the product will not be delivered at the address mentioned in Patna and that the product has returned to your warehouse. Now your executives are asking for another address. Now you tell me whether addresses can be picked or choose or what. If your courier service provider cannot deliver at the address then your site must give message for not delivering the product. This is what is called harassment of customers and i had a very bad experience from your site while doing online purchase. You know very well that online shopping is very well based on word of mouth publicity and with this experience i am never going to ask my near and dear ones to purchase from your shop.                 I purchased nokia lumia 720 from univercell funmall branch coimbatore after some days in mobile camera get complaint, that is while we taken a picture a green layer is appear. I contact the shop and nokia care for this problem they take my mobile and return back at eveng but issue didnt solved the very next day i again go the nokia care and univercell for telling this issue they again take my mobile and give me back at eveng time but the problem didnt solve, , , I'm very disappionted this the service of both univercell and nokia care coimbatore

                  Hello We friends of 4 went to Univercell Pondy Bazaar Showroom(which is in basement) near pondy bazaar police station yesterday(16.5.2014)to buy a mobile. Service which we received from all the stafs was very very very poor. There are around 12 employees and everyone are talking with each other and not responding to customers properly. We bought Asha 501 which costs 5000 rupees in 5 to 10 mins of going inside the showroom. Till we say Ok for Asha 501 the employee was talking in the OK manner. After we tel OK for that mobile, he gave that mobile to billing team and went. We were asking all our queries from another person. Then we thought of buying a sim card there itself. For that they took around 45 mins. Finally they gave the Simcard. Simcard which should be used for Asha 501 is micro sim whch they dint tel us before. After buying sim, they said we need to cut and put it in the phone. We asked them to cut and put it. for that they were searching for cutter for almost 25 mins.After that they said, cutter will be available in fathima complex and asked us to go there, cut and put in the mobile. That was the very worst behaviour from Univercell employee Things which irritated me the core are 1. One employee came with his girl friend and he introduced her to all other employees. Every employee was speaking to the pair and not even responding to the customer properly 2. One guy who is sooooooooooo fat was sitting and playing continuously. 3. Assistant Manager lady does not have any control over any of the employees. 4. All other employees were chatting and playing I feel its better to train all the employees of that branch to train on Service for atleast one month. If not surely within a year time, you will be forced to close that branch because of the poor customer service and huge loss.

                    sony head phone is the offer on sony xperia dual and i have not been given the offer due to lack of stock since 3 weeks. also i won a scratch card discount of 750rs which is not yet delivered to me for a refund. How do i claim both that is rightfully mine.

                        I bought Samsung Galaxy S4 on 07/05/2014 from UniverCell shop located in Jalahalli Cross, Bangalore. I met one UniverCell employ (his name - Chandan, Mob. No. +91-[protected]). He gave me the proposal which includes

                        1. The mobile box includes Hand set, Battery, Charger, Data/Charging cable & Ear phone
                        2. Samsung Bluetooth Headset, HM1100
                        3. 8 GB memory Card
                        4. Hangout Grand stereo Headset HO-009
                        with a cost of Rs. 31200/- and flip cover with an extra amount of Rs. 1000/-.

                        We gave Rs. 500/- cash as advance then rest of amount (Rs. 30700/-) through credit card (Andra bank). At that day he gave a bill with Tax Invoice UKA:2729151 by hand written without mentioning the shop details. We asked about the Electronic Bill and about flip cover. He told some software problem so they can't give electronic bill now, next day they will give it along with flip cover by paying Rs. 1000/-. Next day (08/05/2014) I called him he told he is in meeting, he will give it next day. Then next day (09/05/2014) I called him 7 times from 11.39 AM to 3.30PM, he didn't attend the call. Then I went to the shop he was there. Again he told the same software problem, and he will give it tomorrow (10/05/2014) and the flip cover, he ordered it and didn't received yet. I have doubt on him in giving electronic bill and also flip cover.

                        So please resolve the case, and instruct concerned in-charge to issue Electronic Bill at least.

                          I bought reliance data card on 01/05/2014 from Univercell, Redhills.Chennai. At the time of buying the promised me that it will activated by today evening, But today 03/05/2014 still it is not activated. I called & asked the concern person in univercell, redhills but their answers are irresponsible. Not giving proper information & also i called reliance customer care & reliance verification many times their answer is we have not received any application form where you bought reliance data card.If I call univercell they said it will be activated now or in one hour & sometimes they are behaving irresponsibily.

                            Think twice before you buy anything from them. I had one of the worst experience with them in fact i will term it as cheating. I went to univercell, saibaba colony, coimbatore to buy a tab and told my main requirement is 3g as I am moving to chennai and they sold me HCL connectme V3(with tata photon+ free) for 9000+ (screenguard 400rs) on 30th march. saying it suits my requirement and after activating the data card i found out that it does not supports 3g. I contacted them again and was asked me to bring it to their shop and they will make it work. I handed over the tab to them and after couple of days they said it doesnt supports 3g and asked me to wait for 2-3 months to get updates from HCL. I asked for a refund or replacement and after lot of negotiation agreed for replacement with micromax P580 for 12k (not ready for exchange with smartphone of similar price) and after 2 weeks of followup, When my wife went to collect it today they showed their true color saying we need to pay another 4200. Upon inquiring, we were told datacard cannot be replaced and I need to pay 1200 for that. I do understand you cannot resell the datacard but my question is why I should alone bear the loss when 1. Your sales person suggested the model based on my requirement while the feature was not available for the particular model. 2. You only gave the data card as a compliment when i have not asked for it. Its high time you learn how to do business properly. I do agree mistakes happen but it should not be like that you are not ready to correct it.

                              I have purchased a mobile ( samsung duos2 ) at Urapakkam - chennai branch last week, where I have not been given the computerised bill when the printer was down at the time of purchase.
                              I came out only with mobile & asked for the bill on next day .

                              The service personnel told me to pay Rs. 100 for the computerised bill & unnecessary arguments also took place .

                              They have asked me that why i have gone without getting the bill on the day when i purchase the mobile.


                              This is not fair for the company like Univercell.

                              Request to send me the bill which I have purchased ( inv no p.ura /84 dt 12/4/2014)

                                Visited stores for lot many times.Saying that the screen glass was broken in their staff hands and get it repaired in one month.but till now not received.Now they came with another offer to bear half charges to get it repaired.

                                I've all the evidence of video and audio recording of the store peoples.

                                  My name is Renju Raju.. I am very much unpleased with your service at Univercell Uppal. I went to do recharge of 200 Rs and to get a new Airtel card.. They 1 hour to get recharded my card but at last they couldnt recharge even And they dint even delivered my documents to Airtel office. So I went to dat office 6 to 7 times.. they r asking me to come again and again. And not even talking to me properly and your staffs ate of no use there.. Just sittinf there giggling and doing masti.. but not doing work.. and my Airtel sim was not even activated by them... fed up with your service... Please close dia office or change d stafff..                                     We bought nokia asha 500 on 19th feb .with in 2 days we stuck with this problem they asked us to come and give the mobile for service .We were in out of station so we cant come immediately so we have given on 11th of march they asked us to get it with in 7 days.now 12 days had gone still they are expending . we don"t even like that brand and product they forced us . we need new mobile not the same or same brand if it is solved are not we don't care. We are not satisfied in that product

                                      I purchased tow nokia mobiles in Velachery showroom and they promised me that Head set as a gift.After purchasing, they said there were no stock and asked me to come next day.Nexy day, they say to come next day and story continues like there is no stock.Another one, They given the pay back card for purchasing mobiles.Already once month gone, still the points have not been added to my accounts for those mobile.

                                        Myself Madhu, I brought a LAVA E TAB connect + model z6c, Imei:[protected]. last month 28.1.2014 time 9.30pm. and the person in the Marathalli outlet Bangalore suggested me to buy this, on 30th I found some issue on tab and I showed the phone to showroom people as well as Pradeep who suggested me and promised me any issue he will solve and give it. He said nothing will happen you see for 2more days any issue get back to me and on 3.2.2014 (Monday) I found the display issue I took it to the service centre who soled me this cell asking is did you do any damage, which is ridicules thing I said no and showed him that I am carrying my tab in the box which I brought it I give my e-tab to them on 3.2.2014 service request NO: 719, and I said I don’t want this E-TAB as it is manufacturer defect.

                                        The guy said he will send it to service centre, next day evening again I visited the shop he said some time he want as the service person will come and take my cell.

                                        I was doing follow up with him continuously, He shouted at me saying I am trying my best trying for DOA I said ok,
                                        on 10th I took official leave and went to his shop in the morning around 10.30 that time also he did not had the address finally he give me one wrong address SV Technology, near navaranga theatre Rajaji Nagar Bangalore. I visited that place by 1pm the guy said they do not support LAVA, there is one more branch in Rajkumar road he gave me the address DIGITRONIX TELE SERVICES #65, 1ST FLOOR, ESHWARI COMPLEX, RAJKUMAR ROAD, OPP RAVICHANDRAN HOUSE, PRAKASH NAGAR, BANGALORE. The manager Mr. Ravi he said will try and he tried and said it is more than seven day’s now it is reaching us we can’t do anything. Again I took that cell to univercell as pradeep asked me to bring it back he knows someone in LAVA he will take care and I give it back to them, since then doing the follow-up finally I got a call on 24.2.2014 saying your e-tab is repaired and can’t give DOA. I visited the shop again on 24th they said they will talk to head office and help me out since then I am waiting for their response.
