With respect to the return request made for two items, one item was not approved due to uploading of wrong image. However, the assigned delivery executive picked up both the items.
On checking the refund status, it came to my notice that refund for one item has been initiated but for the item, pick up was shown pending.
if it was with me, I would have raised another request for return. Neither the item is with me, nor the refund is initiated. It's a loss for customer only.
And it's not a false claim as yesterday only I received the items worth Rs. 6000. I am concerned about the new items received that how the requests with respect to them would be settled in future.
it was my first order ever and the experience is not appreciated at all.
