    I have Ordered from Urbanic app, one of dress but i have received different size dress which i did not expect, i have raise a complaint they has taken their product back from me but they did not refund my money back i have requested to them many times but i did not receive any amount from them i have provided my bank details to them but no response from, please help me out from this

    They requested my bank details to refund i have sent many times to them and i got acknowledge from Google forms also but they did not returned my money attaching image proof for your reference

      Dear recipient,

      This is with ref to my order with urbanic with ref to order no[protected]. Due to size issue i return the product and pickup has been done from my place on 26th Oct 2022 but while checking the app I saw that they put a remark that my refund is declined due to wrong bank account details. I checked my bank details thrice before sharing to them. I therefore request you to please look into the matter as i have tried to contact them via emails and app chat but am not getting any response.

        As urbanic has 10 days return policy, I brought a product and it didn't fit me well, so aI returned it. After getting back to the warehouse, the refund is rejected.

          This is to inform/complain that I, ordered 3 items from Urbanic on 23/09/22 (order detail attached below).

          Then I return all the 3 items because they did not fit me on and I still haven't received my refund till date, it's been over 30 days now. I put many complaints and reminders in customer service chat but no response.


          Please look into it and do the needful as soon as possible. I need the refund money as soon as possible. It's been too much time. Please do the needful.

            I placed my order on 22nd oct and the shipment status has showed that my order will be placed between 26th oct to 27th oct but I want to use the product on 25th itself. The order ID is[protected] . I request urbanic to deliver my order before 25th oct .

              I ordered three things from urbanic on 2nd October. One brown jeans, one black trouser and one pendant chain. My Prepaid order came on 12th October. When I opened it, brown jeans was missing, only two product came. I immediately filed complain on urbanic app. I also sent few emails regarding the same. On 17th October call came from urbanic and they said that they cannot do anything about it.

              The brown jeans cost is Rs 1069.
              I have sent numerous emails to urbanic. They are not responding.
              Please help me, either get me my jeans or refund.

                I have placed my order today, the 21st of October 2022 and the shipment status shows that it will be delivered by the 31st of October to the 04th of November which is too late as I have a flight to catch. I have emailed and texted consumer service and requested them for a quicker delivery or asked if they would delivery quicker if i paid extra for express shipping. The consumer service was of no use and kept switching their roles. My order ID is[protected] and i would like my order on the first day of the expected delivery which is the 31st of October 2022.

                I hope Urbanic sees to it that my order is delivered by the 31st or before.

                    With respect to the return request made for two items, one item was not approved due to uploading of wrong image. However, the assigned delivery executive picked up both the items.
                    On checking the refund status, it came to my notice that refund for one item has been initiated but for the item, pick up was shown pending.

                    if it was with me, I would have raised another request for return. Neither the item is with me, nor the refund is initiated. It's a loss for customer only.

                    And it's not a false claim as yesterday only I received the items worth Rs. 6000. I am concerned about the new items received that how the requests with respect to them would be settled in future.

                    it was my first order ever and the experience is not appreciated at all.

                      My return pickup was done 9 days ago but the refund is still showing as pending on my paytm and has not come through.
                      Urbanic team is not responding with a solution it is frustrating and I did not expect this from urbanic.
                      The paytm prompt showed that it might take 3-5 days for this to come through but it has been 9 days and urbanic and paytm are both not giving me a solution.

                        I had ordered a different product and received an absolutely different product from Urbanic. I contacted their customer care but they paid mere attention. I then texted them on Instagram. They investigated the matter and stated that correct product was dispatched from their end and rejected my return. This was my first purchase from urbanic and I am very disappointed.

                            I have been desperately trying to get urbanic to take my product back for a month now . When i applied for the refund the person who was supposed to pick up the order went to the wrong address and was very rude when i directed him to the correct one . He cancelled it for his own profit without any concern for my order being picked up . I have been emailing urbanic continued to give out lame excuses like " we have forwarded your concerns to our team" everyday . They never reached out to me and they have the worst customer care service ever . All i need is for my order to be picked up and my refund to be initiated

                                Today my return was picked up from my doorstep order no:[protected]. I checked the app and it shows refund failed and there is no explaination why? I need my refund, the shirt that u sent me had burnt marks, your courier partner Delhivery picked it uo today and after it was picked your application showing refund failed! Reprocess the refund again.

                                    I placed an order on 1st of October from Urbanic app, my order was supposed to be delivered on 12th of October.
                                    After waiting the whole day I was notified that the delivery agent will not be able to deliver my package, after contacting him he said it would be delivered the very next day in the morning, it's been 3 days now and my prepaid order is still not delivered. It shows on the app that my order is on transit and everyday the order date increases to the next day.
                                    This is really a sad behavior, I urge you to help me in resolving my issue.

                                      I received a damage product and I had applied for return as the quality was aalsi different as seen in the display...But Its been 3 times they have been rejecting the request place.

                                        I'm having the same issue as @ravleen Sharma. It's been more than 10 days since I'm trying to get my refund. First of all they would respond in such a manner that you won't understand. The products that I recieved were in the same condition that I had recieved and i applied for the exchange and return the day itself i recieved my parcel and in two days the products were picked up from me. But now even after adding correct bank details for soo many times my refund is not being approved. And even the amount is not so small to lose. I even emailed them again and again but still my refund is being failed. When I ask my queries on the urbanic app all they do is send a link and ask me to add correct bank details and when I say I've already done it for a couple of times they just say it's going to take 24-48 hours to approve. I'm tired of this app now. I might never order from urbanic again if this issue is not solved. I cannot let my money go in waste. I don't see any elligible reason for them to cancel or not approve my refund. They just need to send the money the products are absolutely in the same condition.
