I ordered from Urbanic and after that due to size issue I returned my order. As per them the refund has been initiated but I have not received the amount in my bank account. They said that the amount will be credited in my account within 2 - 3 days but now its more than 15 days but the process is still not completed. I want my amount to be initiated within next 48 hours of filing the complaint.
Request to look into this matter and come to a conclusion as soon as possible. This is not acceptable as a consumer.

    I had an urbanic account from which I had made a purchase and then I logged out of it, now when I try to login with the same mail ID, a different account is shown with different wishlist and everything. I am just not able to find my account from which I made the order. I also checked the mail where I received order confirmation and tried to login with the same mail ID.
    I don't understand what the problem is or where is the account from which I ordered and there is no reply from customer support also.

      I purchased two co-ords from urbanic. One of them was cancelled by them because the item went out of stock. The second co-ord also has size and quality issues so I returned it. The refund is still not credited. It’s been 15 days. I am very dissatisfied with the services. And the note on the pending refund says it will take 3 to 5 days but my refund is processed in my paytm wallet.

      Hi same issue it's been 9 days refund still pending in paytm wallet and they are not providing a solution. Is your issue solved?

        Urbanic - Request for fast delivery

        I have placed my order on 7th October and the shipment status has showed that my order will be placed between 17th October to 21st October which is too late as I want to use the product on 14th October itself.             I ordered the "Ruched A-line dress" on 20th September 2022 but have not yet received it. Its been 15 days and there is also no update on the tracking page of app. I kindly request you to look into the matter and deliver it as soon as possible.

            It's been 4 days since I complained, no response from Urbanic. I don't think they are doing their part in this transaction. After mailing it also they are saying the product is delivered, but I haven't received a single call from the delivery service. It is very disgraceful for the company which is still in the budding phase in this region not caring to provide satisfaction to their customer and just increase their problems. I once again request the company to consider my complaint and take the necessary steps.

              I have ordered 5 items (order id[protected] they delivered but I see the package outer cover is very damaged and slightly opened and when I checked the items in it, three of the items are missing from the package. When I raised complaint and sent email, they called back and said they can’t refund as the package was tampered but I should have refused it while collecting which I feel is an scam . Because as per their policy they have clearly mentioned not to open the parcel in-front of the deliver boy and any concerns need to be raised as complaint.

              We are trusting and ordering products in Urbanic app but if they failed to deliver in good condition whose mistake is that why should I loose my money for this ..I wanted to raise an complaint and requesting for refund of my money .

                  I received a package with a missing product from Urbanic India on 3 Oct 2022. Also, there was no bill in the packet so I immediately called the delivery executive to make sure he hadn't missed another package which he confirmed he had not. Then within 15 minutes I spoke to customer service and lodged a complaint. I sent them every detail they asked for but they didn't respond and told me that the customer care guys are busy at the moment. My order was prepaid and in the app, it is showing in-transit status, please help me with this issue.

                    I placed an order on 19 sep and the estimated time for my order to arrive was 29th sep to 3rd oct. It's 3rd oct and my order is still not here and i can't check the status for this specific order.

                      Seriously, I even ordered for the first time from urbanic.
                      But, I don't know what is taking it so long to even get shipped even two of my shipped order is in process for five days. If I knew this case I rather have not ordered it.

                        Hello sir,

                        As shared many times through email and even have spoken to their customer service executives I am very disappointed. When I had ordered more than 25 to 27 items. That time it was not mentioned anywhere that we can't return more than 5 items in one slot. So when I received the products I got it in one lot in one box. After trial I liked few products and wanted to returned 20 items in one slot as I had made the order in one slot. But when the pickup person came to pickup he was unable to scan more than 5 items and their was error in your software. Later after 3-4 attempts he and me both were fed up. Later he suggested me to talk to urbanic customer service .When I spoke to Customer care they suggested me to share the pics of all items which I want to return along with their bar code and tag which I did. Every time asked everytime some new person in customer service will answer and ask the same story " what is your order id" . After that one lot that is 5 items I was able to return ..of which I have received the refund. That time I had spoken to the customer service executive who called me that I won't be available from 19th to 28th for return as I had my event in Goa. But he suggested me to take the return items to goa and they will pickup from their or keep it in the neighborhood. But as I knew that the event where I am going I won't get time to do the return due to hectic schedule for whole day . Same happened and when I reached goa the resort in which we had our event their we were having connectivity error as their was no proper network and phone and internet service were facing issues. That time I tried returning 3 items but as their were network issues when I was trying to return by mistake one product which I didn't wanted to return got selected, so when the pickup person came to pickup that product from my neighborhood at Ahmedabad he refused to take any item and one item from the return mentioned was missing as that item was with me at goa.

                        And now when i have reached Ahmedabad on 26th September and I am trying to return, their site shows exceeds the 10 days return period where as I had already requested return on 14th September 2022. Please help me and look into my matter as I am stuck with around Rs 30000 with urbanic.

                        I had requested return on 14th September 2023 itself. It's not my fault because of which the return is delayed. It's the companies fraudulent policies and your system error because of which i am stuck with such a huge amount. I am so disappointed and will definitely share this review will all my friends, relatives and colleagues that never to purchase any products from cheat companies like urbanic.

                        My first experience with urbanic is worst. Inspite of that Myntra and Amazon they will first prioritize their customers as they give first preference to customers.

                        I am purchasing many products from myntra everytime and have done this time also and have never faced such issue with them as they don't have system errors like you do.

                        My request please rectify your system so that no more customer faces such issue.

                        If we are allowed to make bulk purchase, their should be bulk return also available. Or else u should add this to your policies so that customers like us are not cheated any more.

                        I have lost trust in urbanic. And hopefully I will never ever purchase anything from urbanic and even not refer urbanic to anyone here after because of such a worst experience.

                          I have returned 2 dresses on Urbanic on 15th September and their policy says that I will get my refund within 7 to 10 days. Yet after so many mails and follow ups with customer care department they are not giving me any reply when I will get my refund. They are just showing refund failed for one dress and pick up successful for another one. I have been trying to approach them but no clear response. The order number was AWB[protected]. My refund was Rs. 999 for each dress so total Rs.1998.

                            Hi, I ordered 2 ripped jeans from your app which was delivered on 28 sep, 2022. The product was nice but it didn't quite fit me well so I wanted to return the product but it's been two days yet the delivery status hasn't been updated which is why I can't request a return for it. So, I request you to update my delivery status as soon as possible because if it is delayed I can't request a return for it...

                              I had ordered for 3 tops from Urbanic on 1st Sept 22.it was delivered to me on the 9th of September. I returned one of them on 12 th Sept.22. Got the approval from the company about the refund which was to be with 7 to 10 days. It is 29th of Sept 22 and the refund has not yet been credited to my account. All CC numbers provided are obselte. There is no response to my mails and the chat takes hours to get active. Please help.

                                I have ordered a sweater from urbanic and when i got the product the material was too terrible. so i return the day after itself and the pick up of the product was also very fast. But when i ask for the refund they first told that it will take 7-10 days but after 10 days also i didnt got the refund so i enquired with them so they told the bank details are incorrect which is a false statement because am a working women and i am getting pais to the bank acount that i given urbanic also. whatever it may be so i changed the bank acount and give another bank acount details to them but then also no responce from them. its been 25 days still i dont get the refund. when i complaint them through the customer care they are still telling like refund will be processed within 7-10 which is bot text from thier side. so i contacted them throgh tbeir mail, they are not even responding to the mail.

                                        I order one coat and one sweater from urbanic both the items were loose on me so i returned them and the pickup was done today only on 25th sep but my app is showing return failed. Update that status so that i can get my refund and process my refund as soon as possible.

                                        I have ordered a top and a jeans from urbanic and both the items were delivered on February 8 without any delay or damage. The top was perfect in size and everything buth the jeans were too loose for me. So I have requested a return and the item have picked up on February 9. I didn't get my refund yet. Please look into this matter.
