I live in Kolkata but in my return request pickup from courier partner, it's showing Gujarat. Has there been any mistake? Or is it fine. Because I'm worried the 10 day will expire and my pickup won't happen by then if the misunderstanding is not cleared.
They keep on saying it will be picked up within 24-48 hrs but it doesn't happen.

      I ordered my products on 8th September and it was supposed to be delivered by 17th-22nd September. Today is 23rd September it still hasn't arrived. It took 12 days in processing and still shows in dispatched stage. The customer care teams says they cant tell me when it will be delivered but they will try as soon as possible. I need my order immediately since i am leaving town in two days.

        Hi, I ordered a flare leg pant from your app which was delivered on 20sep, 2022. The product was nice but it didn't quite fit me well so I wanted to return the product but it's been two days yet the delivery status hasn't been updated which is why I can't request a return for it. So, I request you to update my delivery status as soon as possible because if it is delayed I can't request a return for it.

          I recieved my order on 10 September but due to some reason I return it on 11 September. On 19 of September I did not recieve refund of same amount Rs.847. so I called at urbanic support for refund they told that my account details is wrong and they sent me a Google form for correction account details. I filled it and i also check for 3-4 times and i also take screenshot for confirmation that it is check. But now on 21 September again refund is not recieved it said that it is failed...please help me

              I have ordered a dress from Urbanic order id:[protected] on 5th September. But for the size issue I have returned it in it's original state on 14th September 2022. But I haven't received the refund. It's been 5 days. I have already filled up bank account details 2 times on 14 th and 15th sept, 2022 at 7:09AM. But till now they haven't refunded my money.

                I have ordered the product from urbanic app. And it was cancelled due to delay in delivery. I have the amount through Axis debit card. But the money was not refund in my account.

                Ordered on 29th Aug 2022.
                I have ordered 3 products
                1.simplicity straight leg pants
                2.Patch work bodycon dress.
                3.ripped wide leg jeans.
                I have received refund for above 2 products. But last one number 3 is pending.

                I have Complaints many times and have shared my bank statement through mail but no solution.
                There is no customers care number for urbanic. This is totally online scam. I want to take this action legally.

                There response is very delayed and it's humiliation to customer. It take a months to resolved the issue.
                Improve the quality of your service as per the the quality of products.
                Customer care service is pathetic but the product quality is good that's why we do shopping from Urbanic.

                My refund is still pending. I have been informed by customer care that my refund will be initiated after 24 to 48 hrs whenever I complaint it but it is not sorted out . Since 3th September I'm waiting. Now it's been more than 25 days . And why there is no valid customer care number?? You looting people's money. It's totally scam . I want immediate solution.

                  I ordered 2 dresses from Urbanic on 6 September, 2022. The delivery date is passed, it was 15th-18th September, and its 19th today but still I’ve got no update, I got the last update on 10th. It still says processing. I ordered the dresses for a function and now I guess I’ll not get them till my function. No benefit of ordering.

                      Urbanic - Request for fast delivery

                      I placed my order on 11th September and the shipment status has showed that my order will be placed between 21th September to 25th September which is too late as I want to use the product on 20th september itself.                           I have ordered worth of 7000/- on 6th September and it's 17th September today and my things did not get delivered yet.
                          And there is no reply from customer support no details of my order. It keeps sending me texts saying order is getting delayed but without telling me the details of expected delivery date or others.
                          I tried reaching the customer support by mail by live chat but as usual no reply from them. I want my orders to get delivered as soon as possible.

                            I ordered for the first time from Urbanic in May' 2022. I paid through UPI after scanning the QR code the delivery boy showed and then received the dresses worth 2572/-. After this the delivery boy kept coming back to my residence claiming that money is not received in company. He asked for the screenshot of the transaction which I shared to him through Whatsapp. But he came back again after a few days asking for the money. I requested him to not come at my residence without notice and asked him to leave after confirming again that the money has been deducted on the date od delivery. Later in August' 2022, 2 strange men came at around 9 pm to my residence, showed me the same screenshot I shared with the delivery boy and claimed that the money is not received by the company and pressured me to reveal my bank account details. They kept creating a scene and harassing me at my residence in order to get my bank acccount details. But I suspected that these people were fraud so I did not share the account details with them and asked them to leave. I immediately mailed to [protected]@urbanic.com regarding this harassment and shared the computer generated bank statement snapshot with them clearly showing the transaction. They apologized in their first reply and later said that they have been trying to get in touch. I requested Urbanic to share the details of the person contacting me, to which they did not reply. Now today I received another harassment call from Urbanic ([protected]) : Shweta Desai and Abhishek (he refused to reveal his surname) claiming the same issue. When I asked if he had received the email that I sent to urbanic support, he denied that. Then I asked his full name again, he refused again. When he refused to mention his full name for the third time, I warned him of taking legal action and hung up the phone. However, I called back again to request their details again but the number became consistently busy afterwards. Then I called the delivery boy who had actually delivered the dresses and asked his account statement and address. He refused to share the same and hung up the phone.

                              It's been month, that the courier guy took both dress, instead of one. And he haven't updated, and now urbanica is not returning my money which is 738/- back to me. It's now month i am sending emails and trying to contact them, once once I got a call, from a lady, who said she will again contact the delivery hub and initiate refund, but after that no call not emails.

                                    I ordered a bulk order from Urbanic.
                                    And today was the date of delivery, but the packages come open and was not at all organized well. While discussing with the delivery guy he said that he has been working with those packages from morning so it's supposed to be open. And i don't think that this is the proper response to a consumer who raised a complain. Also the delivery guy was very rude and shouted that I'm not a fraud to keep it open and look inside. We were extremely shocked and we returned the dresses. It was a package we had our high hopes and expectations for. It was truly devastating to think about this matter. If you're not taking proper action on how delivery agents should treat the consumers, we're going to look this matter further if it gets no response or if it continues. We hope we'll get a proper response regarding this.

                                      I placed a order which is wide leg jeans from urbanic. It was my very first order . I paid two times for it as it failed payment .
                                      Now I fear that If amount will get deducted two times from My account then what will I do.
                                      BTW I paid through paytm and my upi pin was correct both times .

                                        So, i recently ordered a dress from Urbanic. The dress didn't fit me well so returned it asap. Now when it was the time of refund it showed refund failed. I have emailed them but there was no response. Don't know how long to wait for my refund.
