I had ordered a product from urbanic which was not of my size so I have returned it, but my refund is not received yet and it is so much delayed. It is around more than 15 days I have returned it but didn't get the refund

    The delivery guy delivered the package on a Saturday at 11.00 PM. That is beyond the delivery hours.

    Secondly, he did not update the status of the package as delivered because of which we cannot return the items and claim the money.

    We have been talking to the customer support people since 5 days now and all we asked them to do was update the status or initiate the return for us. They have not been doing either one of it but have been harassing us day and night.

    Every time we contact them through Chat, as there is no phone call option, they make us wait for hours and hours before replying and when they reply, our issue is still not resolved.

    We have emailed them our invoice on their registered email id but again, no action taken by them at all in 6 days.

    They have a 10 day return policy and its already been 6 days but we are unable to return because they failed to update it in their system purposely.

    The amount is not less for a common man, and the company is purposely delaying so that we don't get our money back.

    This is harassment and we need immediate action along with compensation as we have spent most of our time in these past 6 months to get our simple issue fixed.

      Hi, i ordered some stuff through urbanic on 6th August. It said that my products will be delivered between 14th August and 20th August. today it's 31st August and i still haven't received my order. Its been showing "ready to ship" for about 3 weeks now. When i ask the customer service about it, they would reply with the same answer again and again.
      i need an update on my order now.

          I ordered a dress for my birthday first i didn't receive the dress. Then they cancel my order and now it's been more a month they haven't send me my refund. I've ordered on 7 july today is 29 August and i don't have either dress or refund.

            Order id[protected]

            I have order the dress from urbanic and received it successfully but due to loose fitting I returned it on 31 july and delivery boy picked up the dress bit didn't send any pickup confirmation msg.

            Then I dropped mail to urbanic support team and told them the whole scenario. But the urbanic team again and again rescheduling the dress pickup, if I have already submitted the dress how I can I return it again.

            It's been one month but still not received my money back.

            Please help me get my refund

            I have ordered 3 items worth rs3197

            1. simplicity tapered/carrot pants.

            2. Sheer placket blouse.

            3. Patchwork pullover sweater .

            But I have only received the third item (patchwork pullover blouse) rest 2 items are not in the packet . On the same day I reached out to urbanic costomer care and as well as mailed them about the missing items but they are least bothered and now it's been over 4days .All this days they are only asking me to wait they will get back to me and have send my issue to their executive team . Other than this they aren't doing anything they have not resolved my issue yet and this is very disappointing. Even when I received the package it was not sealed it was tapped around by a cello tape.

            Please help me to get my refund

              I have provided them with my bank details but they are saying that the Bank details are invalid and not refunding my money. I have checked my details well before they are absolutely correct but the company is fooling me.

                I received a package with a missing product from urbanic india on 17th of Aug 2022. I immediately called the delivery executive to make sure he hadn't missed another package which he confirmed he had not. Then within 15 minutes I spoke to the customer service and logged a complain. I sent them every detail they asked including pictures of the package and all. They said I'll get a resolution within 24 hours. But since then all I received was a mail saying they will investigate the matter but till today I haven't received my refund or any concrete answers to my questions. everytime I try to talk to them they send me the same mail and ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hours. please help me bring this to light because this is not the first time I have immensely suffered under this company. their customer care is useless and they don't don't bother trying to provide a solution

                I ordered this dress and I doesn't like that dress I request to return and they collect that parcel but still they don't refund my money. I received that 31 aug and today 2 September. Plz refund my money back plzz🙏

                  I cancelled my order as I had to leave the city urgently. The order got cancelled, but I have not received the refund of the cancelled order yet. It's been months since I recieved the notification that the items cancelled would be refunded within 3-5 business days, but my refund hasn't been provided. I'm very unsatisfied with the services and the unbothered attitude of the brand.

                    I ordered a dress from urbanic but I received a complete different product from what I ordered and then I raised a return request but they rejected saying that correct item was dispatched from their end but i haven't received that product and now they are rejecting my return request...i just want my refund back

                        I have placed my order on 22 august 2022 and it says that the order will be placed between 29 august to 2 September, which will be too late because I have to use the product in a event which is on 29 august itself. I hope urbanic will take this into consideration and deliver my product fastly.

                                I ordered one dress price rs.1092 from urbanic .they delivered the product on 11th August I didn't love the dress color and that's too tight so I just returned the dress the delivery boy pick up the dress on 12th August and they told me they refund my amount within 7 to 10 days but 10 days over still I didn't received my refund amount yet.so I contact the customer service of their company and they told me they already credited the amount on my account on 12th August but it ll reflect on my account within 7 to 10 days they told me but I'm not recieved the amount from them so they told me to share my account statement from 11 August to till todays date .I send my account statement to them on their email which they asked me to send the account statement but still they didn't take any action to refund my money

                                    I had ordered clothes from urbanic app. I have been writing them for return pick up from five days. There is no response at all. They simply tell me to wait fr 24-48 hrs and nothing is done. I want my money to be refunded wether they pick up the clothes or not. Worst online shopping portal ever since. Action should be taken against such portals.
