I had ordered a product from urbanic which was not of my size so I have returned it, but my refund is not received yet and it is so much delayed. It is around more than 15 days I have returned it but didn't get the refund...
The delivery guy delivered the package on a Saturday at 11.00 PM. That is beyond the delivery hours.
Secondly, he did not update the status of the package as delivered because of which we cannot return the items and claim the money.
We have been talking to the customer support people since 5 days now and all we asked them to do was update the status or initiate the return for us. They have not been doing either...
Hi, i ordered some stuff through urbanic on 6th August. It said that my products will be delivered between 14th August and 20th August. today it's 31st August and i still haven't received my order. Its been showing "ready to ship" for about 3 weeks now. When i ask the customer service about it, they would reply with the same answer again and again.

I immediately called the delivery executive to make sure he hadn't missed another package which he confirmed he had not. Then within 15 minutes I spoke to the customer service and logged a complain. I cancelled my order as I had to leave the city urgently. The order got cancelled, but I have not received the refund of the cancelled order yet. It's been months since I recieved the notification that the items cancelled would be refunded within 3-5 business days, but my refund hasn't been provided. I had ordered clothes from urbanic app. I have been writing them for return pick up from five days. There is no response at all. They simply tell me to wait fr 24-48 hrs and nothing is done.
