Urbanic - Request for fast delivery

I have placed my order on 18th August and the shipment status has showed that my order will be placed between 28th August to 1 February which is too late as I want to use the product on 27th August itself.     I placed an order of 5 items on 11 August 2022 and it's been 8 days since then it is stuck in the processing stage only. They are just apologising for the delay and not doing anything for that. The delivery date is in 2 days and it's not even shipped yet.

      I have ordered 3 items from urbanic but received only 1 item. But they have took money of 3 items. I have kept return option of missing products but they were rejected. The amount for 3 items were Rs 2, 135. And I received only 1 product. After keeping return I have got only 500Rs.its already been 20 days but no response from them.they said that it was under investigation but not picking up my calls and not replying for mails.I regretted so badly that I have ordered from urbanic with huge amount. I lost whole amount 😭. Plz help me out from this...

        I placed the order on 8th August and the expected delivery date was 18th to 20th August. But the order is not even shipped yet. And when I reach out . They only give the order status and ask me to wait.

          Hi i had ordered a dress from Urbanic on the 10th of August and it still hasn't been shipped yet.I had also checked the ad and tried clicking on the 'track my order' option but it says it is still under process...today is the 16th and i need the dress on the 25th since it is my bachelorette party.Urbanic has got to do something.I've also sent them an email.This is my first time with Urbanic.This will be my last order.Such a bad experience

          Hii, I've ordered 2 jeans 2 tops and one bag from urbanic on 22nd August and till now which is 28th August my order has not been confirmed and it is still under process. I really need those clothes urgently as I have to travell to Kashmir soon. Please Urbanic do something please.

            I recieved wrong products from them i immediately made a return request but it was rejected on the basis that they checked and correct product was sent. Then i contacted them by mail and told about my problem and then they took my response seriously and for the first time requested the photos of the parcel and product and bill (earlier i was just sent the response without them requesting anything). But then also they replied that they extensively investigated and found that correct item was packed but hoe can this be true if i got the wrong item.

            While my problem was resolved and the wrong item was picked up and i was provided the refund the overall process was terrible to say the least. When i first requested a return without any verification i was told that no there was no problem from their side. Then i emailed them explained what happened and then they took some action asked for photos of tags and bills for confirmation but this time they also replied the same way. The worst part was they told me each time that they "extensively" checked that correct item was sent and asked me to check at my end like obviously i had the correct product and i was just not looking at it and somehow a magical different product that i did not order was in my hands. But then as i lodged a complaint here then they took action i got a call from them and this time they did not care for anything they did not want any proof or any photo they directly approved the return request and approved the refund which to me was not a customer centric move but more of a company image restoration move so while my problem is resolved they did not do that to agree their mistake but just to get a complaint marked as resolved to protect their brand name which would not have been a issue if they just cared for the customer beforehand.

              I had to cancel my order as the default address entered happened to be wrong. The order was cancelled within few minutes of ordering and another order was placed to the right address which was delivered as usual. But I have not received the refund of the cancelled order even though I recieved notifications that the items cancelled would be refunded within 3-5 business days.

                  I had ordered total three item from urbainc . Two items from one number on same address and another item from different number on the same address .
                  The one item which i had ordered separately i did not get the same item so i wish to return it .
                  And from the other two items which i had orderd from my number i wanted to return one item from that too. So total two items one green colour top and one black net pajama from three items i had returned to your pickup boy but your company only accepted the request of one item which is black pajama not for the other item which is green top but your pickup boy said no its ok ill accept this return request from my side so i gave both the items to your pickup boy and only one item i have kept from three items . Your company give me the refund of only one item not for another item . I had returned two items but they refund me for one .
                  Im continuously asking them for refund i told them to talk to your pickup partner that why he had picked another item if your company cancelled the request . Its not our fault . First of all its your fault you gave us one wrong order and fault is of your pickup partner. So i want my money back as soon as possible . I hope you will understand my concern.

                    I have placed my order 2days earlier and I'm not able to track it although I have done payment too. I need the order by 20th and it's urgent. I tried to track the order from the link provided but the popup on app showed that this order is not placed by this account. Idk how is that possible. The company should look into the matter as soon as possible.

                      I have ordered few items on 23 july and it takes 8-13 days but i received package after 13rd day,
                      I have to change my home in between and when package got delivered I was not staying there and there are few non returnable items are present.
                      Now i am stuck, I don't have the package and i cant return it

                        I have had refunds from urbanic earlier too and to the same bank account couple of times. This time when I placed for the refund due to issue in the products size it got approved and I filled out the same details of the bank as before.
                        P.S-THE ORDER WAS WORTH ₹5000.
                        The refund had failed obviously.
                        Anyways I spoke to the customer care and wrote them mails. They did respond but in a very rigid way as if I was talking to a robot than a person, there weren't any solutions to it but they kept on repeating the same thing again and again.
                        They provided me with a Google form that allowed me to change my bank details. As they claimed I had put a wrong beneficiary account number, so I did it anyways maybe I made a mistake. So I filled up the form, took a screenshot of it, confirmed it and then I submitted it. I work for a bank so I know that this time the details are correct and cannot go wrong.
                        3 days later I check the status, it again shows failed. I spoke to the customer care and they keep on saying the same thing again and again. They won't respond properly, are very rude and have zero customer satisfaction policy.

                          This company always rejected my order even when it's their fault, first they sebt me a wrong product saying they sent me the right, and now they sent me a loose dress and bad stitching abd again rejected. This is unacceptable and I'm extremely Mad at this company! Do something. Take actions against them

                            Hi there, I have placed an order with Urbanic on 17th July 2022 with full amount paid in advance. Now after tracking my order for almost 15 days the status of my package is showing 'Lost'.
                            While chatting with the customer care person he said that the status is not showing lost and I couldn't attach screenshot due to the failure of the 'attach' icon in the app. The attachment option was not working even after trying everything including the uninstallating the app and installing it back.
                            Also there is no option for calling and contacting.

                            Just want to get refund because I did not receive the articles i have paid for.

                                  Its been 12 days i am a working lady and these guys have screwed my mental state i have been chasing them to pick the return and initiate the refund and all they say is give few hours and the agents are more ridiculous they don’t know what they are doing neither do they under english and i was speaking to them and till that while they ended my chat

                                      It’s been more than a week since I ordered from
                                      Urbanic and did a prepayment. I haven’t received any tracking details from them and they are not even telling me by when the order will be delivered. I asked their customer support executives if my order will get delivered by 31st July-4th August (which is the estimated delivery date as per what it says on the app). But they said they won’t be able to confirm those dates as well which is weird.
                                      For a prepaid order, is that the kind of service expected? I need my order by 5-6th august. I saw the expected delivery date for my order as 31stJuly-4th Aug and hence I finally placed the order. But now there’s no clue and they aren’t even helping me and resolving my chats and tickets without proper answers.
                                      Hence seeking help on my tracking details and delivery here.
