I have had refunds from urbanic earlier too and to the same bank account couple of times. This time when I placed for the refund due to issue in the products size it got approved and I filled out the same details of the bank as before.
P.S-THE ORDER WAS WORTH ₹5000.
The refund had failed obviously.
Anyways I spoke to the customer care and wrote them mails. They did respond but in a very rigid way as if I was talking to a robot than a person, there weren't any solutions to it but they kept on repeating the same thing again and again.
They provided me with a Google form that allowed me to change my bank details. As they claimed I had put a wrong beneficiary account number, so I did it anyways maybe I made a mistake. So I filled up the form, took a screenshot of it, confirmed it and then I submitted it. I work for a bank so I know that this time the details are correct and cannot go wrong.
3 days later I check the status, it again shows failed. I spoke to the customer care and they keep on saying the same thing again and again. They won't respond properly, are very rude and have zero customer satisfaction policy.
