My order is so much delayed due to their logistics issues its too much now I have to wear that dress for my birthday and it is still showing packed soon but no information is I am getting. Their customer chat support executives is also saying soon my order is going to be dleivered but no one is giving me any exact date because I have placed my order on 29th june still I haven't recieved

Complaint marked as Resolved The next day after I complaint, They updated my order status as shipped and today on 14th July I recieved my order.
