Urbanic - Request for fast delivery

I have placed my order on 26th July and the shipment status has showed that my order will be delivered between 7th August to 11th August which is too late as I want to use the product on 30th July itself. My order is not even under process yet . The order ID is[protected] . I request urbanic to deliver my order till 30 th July please. (The order is also not shipped yet).

    I purchased products from Urbanic worth Rs 8192. Due to the quality issues, i raised a return request.
    The items were collected from my address and till now I have been waiting for my refund amount. Today on 26.July.2022, I received a call from Urbanic support after repeated mails from my end, they communicated to me that the money has been refunded to some fictitious account(details mentioned below) which was never provided by me. They asked me to fill up a form with my bank details(I hold account with HDFC). I filled up my HDFC bank details but now they are saying they credited the refund amount to some SBI account no.

    Below are the bank details to which Urbanic has made the refund. (not sure how true is this)

    It’s been more than a month and i still haven’t received any refund. I have been continuously mailing them and they keep saying that it’ll take time for banks to show the amount. They even asked me show my account statement. That’s super shady and illegal.

      My order was supposed to be delivered between 22nd July to 25th July and it has still not delivered. Urbanic has not even assigned me a delivery partner. The order is pre paid after several conversations with the customer care they are still saying that they will need time.

        We ordered the dresseson last month and after 3 days we file returned due to size issue. Still.no one come to.pick up the dresses . We are continue chatting with them and everytime they text we will send someone soon. The company has no contact no.and no.customer care no. The cost of 2 dresses are Rs.5, 000

          I had placed my order on urbanic on 14th july and the products were to be delivered between 23th july to 27th july. When I saw it still processing for 5 days after placing order I had sent a mail regarding the same to which they had reverted there was delay but to my utter shock it hasn't shipped yet and it's 23rd july and how is the product going to be delivered before the timeline if it hasn't been even shipped yet. I am worried cz it's my birthday and a very special occasion on 27th and 28th but now I doubt it they'll deliver it in their given time.

            I ordered on 8th of July and it was to be delivered by the 17th but the package was never picked by the delivery partner and hence the package never came in the state I live in but the status of delivery says that I rejected the order see you next time. While I mailed them they said that my ticket is closed. I never received the product and now there’s no option to cancel the order so I don’t know how to get a refund. Their live chat support isn’t replying and they haven’t even generated the refund. The status on delihvery site says that the problem is with the seller that is urbanic and the package is still in transit. I’ve never seen such things happening.

              I ordered 3 items (clothing) from urbanic on 9th july 22.. and it was supposed to be delivered between 18-21st july 22

                I ordered a black loose jeans from urbanic and received the fitting jeans, so when I asked for return they cancelled my return request three times and it is not the way to treat customers. And now due to cancellation of return request by them 5 times, return period is over. I want my refund back. This is not the way
                Hey there! The same thing had happened to me. I had ordered 2 dresses and 1 shrug but I got 2 pants and 1 top 😅, when I requested for return they kept rejecting my requests. Talking to their customer care executive made me feel like I was talking to an AI 🤦🏽‍♀️. Later I wrote a mail to them mentioning how their entire process is taxing and time consuming, a day or two later I received a call from them, I requested them to take the items back and return my money and THEY DID!!
                So may be try emailing them! :)

                    Hi my order was placed on 7th june and was expected to arrive between 17th to 21st july.                     Hi Team, although i had to cancel items to get the order processed and still the delivery is delayed. It is still stuck at Delhi since yesterday. No replies from delivery team. It was urgent that the order reaches me before 21st July. Still waiting for any reply or help from your end.

                      I have placed an order on July 7th and was informed the expected delivery by 17th-21st July. However, the state is still in processing since very long and I have received messages stating delayed delivery due to logistics issue. The order is non returnable and I need the delivery before 21st July else it is of no use. Please help here at the earliest possible.

                          I had returned two o[censored]rbanic products on 6th July and it has been showing refund processed ever since. I need to know where my money is. I also have to order other products and the company will take one other month to deliver it. Kindly look into it as early as possible

                          Is this issue resolved for you. I am also facing the same issue with the refund and today I got an inforation that they refunded the amount to some bank account which was never provided by me.

                              This is not the first time that Urbanic has delayed its order delivery to me. I’ve ordered a bunch of clothes on 1st July and the reciept shows that it’ll be delivered by 11-15 July. And still it shows that the order is processing as of today July 15th. This has happened to me before when my clothes were delivered way later than the dates mentioned. Being a travelling student that delivery was so delayed that I had to fly without the clothes hence making the whole order useless for me. Urbanic needs to value its customers’ time and I need to hear regarding my current orders asap. This is very disappointing Urbanic.

                                    Hi Team, can you please check for my complaint and resolve it at earliest.
                                    Urbanic- I placed the ordered on 22nd November which was supposed to be delivered between 4th December- 8th December. It's 13th December still I have not received the order. They said there is logistic issue.

                                      One of the worst shopping site . Highly disappointed.
                                      It's like harrassing customer.
                                      My parcel is suppose to be picked up but since a week I am following up with your customer service but there is no response everyday it is said your parcel will be picked up today but it's been a week no one has come to pick up the parcel.
                                      This is not done.
                                      This is looting customer.
                                      I want my parcel to be picked up asap.
                                      Also, delay is from you guys if it exceed the return date you guys will be responsible for returning it. Tired of following everyday with customer service but nothing is happening.

                                        Company promised me the refund with in 7 -10 days but it has been more than that.
                                        The only source of communication is emails.
                                        They taking so much time and this is very imconvenient.
                                        All they give is next date.
                                        I returned the product last month and i haven't received refund yet.
                                        Not do they give appropriate reasons.
                                        First the product was so uncomfortable and now delay in refund.
                                        Very inconvenient...
