I have placed an order on 24th May on urbanic and it's a prepaid order . The expected delivery is between 2-5june and today it's 3rd June and my order is not yet shipped and if i message on customer service they just say we will try to resolve your problem. I am very much disappointed with urbanic because it's my first order from urbanic and i didn't expected this. My order id is[protected] . It's been 11 days and my order is still under process.

I have already mailed you my order details. I'm highly disappointed with your service. I don't understand why you are taking this much time in delivering my order . It's almost been 15 days and I'm just getting the same response again and again that we are trying out best to deliver your order . This is really frustrating. Now you are not even giving me the specific date of delivery . How long do I have to wait for to order ???

    I have purchased my jeans and it's big so i return it the delivery boy said the code is wrong so cancel the return and complain in customer care so now one is now coming to pickup order id[protected]

      I had placed order on 22 May and still haven't received my order(as of 2nd June 2022) . Today I got update that my order is delayed further due to some issues. When will I receive my order ? My birthday is on 5th June and I want it before that. What's is the point of receiving order after that ? What is taking so much time. It's already been 10 days.

      Their management is terrible it seems. In 17 days I myself would have collected the clothes from their warehouse. Really unpleasant experience.

      Hi, I have already shared the details over mail. And they are just giving repetative updates and still haven't provided an exact delivery date of the order. It's already been 17 days. What kind of online shopping portal takes 17 days to deliver an order ? And why commit to the date if you can't fullfil ? Today is 7th June.

        Have ordered 7 pieces of clothing from Urbanic on 11th May .. As per the App at the time of ordering they promised to deliver by 23rd May. It is the month end and there is no sign of a single delivery.
        Have written at least 3 mails and reminder mails for the same to enquire. There has been no response to them to which is highly careless and unprofessional. Urbanic has no telephone number to speak to anyone directly o leaves you no other option than to correspond on mails which is useless. I hope they have not swindled me for an amount of more than 7000 rupees. Order number is[protected].

          I have been receiving a message everyday since the past 5 days saying that I will receive my order today and the order still remains undeliverable. I attended calls of the delivery person and told him exactly where to drop the parcel but neither do I receive the package and nor do I receive any more calls after that. It is a prepaid order.

            Hello Urbanic this is Arpita I have placed my first order on 20th may and order id is[protected] this but my order is been stuck from 7 days and I don't think your pathetic customer services will take any action I want my order to progress today otherwise it will not be good I want my order to ship right now only I want that today other wise I will be compelled to take some action I have been contacting your customer service last 3 days but they are very pathetic

              I order some clothes about 10 to 15 days back. And the delivery dates were estimated from 24th May to 28th May but today all of a sudden the delivery status says- delivery not accepted but the delivery was never made. There was never a delivery attempt made. This is very disappointing 😐

                I have ordered a few dresses from urbanic which didn’t fit me and I wanted to return.
                There were 2 orders which I returned by individually putting a return request for each one of them. I have been waiting for 20 days for the return pickup

                First time the courier person himself cancelled my return request

                Second time the courier person didn’t show up nor contacted

                The third time I recieved a call from urbanic saying that we are rescheduling your return pickup and they wrongly selected a different return address without asking,

                Also the courier person told me since there is 6-7 return dresses It cant be picked up together asked me to request the return again but I am not getting an option on the app to return, it is saying AWAITING PICKUP for the last 20 days (screenshot attatched)

                Please let me know what should I do ?
                I have contacted Urbanic several times
                Talked to 2 representatives on call,
                Sent several mails still the issue hasn’t been resolved.

                What is the next step that is expected from my side.

                      I had placed return request.. my order I'd is[protected] there are two products in same order I'd.. first I got message that my return request has been approved second day delivery boy has picked my parcels.. after pickup I got a call that my return has been rejected because of wrong description.. I have to reapply for return I asked her how could I because I already sent my parcel so she said that she will send some kind of message but I got nothing... now no one is responding me.. I lost my money and my product tooo...

                      I have received my refund
                      On 12 February, I ordered a beige colour jeans with side pockets. I received the parcel on 19th February but i was busy and had so many parcels to open i opened the urbanic one on 21 feb and after opening the parcel i found out that I’ve received a wrong product ordered it was a dress but I’ve ordered an jeans and the product I received under the seal packed parcel was a pinkish beige dress. I immediately requested for return on the very same time and got an email next day that my request has been accepted and the pick up man will pick up the parcel on 23 February. I waited the next day for the pickup man but no one showed on the day nor even on 24 feb, then on 25th feb I received the email saying that return request has been rejected, i again filed the return with all the valid proof again got confirmation email and again they cancelled it on the next day of pickup. Then i wrote many emails to them and every email I received was a computer generated one and no one really paid attention on the concern and again writing so many emails to them they only answer with “ we have intensively investigated “ and cancel the request. What kind of service is this??! Where they didn’t even read the concern of the customer even though i have all the photos and opening video of the product. Even the product (dress) has tags of jeans and the invoice also says jeans but under the parcel I’ve received a dress. And I’ve so many times mentioned my problem but they are not even paying a little attention to it.

                          Kindly help to refund my money. The customer care is asking me to share pics of yellow tag which was not attached in the order when i received. in fact i[censored] check, i had put my return request on the same day I delivered my product so there is no chance of getting it misplaced as the tag is always tightly attached to the product.

                          Also, if the quality of the product is not good, what will the picture do?? i dont understand the concept behind this. This is just harassing me as regular user o[censored]rbanic and i am sure no one has so much time to click pics. I think you should confirm while delivering the tag is there or not..

                          Kindly look into this and get my money refunded. Your customer care team is so slow to process the requests.

                              Hi,

                              I've had two major concerns with ubanic stated below and I have also raised two complaints on the consumer forum for which you will be receiving a notice shortly.

                              Concern 1 :
                              I had ordered a few clothing items for a friend and mentioned all the address details on the app. The delivery was promised by 5th may. I received a message regarding late delivery on may 3rd, they did not mention delivery day on the delay message. When I contacted customer care regarding this issue, I did not receive a proper response. Hence I am raising a complaint against urbanic due to their poor service and not delivering as per the set expectations.

                              Concern 2 :
                              I have been constantly cheated by urbanic. Initially they promised me a delivery on may 5th and delivered the products on may 10th. The products now are no longer needed and they are not ready to accept the return. I tried to contact customer care and they are not even responding. Kindly help me with this issue.

                                I placed my order on 13 th may and the shipment status has shown that the product will be be delivered between 23rd may - 27th may which is too late as I want to use the product on 22nd may itself. My order is not under process yet. The order id is[protected].

                                  I purchased two dresses from urbanic and I get the products on April 22 and due to size issues, I think of returning the product. I submit the return request on the same day and the next day delivery man came to pick up the products but he canceled the return due to tag verification issue. He said that one of the product (black dress) contain a tag but the verification number is missing from the tag. I requested Urbanic team once more for a return but it also failed due to same reason. Then I requested it again to customer care to resolve it but the pickup has falied 7 times. I mailed them twice but still this is not resolved. It was not my fault that I received the product without the verification number.

                                    I have been struggling with Urbanic for over 20 days now. The pick up partner lost my tag and he's unable to process my request which means that my parcel has been lying in the Delhivery warehouse for over 20 days. I have reached out to Urbanic over 50 times and their bots just keep giving the standard replies and no substantial action have been taken!! Now the pick up partner is not taking any responsibility and I have lost 12k as I have no way to reach Urbanic. Kindly help!!!

                                      My order hasn't bern delivered yet... I've placed my order for a denim on 23rd april and hasn't received yet.. It's been more than 10days.. 12 days to be precise. And they're telling the irem hasn't been dispatched yet. I've ordered those for a spacial occassion.. That us my birthday on may 6.now i don't have any options.. They didn't provide much messages or anything

                                      i placed my order on 13th may and its still not shipped yet. It's estimated dates are to be between 24 to 28th may and its 25 may already. i really wanna get my oder sooner, its a request.
                                      I placed my order on 18th sept, have not recieved yet its already 2nd october. I tracked the order and it shows estimated delivery to be 8th October. Very disappointed with urbanic.com, i ordered that dress for special occasion, i have to wear my old clothes now 🙁, I'll never order from urbanic anymore.
