1. I had purchased a "Positioning Printing Bomber Jacket" of Rs. 1635 on 22nd December 2021.
The product was delivered on 3rd Jan 2022.
Due to some issue with the jacket, I had placed the return for the jacket. The jacket was picked up and the return status shows as "Refund processed". Its been approximately two months, still, no refund was given to me.

2. Also, I had purchased a "Ruched Pullover T-shirt" of Rs. 890 on 18th January 2021. I had canceled the item on the same day itself. The status for the refund is shown that the payment will be issued within 3 to 5 days. But Its been approximately two months, still, no refund was given to me.

If the above two cases will not be settled, I will raise a request to the Commissioner of Police.

I am not getting the refnd for the oders which i have returned

I made an order on Urbanic via order no.[protected], which had 3 items.
I received 2 items and 1 of them was missing, Green Knot slip dress worth Rs.917.

I made a complaint and shared all the details which were asked from me. Initially they wanted to offer me a discount code but I demanded full refund or replacement.
They took around 15 days to investigate and came up with no solution and denied to share any proof/ findings.

I really want to get my complete refund and speedy response.

This my last hope.

I did not receive my refund of 1068rs for the product that I have returned

I have already dropped you email multiple times regarding have purchased simplicity wool look coat and due to size issue I returned it on 18 Jan 22. Coat has been picked by one of your employer but amount is yet not received in my account. my order which has been returned but still waiting for a refund from your end however not receiving any response from ur end.

Kindly confirm when I can expect my money back.

I have returned a dress because they send me a wrong dress.
It has been 8 days and refund didn't get yet.

My order delivery date was 22nd feb 2022 but it is still not in mumbai and it is showing operation not attempted in order status so what should i do I wanted my order urgently thats why i chosen fast delivery option

I ordered on 6th feb and i didn't receive my delivery, but it showed delivered on 19th feb. I didn't received any call or mail about my product. The customer service worked on very slow pace. My order was pre paid and i didn't received any refund.

I ordered a dress of above 1400 rs and it was pre paid, i did not received any call or mail about delivery of my dress. I ordered it on 6th feb but did not receive my order moreover it showed it was delivered to my address but i did not receive it. On 19th of feb the order was updated to be delivered without any call. I did not receive it.

I ordered a dress and Haven't received the order yet it's been more than a week my order I'd is this[protected] i ordered a ruchen bodycon dress in black colour in xs size i m very disappointed by the service now i want my order asap very ungrateful of your service

This is Neethu, a new customer to Urbanic. I have ordered two trench coats costing me around Rs.2500. The products which were delivered was not as per the quality and lacks standard too. So, I have given request to return the products through urbanic official application on 29 Jan 2022. Neither they have contacted nor send me any reply regarding the pick up. Since 03 Feb 2022 onwards I m continuously contacting them for the same. Till now nothing has happened. Always they used to say pick up will be done as soon as possible, your query will be addressed on priority etc..This is the first time I m facing such a worst experience from an online shopping site. Kindly address this issue on priority please.

I have purchased a jeans of Rs 1175 dated 13-01-22 . Order no[protected] . Payment done by Paytm debit Card ( rupay card) . But due some reason same item returned to company. But till date, company did not refund of Rs 1175. We have complaint several times but not responding and couldn't make refund till date. If I will not received refund of above said order with in 07days . I have no way other than consumer court.

I ordered Simplicity pullover sweater colour purple on 3rd jan monday. I received the order on 11 jan. Immediately after receiving it i applied for return process on 13th jan. Order id :[protected] . But i did not recieve any refund till date . I contacted the customer service and eveytime they are saying that refund is processed. I also asked for refund reference number but they were unable to give me any refund reference number. This is very disappointing. I want my refund as soon as possible. Please look into the matter.

I have not received a refund for a return order from Urbanic that was picked up 2 weeks ago.

Neither has been my second return picked up, I have been following up since over 2 weeks now, there's only BOT responses of the order being picked up in 24-48 hours.

My return request was placed on 27th January, they initially cancelled my return on their own commenting it was a technical mistake. Post that only one order was been picked up after multiple follow ups on 4th February to which my refund has still not been initiated.

My second return has still not been picked up, I need to get back my money for both the returns.

My refund is pending since the last 20 days. They have said that the refund is already initiated from their side however I have not received it yet. They told me check with the bank too and I did but they told me that Urbanic still has to process the refund. The order was worth ₹5000.

I have ordered with opening on 25th of January an order of rupees 500 it was supposed to get delivered by 31st of January and since 31st I am waiting till today and no person arrived at my doorstep I have tried to follow up from their chat support and email support and each and everybody will just ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hours . the concern delivery department is not delivering the product I get a message in the morning that this person will deliver my product today and I wait the entire time but nobody comes and at night they drop me a message that I was not available or I requested for future delivery where nothing like that ever happened if I try to talk to them each of their support advisor tells me that they tried to call me I was not available but I am always there . today they updated that my product is lost but I have already paid the amount it was a prepaid order and again if I'm trying to reach their support service they are asking me to wait for 24 to 48 working hours I don't know if they have robbed my money I have lost my money but it's not a less amount
the entire team is scamming including the delivery department as well

I bought 2 leggings for 990Rs on sale but I returned both of my leggings due to certain issues but I only got only received 495Rs refund I should have received the whole amount (i.e)990 Rs because I returned both of my leggings. I request you to refund my whole amont (495Rs)as soon as possible .

I didn't got any product not my refund money yet they are not replying to my mail and they don't have any costumer care no.
