We had placed this order on the 1st Feb for a special vacation travel. We were informed that the package will be delivered between 8 Feb - 12 Feb but till now we have not received any update on the delivery status. We have written multiple email to Urbanic customer care and every time we have received generic responses. Our vacation trip is nearing and there is no visibility of when our package will be delivered. We had asked for packing tracking details which was also not shared yet. Need urgent attention.

I have placed an order on Jan 29 through urbanic website and there is no update nor any of the customer support. I have tried to follow up with them and the only response I get from them is that the order will be delivered as soon as possible. When I asked them to transfer the chat or connect me to a supervisor, they refuse to do it.

Now, the date is 9th and still no update. I placed an order under prepaid.

I ordered a utility Jacket and the size was bigger so i returned it but it has been 7 days i didn't received my money in my bank account

I have ordered 4 dresses for my birthday in mid feb. Ordered them on 31st JAN it still says "processing after 8 days today its not even shipped!!! It said before expected delivery by 13-14feb that is why I ordered. This is so unfair. The support team says due to covid even they don't know when will I get my order like oh my god? I already paid the amount and this is the kind of service I am being provided. Very dissapointed.

I shopped online in bulk for getting clothes for my marriage through Urbanic. Most of the items I received I didn't like due to quality and fit and I requested the return on the same day of delivery 20th Jan 2022. Its been over 15 days now and The delivery guy hasn't come to for reverse pick. This site doesn't have a customer care number to reach so we can only receives calls from them, can't call them for escalations....

Refund money not receive pls send my amount and update

The order shows that it got delivered om 25th, bit wasn't. on an extensive communication with urbanic support they said it was with the hostel mail room, which I have double and triple checked and it contains no record of the order. I have repeatedly mailed urbanic for this, and have received no solution. I ordered the products well in advance of an event and now it's in 2 days and I'm yet to receive this order.

I ordered a jeans from urbanic on 13 jan via paytm debit card of 1175 rs. I returned the product because of size issue. But I haven't received any refund yet. When I contacted customer service they claimed that refund is processed and kept asking for bank statement which I provided. Now they are not responding to any of my emails.

Today i received my order of 3 push bra from urbanic, order I'd is[protected], without tag. I just raise complaint about it I talked there so many times but they are not able to solve my problem/issue.

I have ordered a dress[protected] this one is the order number due to size problem I returned it and also the product has been picked up but yet not got the amount refunded to the registered bank account so please kindly look into it and transfer the 1253 rupees to the bank account

The orders was picked up by delivery partner at 27 January on 2:20 PM but they haven’t updated the status that returned was picked up hence I didn’t get my refund it’s been 10 days customer service didn’t resolve the issue plz refund my amount otherwise I will file complaint. Thanks

I’ve ordered 4 products from Urbanic and paid for it. When it reached my destination and out of delivery the delivery boy didn’t even call me and returned my product without my consent. Delay in refund of 1082rs.

I ordered a couple of clothing items from Urbanic app on Jan 12, 2022 (Order Id[protected]. The products got delivered in a couple of days. I was not satisfied with the product quality and hence raised the return request for both the ordered items on Jan 15, 2022 and was intimated that the pickup would take place on Jan 16, 2022. I received a single call from pickup agent on Jan 18, 2022 which unfortunately, I missed. I called back the agent 15 mins later and was informed that the pickup would happen the next day. Now, it has been more than 15 days and i have reached out to customer care multiple times, only to be informed that "agents have not been able to reach me after multiple attempts - pickup cancelled - complaint forwarded to appropriate team and would be contacted by pickup agent within 24-48 hours". I have not been contacted by any agent apart from that 1 time. The customer care has failed to fulfil any of their responsibilities and i want refund for the useless products that got delivered to me.
