12 stage & submersible pump controller 50mfd on dated 30 oct 2019 both under of 1 year warranty. This products is not working from last 8 days. I am facing the problem.13 family's cannot get water at the time of lockdown and cannot find any plumber causing a lot of trouble. Kindly help the resolve this as soon as possible and please immediately contact me.

during working the same suddenly stopped. Due to pandemic corona virus-19, to avoid spreading virus, lock down the nation..These struggle time, such types of equipment are time pass items, suddenly, did not working, facing difficulty...Please do necessary action at your end please.

I purchased the usha fan on 25 march 2018 and now i am facing the problem from this product.
The usha fan is not working. Before two days i try registered the complaint on call but no one give me positive response. Usha fan color is white its a fancy fan. Now the summer season is coming i dont want face any problem to take it. So i requesting to you plz quickly solve my problem.

I had purchased usha mist air icy table fan from amazon dated[protected]. It has two years of warranty and currently the table fan has stopped working, this is really annoying for any consumer that a reputed brand like usha's product is not working as expected can i get to know the procedure to get it fixed as i have the warranty card and can you please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

We bought usha janome sewing machine and requesting for demo from 4 months. They were just promising that they will come and has never turned up. If we call customer care they were giving some numbers and nobody is picking. Very much disappointed buying this brand spending around 11k. What kind is service they are providing. I truly will not recommend any one to go for usha.

I got a usha ex9 fan for amazon. It took some time to get it installed as i was looking for an electrician. Right after installation, we got to know the fan has got some wobbling issue. The electrician checked everything and asked me to check with usah support for assistance. I called usha, the technician came in, he checked things but maybe he was unable to understand and he asked me that he will come back. He came back after a few days with another technician. He also did the same thing, took a video and send it to someone, he also made few calls, also asked me that they will get back to me. He also asked me for the usha message on my phone. I showed him the message without knowing that he will close the ticket and they left. The other day i got the message the ticket is closed. I called the support again and why did they close my support ticket without asking me as the issue is still there but they opened another ticket, i got another call from the same technician, he told me he will come and check on this wobbling issue again, which he never did. Then i get a call from usha support saying that my request is getting canceled because they are sure that technically the fan is ok and there is no wobbling and they cant help me. I am still experiencing this wobbling issue with my new fan and nobody from uhsa wants me to assist.
Usha logo does say customer first, but very sad to say so they follow it anymore.

My fan still runs with wobbling in it which i got a few months back and reported issue immediately after installation and it has got 2 years warranty as well which i think of no use as no one from usha wants to provide any assistance on this.

I have bought a sewing machine from nearby usha store. But now it is not functioning properly. I couldn't be able to sew any clothes by it. It would affect my work. Its needle gets broken day after day. Its sound is producing noise. I cannot make proper stitches on jeans and hard clothes. I want that you please solve this problem as soon as possible within two to three days.

The upper rod of the room heater is not working. It has been only a month when I purchased this product.It has a warranty of 1 year. I tried calling the usha care complaint number but its not picked up. The lower rod is working properly but the problem is in the upper rod which is not glowing at all. Please send an agent who can resolve the issue and set up this problem

I have ragister complaint - cc[protected] in usha customer care on 7th dec.
Inspite of regular follow up problem still not attend. Very poor response.
Please support.
- after regular followup one time they have closed without attending problem
-19th dec reopen but till now no response

I have purchased immersion water heater model no ih 3810/ih 3815 from singh enterprises, shajahanpur on 09.11.2019. But it was used for only 25 days. On 05.12.2019, it was found damage during it's function.. I. E while heating water it has broken into 02 or 03 pieces. It is extremely surprised. However it was returned to dealer who sold "singh enterprises" on same day. Still it is not resolved by him. I. Request you to kindly take up and resolve.
