We had purchased a water dispenser which is till in warranty. We called up customer care help line on 15th June and the response was it will be attended within 24-48 hours. Today is Friday, 5 days have gone by and nothing has been done. Even the online chat service people have personally assured me twice on Tuesday and today of action but its all false promises. Moreover no one from the company or service centre called up to update on status. It's just not moving forward. I never knew such a brand has such a pathetic poor service. I request all people who read this not to buy any USHA product. See my transcript of two mails attached other than 'n' number of calls made.It's shame that there is no escalation. I am not sure if call status is reviewed by any manager. The worst possible service award goes to USHA international and I hope the directors will be proud of it. Not too long will take this company to get extinct which such poor level f service. In this hear it is a torture to stay without cooling dispenser and above even after so many calls and chase-ups no action has been taken by USHA CARE or Online support or toll free complaint center. I request Consumer forum to take an action as the company commits for 24-48 hour service but instead gives no servicer at all.

    I have purchased the USHA INDUCTION STOVE on 29.09.2013 @ Metro Cash & Carry. The stove not working from past one week. I have requested the Service center on 15.05.214 and also sent reminder more than 5 times. Till today i have not got proper response from the Service Team. Because of this I'm unable to cook any thing at home and we don't have other alternates. The telecaller also not ready to transfer their call to escalation team.

    I purchased Usha monobloc self priming 1 HP pump model Optima-II-Trendy. It is VERY NOISY. The pump was immediately attended several times by Usha CCare toll-free[protected], but it got more & more noisy. Though there is service for a year by Usha, but the consumer has to exert again & again for getting attended the complaints and has to face mental torture, even after investing a fair price. The quality o[censored]sha pumps seems MOST UNSATISFACTORY & HATED. A company like Usha who earn a good name in consumer products, should introduce a model only after its rigid checking.

      *your product is not cooling the room from the day one.

      I am reallyangry and fed up buying such a worst quality, worst performing product of so called renowned company.

      Hope you will look into the matter sincerely

      And also water level indicator of the same cooler stopped working.

        I have bought Usha Sewing Machine-Dream Stitch on March 2013. I had called several times Usha Care regarding the Demo & problem issues. They had given fake assurance regarding sending representives.Till date, I had not received any demo, even machine's warranty period is getting expired.           The servicing of pumps has great limitations.the complaint process is as follows.Day 1 complain is registered..Day 2.you follow up with helpline. Receive assurances.but no service. Day 3 again follow up with helpline.. More assurances but no service. If you are lucky you may be promised a technician. Day 4 earliest possible for technician visit.Day 5 technician visits.Checks fault.does not carry spare parts.Has to procure parts from warehouse next day.Day 6 technician comes with parts, hopefully fixes fault.. Minimum time to fix fault in pumps 6 days.

            I have lodged a complaint on Mixer grinder on 26th Oct But problem still not resolved (complain no- C[protected]). This product is under warranty From last 5 days - I am continuously calling to USHA customer care, every day I am listening the same words " your problem is resolved within 24 hours." but unfortunately that 24 hours did not happen for me. Very frustrating service I am receiving from USHA international. Can any one help me here.

              I had raised a complaint with Usha International dated 16-September-2013 (complaint number C[protected]) regarding my geyser (water heater) which was not working. The geyser is still under warranty. After numerous calls, almost on a daily basis, I have had no techinician visiting my place to work on the issue as on today (24th-September-2013). Every time the answer from Usha International is that my case is high priority and they will send some one immediately but nothing has happenned thus far (1 week). I guess now I have to check if I can get this repaired from some other local shop since I can not run without a geyser in the current weather in Bangalore (Did I say my geyser is still in warranty period). I am really not sure on what to do next. One thing, I am sure is that I would never ever buy another Usha International product ever. Arun

                The electric kettle was purchased on 04/05/2013 from New Narayani Gift House, Gariahat KMC market, Kolkata – 19. It had stopped functioning since 08/07/13. The item was taken to the shop and the shop keeper assured that it would be repaired and returned by 18/07/13. This was not done. I followed up with the shop several items with no result. I gave a complaint on the toll free number on 08/08/13. (No C [protected] ref no 640). I was told that it will be attended in 2 days. But till now nothing has been done. I had reminded five times on the toll free no., last time spoke on 28/08/13 to Amalesh Kumar. I had told that the item may be replaced if it cannot be repaired. The shop has handed over the electric kettle and not accepting any liability/responsibility for repair of the same. The service person should visit immediately at this address and replace the defective kettle. The electric kettle was purchased on 04/05/2013 from New Narayani Gift House, Gariahat KMC market, Kolkata – 19. It had stopped functioning since 08/07/13.                   Dear sir regarding my EPF I have received a SMS on 2nd April 2011 from EPFO that Form 10C (withdrawal benefit/scheme) for a/c no DLCPM[protected] received on 24.03.2011 and claim ID DLCPM[protected] is under process.
                  On 7th of April 2011 i have received another sms from EPFO that a/c no DLCPM[protected] rejected and rejection letter is under despatch.

                  Till to date I have not received any rejection letter from EPF dpt. I have resigned from Usha international ltd on 1st Nov 2010 after completing 6 years experience with Usha International Ltd. And relieved same month.

                  I am enclosing the letter forwarded from Usha International Ltd to The Regional Provident Fund Commissioner and the reply received from Usha International Ltd regarding this delay of refund.
                  Kindly help me for Refund of family pension contribution.

                    I have purchased ceiling fan o[censored]sha Company (Model Quanta Decorative) on 05/07/2012 (in warranty). After purchasing of 7 months my fan getting slow speed, sound and air flow problem when I tried to switch on the fan. So, I logged more than 10 times complaint of the fan just in 3 months to customer care and also inform the service incharge of company. But the problem still persists in the fan and Usha service center is not able to rectify it.

                      I Shiromani Devi (B.A.L.L.B) staying in Basudeopur, city- Munger near I.T.C 2nd club gate. Sir/Mam on 13th June 2013 I have purchased one USHA MG 2573 mixer grinder from the shop MUNGER ELECTRIC HOUSE (Azad chowk,munger-811201) on my daughter name (Ruchika).
                      Due to Inconvenience o[censored]sing the mixer grinder blades and confusion of the placing blades into jar i called the dealer on number [protected] many times for asking demonstration of the machine, instead of providing me services he talked me with an uncivilized, dominating and abusing manner when i asked for the details after his telling me to call on toll free number.
                      Sir/Mam as a B.A.L.L.B and a woman i think this is totally breaking of Indian law of woman right and consumer right too. As in law no one can talk a woman in a manner which hurts the woman self respect and her self esteem and i know of there there would me a man in my place than this could b never happened to him. Also he has broken consumer right by not providing the proper service of the goods and by not satisfying the customer need on her requirement and talking with a customer in uncivilized manner and abusing manner when asked for the help of information which is job of any dealer to provide any customer.
                      Sir/Mam kindly consider my application to this complain and take an active step to provide my rights by teaching the dealer right and law of the Indian constitution.

                          Hi.
                          We bought a usha lexus food processor from big bazaar from Bangalore. We had been told that the there will be a demo with in next 48 hours and there was no demo for the next 1 week and I do not have the issue with it. My problem was when we started the food processor for the first time, it was like starting a generator at home and there was a spark coming out of the motor, when I called up customer care, they regretted and said they will send a technician with in 24 hours. Again, after 4-5 days the technician came removed checked and said that I have done the repair and use for some time the spark will go after some time. Till today the spark is coming out of the Food processor and there is no response from Usha lexus and I'm very disappointed.

                              Hi All,

                              On 30/04/12 I have bought a USHA Air cooler (TC 3220, Model no.[protected] from Metro Cash and Carry stores Moosapet, Hyderabad. we have hardly used the product for just 3 days and it started giving troubles. The motor was giving hell lot of sounds and water stopped pumping. i have rasied a complaint on 06/05/12 and told that rep will attend in 2days. but no one visited .i called call center again and they sent rep. As per the rep the productcan not be repaired here and need to be sent to service center. After too many back and forth mails calls they finally replaced a New- product after 5 days. i was completelt fed up wriring too many mails and calling couple of ten times. and each time i call a new person will attend the call and i need to tell the whole story from the begining.

                              And the new product is also stopped working now. i hv raised a complaint but no action was taked till today. And i think the product is use less and i hve no patience to chase usha anymore. please refung the entire money i have paid for this. and tkae you product back. Usha has got too many inefficient ppl who fit for nothing.

                              I no more live with this faulty product and this is simply dumped into market without proper testing done at the manufacturing front. (This is a new model launched recently)

                              I NEED THE ENTIRE MONEY REFUNDED.

                                I am one of the unsatisfied customer of your worst services. we purchased 5 ceiling fans o[censored]sha company ( five blades four light ) but after few months one blade is automatickly damaged and fell on the gound. poor quality of material

                                so i logged a complain in your comapany ( Complain no.C[protected]) but after so many of followups i didnt got the replacement of my faulty Fan. i purchased this fan from A.K. Electronics in shiva market new delhi. but every time he told it to Me that stock is not available in company.

                                i dont know where is the gap.. is a reputed company take so much of time to replace a single asset...

                                  I had purchased an Usha pedestal fan a couple of hours ago from the company showroom at 49 Krishna Market, Kalkaji, New Delhi, on Saturday, 14-Apr-2012, for Rs. 1,958.

                                  The shop had only one piece packed, and the cardboard packaging was damp as I was told there was a water leak in the store so all packaging was
                                  damaged. However, since it was a Company showroom and the assurances of the staff that the product was in good condition, I took a cursory scan and bought the mentioned fan.

                                  However, upon reaching home and opening the neatly packed package, I found the motor wire to be cut and the screws rusted. To add insult to injury, I was
                                  told by the salesman, a Mr. Pandey, that I could come and take the DISPLAY fan instead! I called the company's contact center, where I was told
                                  that I was at fault for buying a defective fan! After much bickering, they lodged a complaint under complaint no. [protected], and was told
                                  one of your engineers would come on Monday.

                                  I was contacted by the Usha engineer (his mobile no is [protected]) that he would visit me. When I called to check when he would be visiting, he replied that someone else would be coming - when he had no idea - and hadn't bothered to inform me.

                                  It is now 4 days since I lodged my complaint, and no action has been taken by the Company to resolve the issue, and no communication has happened post-Monday.

                                  A very disheartening fact is that like most 'lala' culture companies, this company too has knowingly cheated its consumer in its hunger for sales.

                                    My name is Kunal Mayank, My mobile no. is [protected]. I have Called Usha Customer care at [protected] on 9th Nov ' 2011 and booked to repair my USHA Geyser. But It's about a month and nobody came to repair it. I am chasing them on every 2-3 days , I am getting the same reply that it is already escaled to the concerned team. I am just fed up with the service provided by the USHA care.

                                      “Usha hai to NIRASHA hai” It is contrary to what Usha International Ltd. usually portrays.

                                      Several mails/ calls/ personal visits has been made by me to the Customer care or to the dealer since past 1 ½ month but no satisfactory action is yet been taken. Very recently, I investigated into the matter and noticed that Usha International Ltd. (UIL) and their authorized dealer M/s K.S.R. Home Appliances has cheated me, who as a customer has purchased a reputed product of a brand/ Usha fan.

                                      I have purchased & paid for Usha Allure fan (56” blade/ 1400 mm fan) but the facts & findings shows that the co. and their dealer has manipulated and cheated me by handing over 56” blade/ 1200 mm Allure Usha fan. Further investigation made by me shows that 1200mm fan is completely incapable to hold 56” blades because of which the above purchased fan is repeatedly generating defects eversince the first day of purchase. As on date (27/07/11), the said purchased product is under guarantee which is expiring soon in Aug.'2011. I have already so far incurred hefty amount in making phone calls/ fuel and precious manhours spend till date in anticipation of getting the desired service. But, the irony of the matter is that even the authorized Usha technician who has several times (thrice) either repaired/ replaced the product did not pointed out the actual findings. It has become evident to say that Usha International Ltd. alongwith their authorized dealer KSR Home appliances and their technicians and sales personnels are jointy cheating and are knowingly carrying out forgery against customers.

                                      As per recent verbal instructions from Customer care or related departments o[censored]IL, I visited dealer at several occasions (atleast 4 times during past 1 ½ months) but failed to get the desired service. Even dealer asked me to pay for the replacement/ exchange of blades. It is very unpleasant that Customer Care o[censored]sha International Ltd. do not believe in giving written reply to customer.

                                      Under such circumstances, a fresh replaced product with renewed guarantee of 2 years without any charge is desirable by me as on date. It is none of customers fault who have paid for 1400 mm/ 56" blade Usha Allure fan but has been given a defective 1200 mm/ 56" blade Usha Allure fan repeatedly. I am hopeful that UIL will surely revert back with a satisfactory reply through return e-mail.

                                      My intention is not to resort to Consumer court as I am hopeful that the consumer voice will be heard. But if not replied satisfactorily by UIL or forced to, I will be unable to bear anymore. And any further delay in this matter will force me to resort to Consumer Court for immediate redressal/ refund with compensation for the mental agony/ against cheating and for forging the customers with illegal business malpractices jointly carried out by Usha International Ltd. and its authorized dealer.

                                        I sent following email to Usha Int.Ltd. Earlier I sent complain online but no reply received. By calling customer care telephonically they are sending their technician but he accepted that now company is not manufacturing this machine anymore and folded cloth sewing will not possible from this machine.
                                        It is requested to do the needful.

                                        "Dear Customer Care,
                                        It is intimated with great concern that online complains lodged by customers are not attended properly.
                                        I am ex-servicemen and had purchased Usha Flora sewing machine last year from Malad, Mumbai Army CSD canteen.
                                        We have ordered for full throttle sewing machine but your dealer from Thane have supplied this model which now your company technician states that is no more manufactured as it is flopped and have some technical problems.
                                        Problems I face: My wife is trained tailor with 3 yrs diploma course in SEWing and is working on various sewing machine since last 18 years.
                                        Since the machine is purchased for the purpose of sewing cloths from home. This machine is having problems like stopping in between, not taking load if cloth is folded, breaking of needles as the combination of needle and the part below is not working in liasion.
                                        We have lodge telephonic complaint couple of times.
                                        First time your technician said that since you are not familiar with machine it happens, but my wife is having 18 yrs of experience and the machine is lying idle as it is not working as per expectation. Now your technician says that this machine is very light and not useful if you sew folded cloth from it. Now you tell me is it possible to sew any cloth without folding?
                                        More over, since now machine is in warranty your man is coming and going but after that who will pay for service charge and What is the use of the machine which is not useful for normal working ? Moreover, the width of the wooden board is less than the wheel so it is also makes inconvenient.

                                        It is requested to direct your dealer that this machine is to be taken back and we have been given new full throttle tailor machine at the earliest. We are ready to pay the differences, if any.

                                        It will be appreciated if you help me solve above stated problem at the earliest as I have full faith in you customer care department but I know the dealers are much mean minded. Please note that I am exservicemen and served for 20years for our nation and would not like to go to consumer courts."
