I am a much aggrieved customer who had been deeply disappointed with the recently purchased Usha JMG 3274 Juicer Mixer Grinder. It's been few weeks now and I had spent quality amount of time talking to the customer support and technicians. By now I have almost realized that these guys refuse to accept the flaws in the product and will not take back the product.I have also decided to declare war on this manufacturer and do whatever I can to stop more customers from getting duped with this junk product. I am hopeful that my reviews and proofs on the Internet will deter any prospective buyer. I have attached all proofs and videos for reference. This mixer is supposed to be a premium mixie which I thought will be a upgrade over my humble 500W philips (1600RS) mixie which smoked recently after 3 years of trouble free usage. I got this during the Christmas vacation from LULU hypermall Kochi, they were running some discounts and I got for INR 5900, MRP written is 8495. Generally I buy all products after thoroughly searching in Internet and reading reviews, but for this I just checked the price and few reviews and then it was the gut feel about USHA, they may not go wromg. But I was totaly wrong, don't fall on external beauty, I really really paid the price of it. Summary THIS MIXER GRINDER DOESN'T DO MIXING AND GRINDING JUST THE MOTOR RUNS WHEN YOU TURN ON Detailed - The grinding jar doesn't grind properly the vegetables like ginger-garlic, coconut, onions etc (See video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=keRKw_Bs9hY&feature=youtu.be) - Idli/Dosa batter also was not truning to fine paste even after more than the regular grinding time. - Juicer leaks (video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TCFQZjB6hZw&feature=youtu.be) -Juicer doesn't extract all juice from the fruits, lot of fruit contents get dumped as waste. (photos attached) -Quality of Steel used looks of low quality, appears prone to dents and very very thin layer. Quality of plastic also looks fragile.(photos attached) - Customer support is bad, they bluntly refuse to accept the quality problem, says will fix only if there is any defect. But I am saying the product is fully defective. First they sent a technician he acknowledged the problem, said his manager will call back and left, I waited for 2 days no call, they said issue is closed, second time I called they said will send a senior technician, who called me and asked the problem, seemed lazy to come down, he said I will write report of your complaint and give to customer care. I got SMS complaint is closed. All photos supporting evidence is posted here. - I have also posted grievance with LULU customer support haven't received any response but one which said we will look into it. Not sure how easy it will be to take the issue to consumer court, considering the time and money spent behind that, I am not ruling that out though. But let me atleast do this, sway away all Usha prospective customers from ever buying a USHA product. I am posting this complaint in all consumer forums in internet. Please stay away from this product and USHA products in general.Don't take Indian consumers for granted.

      Dear Sir Subject : Several mails/calls has been made by me to the Customer care since past 6 month but no satisfactory action is yet been taken. Very recently, I investigated into the matter and noticed that Usha International Ltd. (UIL) has cheated me. I had purchased a reputed product of a brand/ Usha fan & paid for Usha C/F VETRA PEACH METTALIC 1200 mm fan by their authorized dealer M/s K.S.R. Home Appliances on 28 june 2014 invoice no. KSR00000450 but the facts & findings shows that the co. and their dealer has manipulated and cheated me by handing over defective piece. By the first day of installation fan was not working. First day only, within 2 hours I had approached to dealer but he didn’t listen and suggested at initial stage to contact USHA Co. not to him his duty is to sale not to provide after service. After that I contacted to customer care o[censored]SHA. But since 28/06/2014 to 02/07/2014 not over phone, they listened nor they had gave any complaint no. but when written complaint lodge then on 02/07/2014 they gave complaint no.- c[protected] registered reference no.279. Service person came and fan started. But it work from 05/07/2014 to 25/07/2014. Then again I lodge complaint. But there is no response of on line complaint. Then on written complaint USHA had lodged complaint, which no. is c[protected] refno.154 dtd 05/08/2014. Again Service person came and he installed parts other than USHA. This can’t be bearable. When we purchasing reputed company fan than how a co. like USHA can cheat us by installing other brands parts. My intention is not to resort to Consumer court as I am hopeful that the consumer voice will be heard. But if not replied satisfactorily by UIL or forced to, I will be unable to bear anymore. And any further delay in this matter will force me to resort to Consumer Court for immediate redressal/ refund with compensation for the mental agony/ against cheating and for forging the customers with illegal business malpractices jointly carried out by Usha International Ltd. and its authorized dealer.         I had purchased a Usha SWH Verve 25L water heater on 7th April, 2014 in Gurgaon. From 1st day there was problem of water leakage. After REPEATED complaints, the problem was thought to be resolved. But when I finally started using the water heater in winter of 2014, the leakage started again. I made a complaint on 21 Dec, 2014 Complaint no: C[protected]. It's 8 Jan, 2015 (18 days!) and NOONE has come till now to rectify the leakage problem due to which I am not able to use the heater in this hash winter. The customer care executives just keep on lying and making up stories. After REPEATED complaints, your company has not fixed the problem.

          I had purchased OFR 3211F-PTC Oil Filled Radiator from from USHA INTERNATIONALLTD (Company Showroom) located at 1/13-14, Asaf Ali Road, Opposite Kamla Market, new Delhi-110002 vide Invoice No. 25087422 dated 19.12.2014 evening at a price of Rs 7738/-. I started operating the above equipment about two after the purchase and was shocked to find that the fan is making the rattling noise of this brand new equipment. Immediately, I lodged a complaint with M/s Usha who registered my complaint and allocated the complaint no. C[protected] ON 23.12.2014. Thereafter their representative visited my residence, checked the oil filled radiator and informed that the fan is defective in the brand new radiator sold to me. He mentioned that the engineer will come from the company to rectify the problem. Thereafter no one has bothered to come to attend the problem though I have been pleading with the company representative time and again. I visited the company show room at Asaf Ali Road again about three days back and pleaded for the necessary action when the Showroom Manager Mr. Manish promised that the needful shall be done within 24 hours. However till date no one from Usha has even bothered to contact what to talk about attending to the problem or replacing the defective radiator. Usha company is least bothered about the problem, the expenditure being incurred by me for arranging alternative means for heating my house in the absence of radiator, the expenditure incurred by me for visiting their show room for pleading with them in regard to above problem, the precious time that is being devoted by me for following up the matter. Further, I am going through great mental agony because of this problem, especially when it is difficult to cope up with the chilling weather by me, family members and my 80 years old mother. Hope that good sense will prevail and the radiator will be replaced immediately/problem rectified with immediate effect in the absence of which I wiil be constrained to review the various options to recover the damages/compensation from Usha International. I have got the impression that Usha International is not much concerned about the quality of the products sold by them as well as providing the after sale services to the customers. WHAT IS THE USE OF BUYING THE RADIATOR FROM USHA WHEN THE DEFECT IN THEIR PRODUCT IS NOT ATTENDED TO EVEN MORE THAN 10 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE (AND STILL DON'T KNOW WHEN IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF) AND IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO USE IT WHEN IT ACTUALLY REQUIRED TO BE USED (IN THE PEAK WINTER SEASON).             Hello, I have purchased a Halogen heater with 2 rods on 17th December 2014 which stopped working from 27th December. I have lodged a complaint C[protected] and was told the call will be attended within 24 to 48 hrs, however this is still not resolved and no one has visited so far.               I purchased Usha fan heater model FH3114S ON DT.28/12/2014 under bill no.1909 dt.28/12/14 from friends electricals Gurgaon with Sr. no Q[protected]. I booked a complaint to Usha customer care on dt.20/12/14 under complaint no.C-[protected] ref.735 dt.20/12/14 and no one has come to repair the said till today. I called Usha customer care several times but there are not repairing my product which is under warranty.

                I purchase SWH VERVE 102 25LIVORV/GREV from Usha International Ltd Jail road Cuttack on date 21/09/2013 After one year and some days found body leakage. I contact your dealer he says for direct complain So I complain your toll free no-[protected] on 01/12/2014 complain no-c[protected] He says that he send tecnician within 4 days. So on dated 08/12/2014 technician with me and says that he will come on 10/12/2014 but I say he may come on13/12/2014. After that your office says that again re-resistor my complain so again I make complain no c[protected] Technician came on that day.ie 13/12/2014 and open water heater and says that some parts dammage he will come on 15/12/2014. on 15/12 I contact with this technician he told me he "paresun" for my parts I say him he may come on 16/12/2014. on 10 am he says ok also says that he collect all parts.But not he another two boys come at 1.45pm and say that they were technician and they were see my water heater and come another day with parts I disagree So sir I request you please take action & solve my problem. thanking you Richa Bose dt-16/12/2014 mob no -[protected], [protected]@gmail.com.

                  I had purchased one no Geyser o[censored]sha make on 04.11.13 from shiva trading, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. In the month of July'14, it had developed problem of not getting ON. On registering complaint through toll free no, it was attended several persuasion only after one month on registering complaint in writing. Now this time it is again not getting ON. I have already registered my complaint through toll free no on 28.11.14. The complaint no is C[protected]. This time again nobody has contacted till date to attend my problem though have talked twice to toll free no [protected]. As the product is still under warranty period so kindly ensure its rectification at the earliest. From the recent experiences I can very well say that the response & after sale service of company is extremely poor towards customer.                       Dear Sir, I bought the USHA PRIME STITCH MACHINE from M/s. B.N.BHANDARI & CO. Main Road, Ranchi on Dt.15.08.2014 vide Invoice No.761 The machine has suddenly stopped working on 20.10.2014 and a complained was lodged to their call center No.[protected] on 27.10.14 vide Ref.No.723 and was told that service technician woul attend to the machine in a day or two but nobody came. I remminded them again but nobody has come till today 4.01.2014 would request you to please take appropriate action to get the problem sorted out in fact if possible I would seek to get the refund of my money for machine and dump the defective piece on their head.                         Sub : Cheating by Usha International Ltd during warranty period. Replace by the other company parts problem remain same. After the several complain about cheating Usha fan company not rectified the problem till now.[protected] Your complaint has been filed on Date: 18 Aug 2014 Please note down your complaint ID: 104116.2.2014 Several mails/calls has been made by me to the Customer care since past 1 ½ month but no satisfactory action is yet been taken. As per recent verbal instructions from Customer care or related departments o[censored]IL, I visited dealer at several occasions (atleast 4 times during past 1 ½ months) but failed to get the desired service. Even dealer asked me to pay for the replacement/ exchange of blades. It is very unpleasant that Customer Care o[censored]sha International Ltd. do not believe in giving written reply to customer. My intention is not to resort to Consumer court as I am hopeful that the consumer voice will be heard. But if not replied satisfactorily by UIL or forced to, I will be unable to bear anymore. And any further delay in this matter will force me to resort to Consumer Court for immediate redressal/ refund with compensation for the mental agony/ against cheating and for forging the customers with illegal business malpractices jointly carried out by Usha International Ltd. and its authorized dealer.                           Hello Sir I am H.M.Singh I purchased usha company Chimey and gas stove (Moduler) from Varanasi local dealer Home Depot Sigra in the month of November 13 and when I shifted to my new house in July 14 and then after using the product it is making lot of noise and I have complained to local dealer he is saying I am no more dealer of this company give complain on toll free number I have complained several time but till date no one has visited and the problem still persist. Kindly help me out, I am staying away from my home and my family is suffering lot.

                            reference no 950 and c[protected] its a complain for instafresh water dispenser i logged my complain on 26th august, it was told to me that the visit will be done within 48 hrs, unfortunately i received 3 calls within these 16 days after calling 15 times requesting for complain but i only heard that it will be done within 2 days 3 days i even had a talk with higher executive but the same thing there was no visit. after these days i am writing this complain hope that it will be done now very fast

                            i have complained for mixer-grinder (complaint no. C[protected]) on 4 oct 2014. regarding this, i contacted usha care 10 times but always said sorry and will be solved next day. kitna tomorrow aaya aur chala gaya. but no body contacted me.

                              Myself Anup Kumar and I have Purchased a Usha International Honeywell room Cooler on dated- 26/04/2014 from Usha Gallery, Kankarbagh, Patna (Bihar), Model no.- CL60PM. I want to say that in few days cooler has working due to water leakage problem, I said to customer care and lodge a complain . and the Complain no.- C [protected] on date 27/08/2014. After 2 days technician has call me today i will came, but he didn't came. and not call me. Just after a day I call to customer care. I talk to Customer care 6 times day by day, but my problem has not sort out. I fed up your services. If My problem has been not sorted, I will complain to customer Court in written against Usha International.

                                  It has been more than six months since I've given my Usha Food Processor 2156 for repairs at Sri Chamundi Enterprises, Jayanagar, Mysore, a company service outlet. They are not responding to the calls nor the visit to the centre has been fruitful. They keep on saying a part (clutch) indented to the company is yet to arrive. In June they said it was ready for delivery but when went to collect they extended by three more days. Now they're not responding to calls and their land line no. is not working.

                                    I complain at helpline no. - [protected] on 26/06/2014 & I was assured that the technician will contact me within 2 - 4 days. But no one has contact me nor my problem were solved till now. In this mean while, i complain daily & even today 04.07.14 at this helpline no. [protected]. and i was assured that my complain has been forwarded and the technician will contact me upto evening for the solution. But after so many assurance, no one has called me till now.

                                      We had purchased a water dispenser which is till in warranty. We called up customer care help line on 15th June and the response was it will be attended within 24-48 hours. Today is Friday, 5 days have gone by and nothing has been done. Even the online chat service people have personally assured me twice on Tuesday and today of action but its all false promises. Moreover no one from the company or service centre called up to update on status. It's just moving forward. I never knew such a brand has such a pathetic poor service. I request all people who read this not to buy any USHA product. See my transcript of two mails attached other than 'n' number of calls made.It's shame that there is no escalation. I am not sure if call status is reviewed by any manager. The worst possible service award goes to USHA international and I hope the directors will be proud of it. Not too long will take this company to get extinct which such poor level of service.

                                      The complaint can be resolved by immediately asking the company to get the dispenser corrected. And in addition fine the company for not complying to what they commit in riting that complaints will be resolved within 24-48 hours.What they say is lie and they should be penalised for mit.

In this hear it is a torture to stay without cooling dispenser and above even after so many calls and chase-ups no action has been taken by USHA CARE or Online support or toll free complaint center. I request Consumer forum to take an action as the company commits for 24-48 hour service but instead gives no servicer at all.
