We had called up for service of a Usha cooktop and the service request number was [protected]. It was raised under the name of Anupriya Agrawal on 21-Mar-2016. Till now we have made many follow up calls but have received only promises of the technician visit.

The problem that we have is a very dangerous one in which the cook top fire automatically extinguishes and the gas is still coming out of the burner which could lead to...

With reference to the juicer purchased from dlf galleria usha international store which was found to be defective and a complaint vide number [protected] was made on 30/11/2015.
The juicer, which is under warrantee, was also handed over to the store for necessary action for replacement or refund of the money,

It has been now about 3.5 months, but we have not got any response from your cwith reference to the juicer...

I purchased Usha quartz heater one month back and since then I have the problem of one rod not working or the other. Purchased from Azad mandi hp on 6/11 and want to replace the product....

Please think twice before purchasing Usha Make products. I had purchased a Usha Make Pedestal Fan approximately three months back. It stopped working 10 days back.
