I have bought sm usha dream maker 120 from ur usha international shop kolkata on 13.01.2016 (Invoice no[protected]. My hometown is 200kms north to kolkata that is berhampore, murshidabad pin-742101. During buying this product seller assured that service will be there in my home town 100 perct. I am 63yrs old lady. So after buying this product i am regularly facing problems in near about every month. I complain in ur customercare no... And i wait for few weeks and after that after several reminder one technician comes. This story is being repeated nearly about every month. My questions are... This machine which i got is it faulty production? And how many remaining months in my life i will suffer for this type poor service? Already 6months passed, i dont know after warranty gets over who will take care of my machine? And every month i have to call for customer care support and i have to pay bills for that service for every month... I have made a great mistake by buying this product... Plz do something..     Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I purchased an air cooler Model no. C-70PM USHA COOLER (USHA ROOM COOLER) Dt 17/04/2016 from RAJAT ELECTRONICS, SHOP NO. 2, BHAWANI MARKET, ATTA, SEC-27, NOIDA U.P. Pin code 201301 for Rs 14700/- . This cooler is not cooling since date of purchase. I have already complaint about this to the shopkeeper, RAJAT ELECTRONICS, but he said that he can't do anything about this and he said to me to contact to USHA CUSTOMER CARE and they will help about this. Due to some family issue i was out of Noida so on returning to Noida I complaint to your customer care on 12/05/2016 . My Complaint sr no. is C[protected] which is still open till date. Then 2 engineers visited at my home . First engineer checked the cooler and said that his work is to check the water pump and fan whether they are working or not and giving cooling is not their concern and he argued with us then after 2 or 3 days, 2nd engineer came and he said that wholes from where water falls are very thin in the cooler . it is a manufacturing defect . That's why this cooler is not cooling. Its remote is also not working properly from the date of purchase.

    After that, i tried to contact your customer care many times but till date i am not getting any response from your side. Your service is very poor. I am very much frustrated from your product and service. Now I have bought a new cooler from a different company.

    So, I request you to please refund my money otherwise I have to go to Consumer Court and send notice to your Board of Directors because they don't know how their products are working and how their customer care are providing services.

      I bought Usha stream iron around 1.5 months ago and after two days when start to use found out that it's stream feature was not working properly. Regarding same I have called so many times to customer care and every time they told within two days your problem will get resolved. But Still on today only for once it's technician has visited my home and did not provide any solution. He said - it needs to replace as that particular part is not working which supposed to be work for stream function.

      Please provide your us your feedback/suggestion how can we go ahead with that?

        I purchased usha honeywell air cooler (Rs 14500) on 16 april 2016 and now water pump is not working, so it’s in warranty, so i just logged a case on 8th june 2016 in usha customer care using toll free number.
        They logged the case and provided me the case number which is 7407. After then i was waiting for their call but unfortunately no one called me and since then i am calling customer care again and again to resolve the issue on priority but they are not responding well and always says that by today eve it'll resolve. I am really frustrated with usha services and i would never suggest anyone to purchase it also, even i would like to suggest other to buy local air coolers which is cheap and also will get warranty.
        Really surprise to see such kind of services by usha international, please help me out in resolving it. They are making their customer fools. The services which they are providing are really irritating, no one look into it after selling their product. Please help me out.

          I had bought usha water cooler (Order # ab11949298p5013726) from ask me bazaar. Two days after delivery it had stopped working, was sparking and the water motor / fan completely stopped.
          So far i have called usha service center 12 times and they have not done anything about it. They say they will do but do nothing. It has been almost one month since this game started.

          I am a harassed customer. For your own sake, dont buy from askme or usha.

          Hi, We bought usha mist pedestal fan in 3 weeks back at Chennai. it was worked only just 15 days.. Then called customer care and booked complaint reg. not working.. one week crossed .. Till no technetian has come... very worst customer support..
          I brought an Usha Halogen Oven on 29th of november, 2016.I recently used it and it is not working..It was working nicely and suddenly it stopped working.It's not starting only!I request you to please send a good serviceman to see what's wrong.I'll be very thankful.I hope i do get a reply very soon.

              Cooler is not properly cooling the room and one stand broken within a month of purchase. Complaint had been send to the seller but not resolved as it has been purchased and they have nothing to do with this. After changing the water cooling is not well done. For this we have to open windows for proper cooling and ventilation else the room stays warm.

                I am facing problem with the pump set Motor installed at my residence 3 months back. I have raised complain regarding the same on 3rd May 2016. It has been 3 days but haven't recived any call back related to its resoultion. USHA care doesn't inform when will the job get done. I have called USHA care 3 times since last 2 days and all the time they assure that it will be done.

                This is not the way any issue should be handled. Please do the needful.

                  I purchased a usha water cooler 4 years back. Now our cooler base tank has broken unfortunately. So, i made a call on 22/04/2016 to their toll free number. They said that their technician would come to my home within 48 days. But today 29th of april, 2016. Nobody has not come till now. I tried again . But there is no use. Is usha company a reputed and responsibility company or an ordinary company? When i purchased this water cooler my friend advice me to purchase symphony cooler. But, i didn't listen his advice. Now, i am suffering from this worst company service.
                  My iron is not hot and not too light is burning. Maine has already taken her 1-month.

                        मेने पिछले महीने इंदौर के १ प्रसिद्ध शोरूम से USHA 70 CLPE कूलर लिया था, मुझे शोरूम वाले ने डेमो पीस वाला कूलर ही दे दिया, इस बात का पता मुझे घर पर पैकिंग खोलने के बाद चला, मेने शोरूम से संपर्क किया तो कहा गया की कूलर नया ही है पैकिंग का बॉक्स फटा है. मेने कहा आप मुझे नया कूलर दीजिये तो उनका कहना है की बेचने के बाद हम इसे वापस नहीं ले सकते।
                        मेने इस बाबत USHA टोल फ्री पर भी बात की लेकिन मेरी समस्या का कोई हल नहीं निकला... ये कूलर बहुत ही बेकार और घटिया कूलर है, १२*११ का कमरा भी ठीक ढंग से ठंडा नहीं करता, केवल और केवल शोपीस है, १५, ००० मेहनत की कमाई के फ़ोकट में बर्बाद हुए, इसका हनीकांब पेड़ भी पूरा गिला भी नहीं होता, इसके व्हील भी काम नहीं करते, मेरे परिवार में लगभग सारे प्रोडक्ट उषा कंपनी के है मेरे पिताजी १२ साल पहले उषा कंपनी में काम करते थे इसीलिए भरोसा करके ये वाला कूलर USHA 70 CLPE लिया, अब बहुत ही पछता रहा हु...
                        निवेदन करना चाहता हु अगर या तो आप इसे बदलवा दे या फिर इसके बदले कोई दूसरा मॉडल वाला कूलर दे दे, अन्यथा कोई बात नहीं।।।।

                          I have raised service request issue on 10th of April2016. No one turned up and I have been continuously calling customer care to get their excuses.after5 days of struggle call got escalated to floor supervisor Ismail who turned out to be worse than their regular callers.he assured me of sending technician and calling and updating me the following day but he never bothered. Again I started calling cust care and after 2days got Ismail again as floor supervisor. I was surprised to knw tht they have closed my request and he mentioned he will reopen it. I had to blast him and he gave me Bangalore service Incharge Niranjan number. Called him and as usual he promised me immediate resolution but nothing hapenned. He is not answering my calls now. Called cust care I got another floor supervisor Sheetal and when I asked her escalation metrics and narated the whole experience she gave me regular cust care email id and mentioned she doesn't have ny other detail and hung the call. Its been worst experience and none of them provide any solution nor provide right person details.

                          Usha International — Air blow (fan speed) of usha efikas tower fan is very low.

                          I am from Bangalore, recently bought usha Efikas tower fan. The product is not up to the mark. The air blow(fan speed) is very low. It's highest speed is equal to lowest speed of a ordinary brand table fan. Don't waist your money on such products . it is better to buy a ordinary table fan from a local market.

                            I bought usha iron from d-mart on 30th mar 2016. From first day it is not working. It is under warranty and i called usha customer care. They are dodging me saying we will send a technician to repair. Today it is 18th april but no one has reached yet. When i call they give false timeline and say technician will reach in 24-48 hours but no one reaches out to me. I am calling them daily but they give same answer. This is case of fraud. First they sell faulty products with warranty and then give false hopes for repair.

                                It worked less than a month. we contacted usha company for repair. usha sent a technician for repair. it started working for few hours after the repair and stopped again. contacted usha company again for replacement and still no response from the company regardlessly complaining and contacting multiple times need help..

                                  Sir . This is to inform you that i bought the above mention fan from b, v, k. Iyangar road bangalore i gave a complaint to the custmer care and they gave accepted the complaint and sent the service engineer mobil no, to my surprise i tryed to contact him for 4 working days i might have called him more then 400 times he is not bothered to attend the call then i spoke to the custmer care and informed they said they will look into it i am providing the service engineer mobil no.[protected]. And this is my mobil [protected] this is the worst service i have come across if the service engineer gives any false excuse try to remove him from the service it will be a lesson and the other people.They are spoiling the reputation of the company.
                                  ratei cant give even 1 star. because the way the service engineer attend to the problem when you register your complaint it will take minimum 2 months for the service engineer to see the message by the time summer will go. the managment should take the whole responciable for the mess .

                                  USHA FAN BLADES ARE NOT WORKING PROPERLY

                                    We had called up for service of a Usha cooktop and the service request number was [protected]. It was raised under the name of Anupriya Agrawal on 21-Mar-2016. Till now we have made many follow up calls but have received only promises of the technician visit.

                                    The problem that we have is a very dangerous one in which the cook top fire automatically extinguishes and the gas is still coming out of the burner which could lead to a very big problem.

                                        R/sir,
                                        In continuation to my mail of even no. of dated 24.11.2015 and 02.03.2016 wherein I was requested to send a team at my home for enquiring/examine the matter after brust in your USHA COOKTOP on 24.11.2015 during the cooking time in kitchen. I have also made many time conversion over mobile to your company customer care representative But the matter could not be solved so far.
                                        This incident occurred due to technical reasons and it is not being taken care of despite repeated reminders. This issue may be resolved at the earliest.
                                        This is a serious matter and luckily God save many lives of my family members otherwise a big incident could have happened.

                                        It is therefore again requested that immediate action may b taken n ensure early replacement.
