My name is Manish Baria. I am the regular customer o[censored]sha Wall Fans.This is to notify you that my wall fan (mist air) is not working from last 7 days and I am complaining at your Call Centre No.[protected]. But they are not responding and disconnecting my call.Req No:C[protected] Ref. No. is 4181I phoned on your customer care no. on 15/6/2015 and gave complaint. I was been told that Usha Fan Technichian will get back to me within 48 hours. I also receive a sms from Usha saying that my request number and reference number and also the Service Centre assigned is Sopnil Services, contact : [protected]. I am continuously calling on this number but nobody is receiving calls on this number.Again I called on your customer care number and spoke to Mr. Mohammad Ismail who convinced me that technician will get back on 17.6.2015. But nobody came. Then again I called today (18.6.2015) But Mr. Ismail didn't came on line and somebody called Mr. Bhau spoked to me and he said me that today your service will be done and but nobody yet came.Mr. Mohammad Ismail and Mr. Bhau are not taking it seriously and they are also not saying me that i[censored]sha person doesn't comes on time then what to do. And they are disconnecting my phone.This is not fare (atleast with regular customer).Kindly take it seriously and train your concerned authorities.Otherwise nowadays its very easy to spoil any companies name on media. Kindly suggest me what to do...!

    am purchased your fan model 1200mm VETRA 5 star on 16/01/2015. fit on5/3/2015. same day rectify compalint, some reason am reported complaint on 29/05/2015, complaint no.c[protected], ref no 1821, your customer care centre time given to me till 48 hrs. but 7th day complete today. very poor customer relaion providing your copany.. what i will take next step... coplaint to cunsumer forem or throw this fan?

        I had purchased three USHA ceiling fans from a company shop at Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi on 11.5.2015. It was my mistake to purchase Usha Ceiling fans as a lot of my known ones had advised me not to purchase Usha ceiling fans at all. Two of these ceiling fans were faulty since the beginning, one was making noise and the other was wobbling while in use. I called at Customer Care o[censored]sha @[protected] and logged in two complaints in this regard. Complaint no(s). were C[protected] and [protected] dated 15.5.2015. Service Executive of the company visited my place and trying non engineered practice, he tightened the top cap of bubbling fan & did something in noisy fan and got the complaints closed. But the fault of wobbling fan was not removed and it started wobbling again. I again complained with no. C[protected] dated 16.5.2015. Service Executive visited on 17.5.2015 and said that the blades of the fan were faulty and need replacement. He pasted a sticker on one blade and asked me to get the set of blades replaced from the shop wherefrom I had purchased it. Interestingly, company doesn't provide service or replacement at all. I have twice visited the Company Showroom at Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi on 18.5.2015 & 19.5.2015 wasting my precious time and money but company has not replaced them saying that it is out of stcok. I have further talked on phone with the 1. Customer Care, 2. M/s Usha @[protected], 3. Mr. Rawat, Service Manager/ Ghaziabad @ [protected], 4. Mr. Santosh, Regional Manager/ Delhi Region @ [protected], 5. Mr. Ajay, Supervisor @ [protected], 6. Mr. Dhiraj Devan, Senior Service Manager/ Delhi @ [protected]. But my problem has not been resolved till now i.e. 19.5.2015 evening. I am feeling cheated after buying Usha Ceiling fans. So please never buy an Usha product unless you wish to waste your hard earned money. Please take stern action on the Company Showroom staff of Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi who didn't attend the complaint or even tried to resolve the issue.

When I opened the box Water filling cap of the said cooler was found broken. The aforesaid cooler I received is clearly faulty and a complain of the same have directly been made to your customer care No. [protected] on 27/04/2015 vide Request No. C[protected] Ref. No. 1983 but till today, in spite of my frequent reminders over the customer care number and their irresponsible behaviour, myself could not get any response from your service centre. I am not in favour of approaching the court until and unless it becomes too necessary. I would appreciate it if a replacement of the aforesaid cap were sent to me as soon as possible.             I had purchased a cooler on 8th may'15 but on same date it has a problem. I called on 9th may then customer care said to me will resolve within 24-48 hrs but no one come to my home. I called them regular basis but still my iasue not resolved. Thia is d totally pathetic company and I am totally dissapoint with this company. please resolve my issue asap

              I purchased the Cook-Top on 11th Apr2015, installed on 12th and found heavy blasting sound with fire is coming from the side of Burners during a Little push on Knobs which is endangers to catch fire . Complaints made to Usha international No-C[protected] dated 12-04-15. Service personal attended on 14thApril and could not rectified he told that he will send his senior . Another staff came on 18th but returned with same opinion . third person came on 22 th Apr and said it is a design deflect and he cannot do anything on it, also said that you may write your remarks on my job card but the company will simply close this case after few days without any resolving.. he also added if we give him Rs 500/- then he will write for the change of this cook top for any other model. we not agreed to give any money he returned and closed the case instantly though problem was not rectified clearly written on the job card.
              Again complaint made on 23rd Apr2015, No-C[protected].till no action has been initiated. we asked Dealer who also admitted but said that tthere is no any system to check Gas cook Tops at Shop, the Company also not said a single word regarding this manufacturing / design deflect. now suggest me the needful, I am ready to suit case at CONSUMER FORUM OF GOVT OF INDIA for damages, harassment's and Fraud with hiding facts and warranty terms.

                I purchased one rennai Genie Cooktop on 11th Apr2015. Complaint made on 12th April for gas blasting sound with heavy fire flow from burners side during slight push of the knobs. service personal came 3 times and tried to convience us that this model is deffective or designed as it is, thogh it is unsafe but they can not do anything. We forced to stop use of the Cooktop and kept it aside. They also said that nothing will happen if we made next complaint and the case will be automatically closed. he demanded Rs500/- to write for change of the Cooktop. while we not agreed and wrote on the service sheet as not rectified and not satisfied, till he closed the case. the Dealer said they have no option to check or pre demonstration at their Shop, so Manufacturing Company is liable for any deflect even design etc. it is also to be noted that there is no any word of this design deflect in your booklets.. Again we made complaint on C[protected] dated[protected] & C[protected] dtd 23-04-15 but Considerable period is already passed. now let us allow to go in Consumers forum to suit a case as per Govt.of Indias Rules for harassment, forgery and heavy compensations.

                      महोदय बिल नंबर २५०७४७८७ (REF NO. PR-RAG/C-3/APRVL ओन) से दिनांक २३-०२-२०१४ को उषा इंटरनेशनल लिमिटेड, ४३, भोगल रोड, जंग पुरा, दिल्ली १४ से मैंने एक ७५० वाट का शक्तिशाली जूसर मिक्सचर और ग्राइंडर ख़रीदा जिसका मूल्य रुपये 7241.00 था। सामान्यतः बाजार में बहुत अच्छे ७५० वाट के जे एम जी रुपये ४००० से ४५०० रुपये तक आ ही जाते हैं। विक्रेता के यह कहने पर कि यह असाधारण है तभी इसका इतना अधिक मूल्य है मैंने इसे खरीद लिया किन्तु प्रयोग करने के २ माह के अंदर ही उसमें दोष आ गए। हमें थोड़े ही प्रयोग के बाद पता चल गया था कि यह एक बेकार जे एम जी था और उषा जैसी बड़ी कंपनियां भी ठगी कर रहीं हैं। मेरी अनेक प्रार्थनाओं के बाद बड़ी मुश्किल से आपके तकनीकी विजिट हुए और कोरे आश्वासनों के बाद वे वापस चले गए। थोड़े से ही प्रयोग के बाद इसके जार खराब हो गए। तारों के जलने की बदबू आने लगी और मशीन पूर्णतः ख़राब हो गयी। २४-०३-२०१५ को पुनः मैंने [protected]@ushainternational.com पर पुनः दोष की सूचना दी किन्तु कंपनी का कोई भी उचित उत्तर मुझे नहीं मिला। क्या मेरा कोई समाधान हो सकता है अथवा मुझे मान लेना चाहिए की उषा ने मुझसे चीटिंग की। प्रार्थी अनुपम उपाध्याय ९८१००६९०१८

                          Usha Company Is Worst Company.
                          No reply at your end.
                          I am also finding the costumer care Ahmedabad not responding properly.
                          I have purchased an Usha Tornedo Room cooler from sales india Chandkheda Ahmedabad on 24 03 2016.the cooler stopped working on[protected] A complaint ( No C1215) was lodged . The person came after phoning several time and reported the Fan Motor of the cooler is bad. Since then I am asking them around 5 times a week. There reply is that the have indented the Motor and will replace it as and when it arrives.

                            I have purchased USHA Honeywell room cooler model no CL30XC form Maa Pratyaksha Enterprises Ghaziabad .
                            Since i have bayed it around 10 months back, it is not working correctly, it has lot of problem like making extra noise. Digital functional issue. I have contacted to USHA call center and many times the un illiterate technician came but not able to resolve the problem till the 10 moths duration even not able to replicated the problem as well. Without the
                            resolving problem from service center person they closed the ticket(C[protected]) without the reference number provided by the product user. I have complaint may time it to USHA CALL center but they did not taken any strict step to them. Before the room cooler I have parched lot’s o[censored]SHA product like Geyser, iron, ceiling fans, hand blender, Juicer Mixer Grinder etc. but never got any issue or defective product.

All, This is to bring to your notice that we have purchased usha 4 burner gas stove ebony series 2 years back within 2 months burners of the gas stove stopped working which were cracked and there was a gas leakage which were reported to the usha dealer and were subsiquantly changed by FOC, after the change of burners the problem still continued which was again reported to the dealer( chopra hardware trikuta nagar jammu) After reapeted complaints there has been no resolution from the dealer/ company We had purchased this stove o[censored]sha in anticipation of big brand and high level of service commitment o[censored]sha we regret to inform you that the aspirations from such a big brand as usha has all gone in vein We would like that the company and its official should take this matter seriously and with at most importance in favour of the customer and its confidence in usha company Complaint no 1:[protected] Complaint no 2:[protected] Attached are thenpics for your kind approval We await a favoral responce and resolution from usha company on top priority Thanking you Your sincearly Ashok prabhakar

                                We hv purchased Usha Water dispenser from Usha International, Ravipuram, Kochin, Kerala on 17-03.2015 and installed on 20.03.2015 On next day onward water leaks from machine and we hv booked a complaint request # C[protected] Ref:4149 till now they hv attended the complaint or replaced the machine. Being a very new machine and not used for >1 day we request a replace of machine with immediate effect. Pls resolve our problem w/o any delay

                                  I am having a USHA Sewing machine (Stream Lined).I booked a call for servicing for the same on 07/03/15 through call center vide no:[protected].At the time of booking call they aware me the home service charges, which is Rs:150 and agreed to pay the same.Next day I received a call from some one from this no:[protected] and from that end they tried to convince me to upgrade the same with attractive ex-change offer.I simply denied and asked them to service the same and replace the table top.Suddenly they became louder and rudely answer me to come down to their shop and purchase a table top.Next day I received a call from pH. No- [protected] and they asked me about my complain.I inform them about my experience and they apologise for same and assured me that service will be done and they will replace the table also at earliest. But, sorry to say no one till attained the call.

                                    DATE COMPLAIN NO. Replace by the other company parts problem remain same. After the several complain about cheating Usha fan company not rectified the problem till now.[protected] Your complaint has been filed on Date: 18 Aug 2014 Please note down your complaint ID: 104116.2.2014 Several mails/calls has been made by me to the Customer care since past several months but no satisfactory action is yet been taken. Very recently, I investigated into the matter and noticed that Usha International Ltd. (UIL) has cheated me. I had purchased a reputed product of a brand/ Usha fan & paid for Usha C/F VETRA PEACH METTALIC 1200 mm. By the first day of installation fan was not working. First day only, within 2 hours I had approached to dealer but he didn’t listen and suggested at initial stage to contact USHA Co. not to him his duty is to sale not to provide after service. After that I contacted to customer care o[censored]SHA. But since 28/06/2014 to 02/07/2014 not over phone, they listened nor they had gave any complaint no. but when written complaint lodge then on 02/07/2014 they gave complaint no.- c[protected] registered reference no.279. Service person came and fan started. But it work from 05/07/2014 to 25/07/2014. Then again I lodge complaint. But there is no response of on line complaint. Then on written complaint USHA had lodged complaint, which no. is c[protected] refno.154 dtd 05/08/2014. Again Service person came and he installed main parts (scatter) bajaj other than USHA. This can’t be bearable. When we purchasing reputed company fan than how a co. like USHA can cheat us by installing other brands (bajaj) parts. My intention is not to resort to Consumer court as I am hopeful that the consumer voice will be heard. But if not replied satisfactorily by UIL or forced to, I will be unable to bear anymore. And any further delay in this matter will force me to resort to Consumer Court for immediate redressal/ refund with compensation for the mental agony/ against cheating and for forging the customers with illegal business malpractices jointly carried out by Usha International Ltd. and its authorized dealer.                                         I complain at helpline no. - [protected] on 08/02/2015 & I was assured that the technician will contact me within 2 days. But no one has contact me nor my problem were solved till now. In this mean while, i complain daily & even today 14.02.15 at this helpline no. [protected]. and i was assured that my complain has been forwarded and the technician will contact me upto evening for the solution. But after so many assurance, no one has called me till now.
