We are m/s sabita enterprises purchased twelve usha cooler in the month of mar 2017. At last we purchased 200 cooler per year and supply to defence only. Two create a problem out of twelve. We repeatedly called to your toll free number given on my warranty card vide complaint no c/[protected] & c/[protected] we got a 4 digit reference no 1096 and 2039 respectively. I really felt very disappointed. No action taken last 15 days. Your company reputation bad impact towards your esteem organization.

Hence it is requested resolve the problem at the earliest pl

    I have bought a Usha Dream Stitch Sewing Machine, I bought it before 5 years, Actually Motor of my machine is out of order, But in Market I did not found the motor, When I was called to customer care they also told me that our M.I. Road Jaipur Shop is under construction work and you only have to registered your call with us and we give the call to our engineer he will take care of you, he will charge 450 Plus your motor cost and also there are no warranty on motor, Now my question is this If I am not interested to take service your engineer and you also say it to like this that I am not interested to pay 450 your engineer, I am able to fit the motor in machine then why I am pay extra 450 cost to you, Also there are noting in written on bill that If machine get out of order It will taking care by company engineer only,

    Request you to Pls get arrange a motor o[censored]sha dream stitch sewing machine. so that I am able to work on that.

      Sir / madam
      Myself ravinder saklani resident of bulandshahr have purchased one pedestial fan (Mist air) last summer august 2016. Till the month of march 2017 it worked well even i was satisfied with the product but as the may started i faced some problem related with speed and sound with it. Later i called to your toll free number given on my warranty card i got a 4 digit reference no. Which i have to give to your service person after get satisfied with service. Your service person came to me and changed the motor but after 2 days the same problem ocurred
      I really felt very dissapointed. I again complained they gave me 4 digit no. The service man came and showed me that the fan is ok its voltage problem. With due respect i want to say that i never face such voltage problem during last summers and this time with changed motor service person gave me these reasons. After he had gone on the same night i found at midnight that my fan starts making tremendous sound and running like a bullock cart.

      Now i am requesting you to plz resolve my problem asap or i load the video of my fan in youtube and put a complain in consumer forum.
      Thanks in anticipation.

        Do not understand why the hell you guys (Usha international team) always saying that we have 24 hrs customer service and bla bla.

        I raised a complain on 25th april, every day i am calling to usha customer care.
        And i hear form that, sorry for inconvenience, we can understand, withing 24hrs our technician will contact you, let me check technician availability and will call back to you sure. (These all fixed answer, then inserted of the call center and all, just added these all answer in bill or warranty card.)

        Ya till date i haven't get any call from usha care or technical.

        Do not understand is it problem with usha or me?

        Being indian, thinking lets use indian brand but sorry to say...

        Anyway you have loosing one customer and will hope many more too.

        Because i will not sit idly. Will start doing your marking on all social media network.

        Hope you can understand the end customer frustration level.

        Please can you (Indian consumer team) help me out this. I do not understand what is the next step i can take it up. Thinking will take legal action on this.

          It's been 3 months since the purchase of the product. It's was working just fine for the last week. But since the last week the water does not get heated at all. I've tried setting the heating meter to different values but it was in vain. I wait for the heating to complete and the light to disappear but it's still nothing. I've tried every combination but it was also in vain. This is very disappointing as i am a very busy person and have to go to work early. Please help.

            I have a Usha cooler which I have purchased last year in may 2016. On 12th April 2017 all of sudden it stopped. I have logged a complaint on toll free no on that day only but till now on 30th April no response from the company.
            Every day I have to call them and the response is wait for a day till 8 pm the technician will come and attend you.
            I am frustrated now and going to complaint against the company in consumer court. You people on each and every day told me that the technician will definitely attend you shortly but till now no service has been served.
            I am going in the court for further assistance.

              The complaint has been lodged about 1 month back, the unit has to be replaced dealer is not having the product in stock, however mr. Ojha regional head, mr promode-service head is not confirming any dispatch details, and even stopped picking phone.

              Everybody knows its a case of water cooler - jaunpur.

              Kindly expedite the dispatch, otherwise we will be forced to blacklist usha international, very clear and will give this detail to hindustan times-lucknow addition as well to consumer forum with a copy to yogi ji, for hurrahing customer.

              Pl note that the unit has been installed at sdm office-jainpur, dont treat taken granted.

              It is not working now.. it is steck. Can't do sewing with that machine.and it is too tight to use.

                  I have a honeywell room cooler model number CL601PM
                  The product is out of warranty. We purchased this product on may 2015 at the time of purchase i was told that the honeycomb will cost around 1500 and there is no need to replace it till 4 years. But it failed in 3 years only, now this year i am trying to get a honeycomb for my cooler and i am getting told that the price of honeycomb is 3200 for this model and there will be additional service charge for Rs 400 from your authorised service center. I purchased this product at a cost of Rs. 10990 and now for just a honeycomb, I have to spend 33 percent of the cost i.e. Rs. 3600
                  If you can help me out in this problem then please contact me and solve my problem

                    We draw your kind attention to the above subject and in this regard would like to inform you that in response to our above complaint dated[protected] your authorized technicians from lpr solutions have visited our place but even after several visits by them, they could not arrest the problem in toto and the same is still persisting even today. They just replaced the motor to pass electricity to function like a normal fan but they still have to replace pcb, water pump and wind wiper etc., to make it function like a full-fledged cooler.

                    You are aware that the summer season for this year has already been started and the heat is almost touching 46 degrees in hyderabad.

                    Since, your technicians could not make the air cooler function in its full condition even after elapse of 20 days, we are constrained to opt our rights under warranty and request you to arrange a new piece of air cooler in place of the damaged one which is under warranty without any further delay.

                    Please find attached copy of original invoice bought from bajaj electronics, miyapur, hyderabad along with copy of complaint/acknowledgement by lpr solutions for your ready reference.

                    Please revert for any further clarifications.

                    Your prompt reply on the above is highly appreciated.

                      Dear Team... We have purchased usha food processor from Digi1 Andheri(W) on 6th Mar'2017.. and registered for the demo call via dealer but we had to undergo through a delay for the demo which was later placed after 5 days of our purchase of the product instead of it being placed within 48 hrs. On the day of Demo, the technician Mr. Deepak said that the Juicer jar n the Chutney jar aren't working appropriately, so infront of him we called up Usha Care Toll free no. And registered the complaint... So another technicians Mr. Shunty Singh visited our place after two days of registering our complaint and witnessed that the chutney jar and the juicer jar weren't working appropriately and should be replaced immediately and he took our reference no. And said he will keep it pending for the product to be replaced and we waited for him till another week to come and replace.. but it didn't happen so we tried to connect usha care again and got to know that, he ended our call by him getting benefit without leaving the customers happy and made a fool out of ourself. Well this how usha makes their customers feel happy? This is really very dissappointing. Thereafter I logged one more complaint regading the defects in the chutney n juicer jar, which needs to be replaced. .. And you the worst part of this time was, that no technician did come to visit our place and there is no response from ur end or your team. This is so annoying n dissatisfying. If this happens to be the case with all... I m sorry there will be no happy customers. . And no one will like to buy your products. It is because its been 15 days and we are not able to use the product... such a dissappointment from Usha Care and Team. The Brand is big so we purchased. .. but you shattered our Trust with such a poor service. Really ashamed to be your customer. Sorry n Thank you. Hope after this you would take some needy action and help us to replace the jars asap. Thanking you.
                      It is not working. May be there is a problem in the switch.

                        The small burner exploded on the first day o[censored]sing it. Vessel with hot milk led to minor burns to the guest who were present at my home. Upon complain, the technician came and informed that its a complaint with installation and they have rectified it. Upon asking the question that how a gas stove could explode, the technician informed that gas went to the stove and it exploded. It was very embarrassing that if resulted in loss of life how usha international gona compensate. Hence i raised a complaint via mail & customer care number. The response was very poor considering the fact that as a consumer i requested for a replacement/ or a letter in the letter of the company saying that the instrument is safe for use. Both my request was not considered.

                        Really pathetic service. The company doesn't give any importance to ones life. The service engineer on call confirmed that the complaint is still on and the department is working on it but the message via e-mail was it was closed.

                            Respected sir/madam,

                            I have requested a technician visit in USHA to repair my inwarranty USHA C2102 induction cooktop, but technician asked me to send bill and warranty photo on whatsapp. I sent the photos of all but no one visited to my area. Lastly I called the technician and technician replied that he will not visit my area as Dealer stamp seal is not available on warranty card. Now, I'm in Gopalganj but the shop is in Patnacity. I'm not able to take stamp seal on warranty card.

                            Please help me in this issue. I have bill photo copy and original warranty card. I[censored]SHA will not help, then I'll surely take legal action on USHA international.

                              Purchased a Usha Excella from Bigbazzar, Phoenix Mall, Chennai on 16th Dec 2016. Request for demo was already noted by Bigbazzar on the day of sale.As on date no person has visited my house for demo. Refer USHA care Request of 2nd Jan 2017 - C[protected] and request of 9th january 2017. No response. Yesterday 17th jan I have called your help line and asked for procedure to return the USHA Excello as you are not interested in giving the basic demo, forget after sales -service support. I was assured that the demonstrator will arrive by the end of the day positively. Once again a false promise.

                              In view of the above repeated negligence/failure on part o[censored]SHA, I am now forced to share my experience in various public form andreturn the machine purchased and ask for refund of the amount paid along with suitable compensation for the defeciency in services and agony caused.

                                I am writing this mail as because I am really fed up with your service department. I have purchased
                                Usha Marvela 60 watt sewing machine from Amazon sold by cloudtail Indian pvt. ltd. On 05/01/2017 and request for demonstration on 07/01/2016 .But sorry to inform you that, still i am writing this mail no person not yet contact for demonstration . If you en query about the same then you will find that every day i personally follow up for the same and every customer care officer assured me that next day your call will be attended but no result.

                                Myself also confirm your customer care officer that as i have purchased the same through online an still not open the seal pack box and

                                and in case of any problem i have to arrange for replace the same in time .
                                I don't know why the delay ???????

                                Please look into the matter and solve the issue, waiting for prompt action and reply.

                                  USHA BRAND Steam iron get faulty in just 2 months. Log a call with company on 20th Dec 2016 with case id C[protected] Ref no :4199 but case closed by company without any resolution stating that user is out of station whereas i and my family was at home only. When called to customer care on 06th Jan 2017 got a updation that the call is closed .So again they logged a case on[protected] with reference case id C[protected] Ref no :3261 but till date the product has not got repaired .It is almost 19 Days have passed and company has not repaired and nor replaced the product.

                                    This induction cooker is hugely overpriced and is at it's bottom when it comes to quality.

                                    The cooker stops working every now and then showing error code of E8, which as per the manual is the fan getting blocked of something. Ironicaly the customer care executive who took my complaint refered this issue as voltage flucktuations. so it is clear none of the company authorized ppl know anything about their product. Service person was RUDE in behavior and almost had a heated arguement over phone and last took my complain with a stubborn attitude.

                                    USHA is not recommened.

                                      I have purchased halogen heater with model no 3503h on 11.12.2016 but after 10 days one of its rod is not working and complaints have been registered with usha international with ref no c[protected] dated 22.12.2016 and c[protected] dated 31.12.2016 but none of the complaint is resolved till date. Further, complaint made with ref no c[protected] has been closed without visiting costumer place. I have called usha international's toll free number 4 times and every time response is that the complaint will be resolved by tomorrow but all vain.

                                      So, requesting you to look into this matter on urgent basis otherwise i have to move to consumer court for redressal of the same.

                                        I made a complaint with usha consumer complaints on 21.12.2016 as the gas stove that i purchased on 28.10.2016 has not been working well from the date of installation. Inspite of making complaint, nobody visited to attend the complaint although they said that the complaint would be attended within 48 hours. Kindly let me know when i will get this problem resolved.

                                        This is with reference to my complaint C[protected] reference no.7801 dated 21.12.2016. Although i made complaint on 21.12.2016, nobody attended the complaint. on 27.12.2016, your service provider asked me my availability at home. He told me that his timings are between 10 AM to 6 PM. And after 5 PM he would not attend the complaint. I told him that as i am working i will be at home at 6 PM then he may visit. He was was rude and categorically refused to attend the complaint.
