I have a Usha Lexus storage water heater installed in one of the wash rooms. This provides hot water to both the wash rooms at my home as the internal plumbing work was done in such a way at the time of construction.
Water is getting heated properly. However, the flow of the water is too thin and lot of steam is coming out. Would like to have the same checked and serviced by the technician.

I had complained on 09.07.22, complain CC[protected] and yesterday received msg that Sh Ajay kumar will come and attend your complain, No one has come so far to attend my complain

The Food Processor's motor is releasing burning smell when we switch it on. Plus, the dry / middle jar is leaking. Needs to be attended urgently. Thanks

I have taken a usha room heater but one bulb got fused today, Request you to kindly change the bulb of heater as soon as possible.It is under warranty.

I would like to say that I am trying continuous since from 30 day to call their customer care but I did not get any response from there then I spoke to amazon customer care twice because I bought this product from Amazon On which I would like to tell that today I have spoken to him and he is so rude, arrogant and unprofessional, he has given me a date within 12 days were they themselves do not know when their technician will come and on which slot will they come on which date, will I leave my work n stay at home for 12 days and keep waiting for them

My Juicer Mixture Grinder is not working since 15th August 2021. I register a complaint through mail i=on the same date. But problem is not resolved till date.
I am continuously raising my concern through mail & customer care but no one is responding positively. I don't know where should I complain now.

Part of my product is with their technician since then. They are harassed me a lot.

Pl. guide me for any further way of getting resolution of my problem. The company must be penalized for such a sever harassment of customer.

My brand new Usha ceiling fan's remote is not working. I raised complaint 1 month back but till date no resolution despite calling customer care and service center several times.

Frustated and mentally harassed, I will be logging a case in consumer court tomorrow.

My pressure booster pump is not working

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers & Consumer Electronics

The issue that I have experienced was: I bought a Usha mysty water heater on last Sunday 8th May and installed it going through manual however it did not heat water so I logged a complain on Tuesday morning I was told person would visit in 48 hours however no one came in that duration in spite of fact I was chasing it myself with local vendor and customer care then finally the engineer came and told due to dey heating it’s not working he did not have the heating rod to be changed so he came next day that to when I followed up next day he changed the rod and went and told it will work else call now after that also it did not work now today also he was not in so I called the vendor however now they are saying they need charges as heating rod was damaged due to dry heating on the box heating rod has 2 year warranty also gyser was never used as dry and the vendor and engineer are highly rude the vendor even went to state that they have multiple complains and not only this one to handle.

I need your intervention to get this resolved asap

My jar stopped working and i called usha customer care.it gv me A to Z electricals number for service.i called them and they sent a person who changed some parts anf charged 250/-. Exactly3 days later d jar got malfunctional again. I called A to Z electrical again but d person they had sent is not picking their phone and mine. Neither my jar is fixed nor am I getting a refund.

My usha pedestal fan model no Maxx air super not working one week

1. We had Purchased Colossus Wall Fan on 15th May 2022 from AMAZON.IN
2. Post installation we found that the Horizontal Oscillation of the Fan is not working even after pulling the String given in the Fan.
3. As the Fan is under 2 Yr Warranty, we did not touch any parts which would void the warranty.
4. Request to arrange a visit of Technician from your side to have a look and resolve the issue mentioned above.
