I purchased Usha Honeywell air cooler model CL601PM & Serial Number [protected]. Its not worming and I booked a complaint to Usha customer care as on 06-April-2022 under complaint no. CC[protected] and technician visited and telling me motor will be change I agree and pay it rs.400 to repair my cooler yet no one has come to repair the product, I called Usha customer care after one month the created another complaint for the same with number CC[protected] but there are not repairing my product.

I have purchased new USHA stand fan on date 25/09/2021 from S.M. Enterprises, Godda, Jharkhand. I got some problem regarding RPM of my stand fan. I hope my fan is in guarantee period. I expect that you have some resolution about this.
Please look into the matter at the earliest.

We brought new fan on 02/05/2022 and used only 2 hour and I have raised the complaint on 03/05.2022 with complaint number WC[protected] still now no as attained the complaint and we got message from usha service they have assigned the technician and that guy not responding for the phone call and we called toll free number and still issue is same please don't bug usha fan this is my humble request and worst experience I had.

Mono block pump and iron both are not working both are under warranty i already ragister my complaint many time but no response my number

Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought USHA 3 burner gas Stove Ebony New model from Vishal Mega Mart Vijaynagar Indore. Stove is not working properly. Because of that we are not able to cook food. None of the burner lighting properly. Flame is very Low of all the three burner. Because of Low flame chapati making is very difficult. I bought this product at emergency but we are not able to use it.

Mixer/Grinder purchased 4 months back is not operating properly we called service center people several time they sent technician once he took mixer jar it's been one month he hasn't returned it back .We use mixer one daily basis but now because of such issue we repaired our earlier Mixer .And kept this coslty new Usha mixer aside

My Halogen oven has stopped working. It does not even come on. It is out of warranty.

I have filed complaints on 4th April and then again on 20th April.
So far no one has called or attended to the request.

Also, calling the Usha customer complaint number is a nightmarish experience. The call constantly gets cut and then they will direct you to care, usha.com, which will not take your complaint.

USHA MIXER/GRINDER purchased on 07 july 2022, under 2 years warranty, has gone faulty. Complaint No. CC[protected] dated 09 april 2022 and Complaint No. CC[protected] dated 26 april 2022 lodged. Problem not fixed as on 27 april 2022, nor any feedback on the solution

My cyser not working. Maine first complaint 11/4/2022 ko kari thi aj 15 din ho gye lekin mera gyser abi tak thik nhi huha na mujhe kissi ka koyi response mil rha hai. Very bad service usha.

I have logged a request on 29 march which is not resolved by anyone. No one has reached out to me. When i call customer care or service center no one is response..Customer care team will keep on saying will escalate the case..this is so much shame on Usha company will not maintain the service. When i contact service center he was rude and denied to vist my place

Gas lighter problem.

Before 10days i m complain but it's not hear by company to solve my problem actually the cooler tank is leakage and it's under warranty period and nobody come to change the cooler tank so plz come to solve this problem because it's very important in summer...

I have been calling them since two months not resolved the issue. Person visited says he don’t have equipment very bad and very poor service.

The Usha company service is very bad for the water heaters. They have website and mobile app but both dont work. Customer care number rarely connect but response is very poor. Waste ckmpany.

I have Usha 450E embroidery machine and it was purchased from last 2years. Now it is not working properly and always repeating with the problem of thread cuts, so I need a technician to repair that one

Stitch on lower side is not coming properly

I had complained about the food processor on 14/03/2022 and they assigned Mr.Hanumathaih and I was told that he will call back to me but till now I haven't received any call. I tired calling him but he is not receiving the call or tried to revert to me...I have experienced the worst service from USHA and dint expect this from USHA

This Usha Food Processor (FP3811) is the worst ever product I've seen in my life. My father purchased this processor in Nov 2020 and it's stopped working for the fourth time till now.
We had registered our complaint on 27 Feb 2022, a technician visits our house and fix the issue but on the same day, the Food processor wasn't working. Then we registered a complaint again on 28 Feb 2022, now it is two weeks that no technician called or visited us.
Every time we call Customer care, or if we ask to contact us with a senior person they always give lame excuses.
