I am sorry to say that Usha compliant system and management very worsted, they are hold compliant 48 hour and after cancelled the compliant by self. my induction cooker deteriorate back to back. they are not solved full problem. my last compliant no is cc[protected]...

I bought Steam iron In May'22. From Day 1, I am not able to do ironing. Due to faulty product design, this Iron is sticking with the clothes.

Regret to inform that having a very bad experience with USHA service, where the SN Enterprises agent calls me & demands the customer to raise a demo call post informing him that there might be a technical issue with the disc holder hence we require a service person to look into it.

Wherein the agent is extremely rude, telling us that we are unaware of the usage & simply we raise a service request. Firstly...

I had purchased Usha fan in April 2021 and is under warranty. Unfortunately, in Aug 2022, we faced a problem and customer service sent an engineer, who informed immediate replacement as it is in warranty. Till date the replacement is not being made. I have Bajaj mixer of 1500 rupees cost.
I used it for 10 years. All the jars are still intact. No problem of threading worn out of any Jar.
I have purchased USHA 3811 food processor for 12, 000 rupees. So costly and high quality. Jar has neither broken or damaged. Even not a single plastic cuppler has worn out. The multi purpose Jar I found loose at its base. It does not have threading at one screw place. Hence it is loose...

I lodged complain( Complain No. is CC[protected]against fan on 20/07/2022. It was attended on 25/07/2022.
Technician could not solve failure and leave the fan in open condition ( without assemble).
Failure is pending but complain has closed without confirmation.
Please take action against Usha International Ltd.

I Mehak Rastogi phone no [protected] had purchased an iron press. I registered a complaint for getting it repaired and given it to the service centre, since 35 days i am waiting it to get repaired or replaced but yet nobody is working on it, the service centre is not supporting and even the Usha customer care service is worst. They are not listen to me and ending up my call. I want my press back either repaired or replaced....

I had brought a fan in March, it has stopped, it is not running....

In our food processor we were having the issue with the juice maker and we called your agent for that he took that equipment and since then never returned it. We are unable to use the food processor for the purpose of juice since then, also the agent of yours who took this from us did not even pick our call. We need you to look into that matter and make our equipment to be returned or replaced....

I have a Usha Lexus storage water heater installed in one of the wash rooms. This provides hot water to both the wash rooms at my home as the internal plumbing work was done in such a way at the time of construction.
Water is getting heated properly. However, the flow of the water is too thin and lot of steam is coming out. Would like to have the same checked and serviced by the technician....
