I have purchased Usha Food Processor dated 27.07-2021, since then i am facing lot of issues with it. I have tried to contact Usha many times but i did not get proper support, Now i am raising this complaint hoping that i will get my problem resolved.
My food processor is not working at all.
I have 2 years warrenty for my product.

Request you to kindly look into my issue and help me out of this.

    I parched an Induction Cooktop (1600-Watt) on august 2022 and it is still under warranty, and it has been not working for last 15 days. I have raised the complaint to customer care on 14 Jan 2023, and they assured me. technician will be visit at my home and issue will be rectified but I am not getting any response yet. It has been pending for a long time. please look into it and get it resolved at the earliest.

      It's Been more than 4 months, and No demo person has come to our house, Telling us that you live in Bhilai city, not Durg city, we don't provide service in Bhilai, Durg-Bhilai is the twin city of Chhattisgarh, and our house is only 4 km away from the drug, still they are not providing us the services.

          This is regarding the steam iron model- steam pro SI 3820 which i have purchased on 1/08/21. The iron is under the warranty period (2yrs.)

          Since i have purchased the iron, i am facing a lot of problem. I have registered complaint for it atleast 6-7 times till now. I have received the defective product due to which there is issue with the iron again and again. Right now it is under the warranty period but after the warranty i dont know how much it is going to cost me to make it rectify again and again.

          I have been requesting the customer care and the technicians to please get this product replaced as i am facing a lot of problems.

          Last to last time also there was some problem after which 2-3 times technicians came to home to rectify it but cousdn’t do so and took the iron to workshop after some days they returned back without rectifying it and again took it back to workshop. This process took more than 10 to 12 days.

          I have again issued the complaint as again i am facing the problem and requested the customer care to replace it but they only reply me by saying sorry we cant do that. I have spoken to mr. Sachin Singh at usha care by calling toll free number and requested them to transfer my call to manager so that i can speak to him about this but he clearly said me “ i cant transfer the call to manager as all decisions are only taken by technicians to i have to request them only for all the problems”. If he cant even listen to me about the problem than why is he sitting there at customer care ?

          After that technician took my iron to their workshop and said me that there is problem with the cord this time, now which will be changed on chargeable basis. I asked him to tell me how much is it gonna charge after which Mr. Pandey told me that i will inform you later as i have to see into the system. I have not got any call back from him and today i am receiving a message from usha care that my complaint (WC[protected]) haa been cancelled due to unavoidable reasons. What unavoidable reasons you have that you have cancelled My complaint? The product is still at your workshop and not yet rectified and you have cancelled my complaint.

          I asked the customer care person ( mr. Sachin singh) and the technician ( mr. Pandey), that i am facing a lot of issue and why their is problem with the iron again and agin and i have received the defective product, i have no option left with me as no manager is talking to me about this problem due to which i have to complaint it to consumer forum, then they said me “okay please do that as it wont matter to us and nothing would happen even after that”.

          I am so much disappointed with the product, service and the staff. i hope now you will be looking into this matter. I have never faced such an issue with any of the product in my whole life. I have even sent them an email about it on 28/11/22 but haven’t got any reply till now.

            It is very shocking when installation guy call me and said please return water heater to dealer. I am not coming for installation the water heater.
            I don't understand what typer of dealer USHA company have????
            This is my first and last experience.
            I am going to return the product
            And also want to tell that USHA HAVE VERY POOR SERVICE provider

              My usha fan is barely 5 months old and when it stopped functioning, I contacted customer support and raised ticket. They have provided me with a service center guy who never calls, responds and known to ghost calls as I can see from the google reviews. I talked to usha about this and they said they do not have ticket tracking systems and they do not know if tickets are ever closed. Customer has to go through all this just because he purchased it here

                I have never faced such a bad service on warranty in my entire life. The technician had no manner on how to speak and even though clearly hearing the sound issue, awas denying the issue altogether. The service center for this complaint was At Once Services. The technician was so rude even though i was talking politely, saying things like i cannot satisfy your issue and you re wasting my time and refusing to do even a simple fix. IT seemed like he was doing me a huge favour by even talking to me.Later on deliberately dumped a lot of greasy spare parts on my bedsheet and ruined them. Whenever i would try to talk to him to get the issue resolved he would make a very snark remark. Customer Care were no help at all and they didnt even assign the issue to someone else even after this technician deliberately refused to fix the issue 2 seperate times and told to discuss with service center only

                I have previously held USHA brand in high regard, but with this harrowing experience i will not be purchasing anything even remotley associated with this brand.

                  Dear team Usha,
                  I writing this mail regarding usha services,
                  I purchased Usha janome wonder stitch plus automatic sewing machine on 22th October and after purchase i request to usha customer care services free home demo .Customer care employee told our executives will given demo by 96 hours but not visits home and also not called after that again i called customer number and explained this request again customer care executive told we will arrange free home delivery earliest but also no response I think before purchasing usha services is best but reality is usha services is worst. I request team usha really think customer Friendly service. please check why delay regarding this service. Why are you promised free home demo this is sales gimmick. I struggled last 10 days and also lost my business. Team usha bare my business lost. This is request mail for regarding this. It's not resolved team usha i Think go to consumer forum court and raise complaint. Think it which one better.

                      I am sorry to say that Usha compliant system and management very worsted, they are hold compliant 48 hour and after cancelled the compliant by self. my induction cooker deteriorate back to back. they are not solved full problem. my last compliant no is cc[protected]

                        I purchased a Food processor of 10000rs in august 2021, got an issue with the product and raised several complaints but no one responded and no technician addressed the issue, I got fed up with their service.

                          I bought Steam iron In May'22. From Day 1, I am not able to do ironing. Due to faulty product design, this Iron is sticking with the clothes.
                          Dealer asked to complain in Usha. But no actions taken.

                          Such a useless product. waste of time & money.

                          Please refund my money .

                            I have usha cold press juicer and since 3 month i am calling customer care they always provide me service centre number. And service centre says they don't have part available bcz company doesn't have. i bought this juicer 4-5 years back its not that its too old. I wrote a mail too but there is no reply. i am really fed up and pissed off by there services. they need to work on it a lot. 3 month is a long time to wait. also customer care will put you on hold for 20 min than you yourself disconnect call.

                                    Two times the complaint No. CC[protected] booked and entrusted to mr venkat technician mobile No.[protected]. He was promised to visit and not yet visited and not lifting the phone. Second occasions the complaint was booked by referring the same complaint number and nobody neither visited the site not attended the compliant and complaint was closed without getting confirmation from the customer. The call is pending since 11.08.22 . I would like take it with appropriate forums to claim the damages.

                                        I have Bajaj mixer of 1500 rupees cost.
                                        I used it for 10 years. All the jars are still intact. No problem of threading worn out of any Jar.
                                        I have purchased USHA 3811 food processor for 12, 000 rupees. So costly and high quality. Jar has neither broken or damaged. Even not a single plastic cuppler has worn out. The multi purpose Jar I found loose at its base. It does not have threading at one screw place. Hence it is loose and leakage at base.
                                        Now question is how the threading can be damaged by customer???
                                        It is a manufacturing defect. I have received a defective pot.
                                        By spending so much for a very popular brand USHA, I can not expect it's part will be defective and of no use within a year and half.
                                        Hence requesting you please replace the multi purpose Jar as your technician said that it can not be repair
