I have USHA Stitch Magic-Janome. It is out of warranty. I bought it directly from USHA (E-SHOP). The machine is jammed. I have called several times for paid service
(1) online 27/9/2021. IC[protected].
(2) 21/1/2022 phone: Ref no.CC[protected]. The techie lied that he had called and I did not respond.
(3) 3/2/2022 & 3/3/2022: CC[protected]. I have even received the name of the techie who will come but he has not come. I have called him but he NEVER answers the phone. Today I called the #800 again and after explaining the problem asked to speaks with the supervisor to find an optional method of getting the desired service. I was put on hold for 35 minutes so I finally disconnected my call.

    My name is Amitayush Priyadarshi, my registration is [protected], and I have dealt with a number of issues regarding my In-Warranty product o[censored]SHA Induction 3616.
    I regret to inform you that I have not received any resolution of my complaint no. IC[protected] that was registered on 30 January.
    There have been a number of instances where I have been either verbally disrespected by the USHA personnel or have been provided sub standard service:
    1. The service resolution took more than 3 visits and 15 days to reach a conclusion, which was that the product cannot be repaired and a sticker was pasted on it with a time limit of 45 days. (during the 1st and 2nd visit of the service person, he was very disrespectful towards me until I complained about it in the customer care). (please find an attachment of the same).

    2. I have been contacting my nearest showrooms (details shared by customer care personnel) for replacement since the date the replacement sticker was pasted on my product, but, the person responsible has either said, "we will order the product and let you know."- for the past 20 days. Or, have been outright denied by others, saying either, "we don't have this product, and we don't order it." or, "We do not order this product and I am in a meeting and cannot talk to you."
    3. When I took this concern to one of your customer care representatives, despite explaining to her my situation, she did not escalate my request for quicker resolution and rather told me to mail to the customer care.

    I request you to please look after my concern, as I have done everything that was asked of me by USHA and yet still haven't been able to enjoy my product even for 1 year.

            Slicing and shredding is not functioning. problem could not be resolved though Usha service engineer visited and taken photograph. It seems to be a design problem, Usha is selling the machine with faulty design, You are requested to replace the food processor or refund the purchase amount.

              I have purchased Usha FP 3811 Food Processor vide Invoice No DL-DEX[protected] dated 30.07.2021. From the first week of purchase this Food Processor is giving problems. First Grinder Jar shucked and melted. Usha charged Rs 1800 to replaced grinder jar. Now Slicing and shredding is not functioning. There is design problem. I complained many times but usha could not resolve the issue. You are requested to replace the food processor and give food processor after checking all the functions

              This problem is not resolved. Though Usha service engineer visited and taken photograph. As it seems to be design issue. you are requested to replace the food processor or refund Rs 10499 plus Rs 1800

                I brought USHA Food Processor FP3811 in 01012022.All parts of food processor working, normarmal fruit juice jar just cracking. This is my problem, please kindly help regarding this matter.

                  Water pump purchased in October 2021 from authorise dealer from Hazaribagh Jharkhand. Pump is not starting. Complain registered through toll free number but service request canceled without giving proper solution. As per technician damaged parts not covered in warranty. They told me old parts has been packed in new box. Usha is making fool to general public with false promises to give replacement warranty. Very disappointed to see level of service standard maintained by such a big brand.

                          My complaint #CC[protected] about Usha heater which stopped working in just 18 days is not being taken seriously. It's almost a week now. They say a part is not available. How come such a big company is not having the basic part 'a fan coupler' available? What is the use of after sale service then?
                          It's too cold nowadays and I am not able to use the heater just bcoz they don't have the part available. It will not be useful if they service it after winter season is over.
                          It looks my biggest mistake to trust Usha.

                            Dear Team,

                            I write this with extreme pain on account of the dealing from 'We Technical Care, Trivandrum'.
                            Had issue with the oscilation of my fan, Helix Mefa HS Table Fan, which is under warranty period, and given for repair on 13.01.2022. It was told to me that it might take 2 days for responding. Till 22.01.2022, i got zero response from the service centre and tried reaching them multiple times over phone.

                            Today, 22.01.2022, i visited the service centre and found that my fan is un-attended. When enqiured, their answer was surprisingly irresponsible and asked to wait for some more days for them to check and respond. Since I am about to relocate from trivandrum, i had to take back my fan, unrepaired.

                            This is for your kind noting and necessary action, to avoid such incidents in future.

                            I am a loyal customer o[censored]sha equipments, having multiple fans and a mixie. Had very good rapport with your staff at Usha Co. Store at Kochi also.

                              I bought a Usha heater less than a month ago and since it has hardly works because either I am waiting for someone to come and collect it for repair or its in service centre.

                              3 complaints in one month and without any resolution.

                              I did not get any resolution even talking to service centre or customer care. They just tell me to keep repeating this process.

                              I would not recommend anyone to buy Usha product anymore, neither I will buy.

                              It's one of the worst customer service and product experience ever.

                                  I had purchased Usha qh 3002 model heater in 20.12.2020 from M/S Imperial Home World, Singh More, Ranchi, Jharkhand but at that time one upper rod is not working properly. I don't complaint due to my official engagement. But in last Dec. 2021 under the warranty period I have handed over for repairing and received in good condition. But nest day again upper rod is not working. Again I complaint for the same. They
                                  again send it company for repairing and chargerd Rs 100/- why. But the rod performance is not as original one? I have fed-up with this product. Pl. Do the needful.

                                    I bought the heater from Amazon which has a warranty for 1 year. After using it for 2 months, the upper heating tube isn't working anymore. I'll attach the invoice. I'm requesting a refund or repair. Please be quick.

                                      I always face problem with usha service. The person they always assigned to me has the worst behaviour. Usha always assigned the same person and always i have to face problem in usha service. Always my complaint take 3 4 days to resolve or sometime it can't be resolved. But the service man always ask me the code to close the complaint as he have to submit it by 24 to 72hrs, otherwise he will not get payment from company regarding the complaint. And it's 3rd time he come to me see the warranty card and bill and ask me to wait for 2 to 3 days as he send the photos of my product to company and it will be replace by 2 to 3 days. And what happened next i got a call from company regarding the same complaint that he there mention that i don't have warranty card and my complaint got canceled today due to anavoidable reasons. So is this the kind of service usha is providing to their custmore or dealers. Worst sevice ever. 0/10.
