Usha International — Poor service

My usha halogen oven is not working. I made a complaint 3 weeks back and they told me that my complaint would be resolved with 48 hrs. No one came. I made a complaint after 2 days again and again the same story. I was so irritated of being humiliated by making a call again and again for it that I finally spoke to the representative asking to return the product so she asked me to wait for that day. After 2 days again I called and spoke to the senior . I am fed up. all.my money has gone down the drain. The senior told me that someone will come before 8 pm that day and still no one turned up. I have realised that this company only takes its customers for granted and diarespects them. It is the worst company. How many times should a person call?? I want to throw away this product and would not advise anyone to buy anything from this company
