Hi there,
Today I've tried 2 times applying for a new PAN card for my Sister.
Payment got deducted from my Credit card but application not been processed.
I'm sharing both Reference numbers.

    Please advice how to redeem the amount

    We had been to UTI office Bangalore (Ulsoor branch) but they said we need to connect with Mumbai office. We have sent a mail and are waiting for their response.

      Good evening,

      I constantly receive the information "Problem fetching records. Please try again." whenever I seek to download my e-PAN card from the dedicated UTIITSL Facility for download of e-PAN card portal. I am absolutely certain that I am entering the correct credentials having done so on the Income Tax website as well. In addition, my phone number and email address are also linked to my PAN card - fulfilling the prerequisite to avail e-PAN card via the aforementioned UTIITSL portal.

          I had submitted application for PAN Card correction for my name post marriage . In applicant name field I had provided the new surname . I have provided proofs accordingly but application is withheld saying name mismatch.

                I completed all of my pan details..after that I done payment via billdesk gateway... While processing.. my money was deducted but showing failure I done 2 times on same day.2 times my money was deducted but application is not processed my application no is N[protected].. kindly help

                  Objection raised for PAN processing as "Father Name Mismatch", Kindly note that the mismatch is due to online application processing .Dept. data shows Father name as "Surname"&"First name" and my application data shows Father name as "First name" & "Surname".

                    My pan number NNWSP3448N is unable to update at bank because bank says there is no record of this pan in ITD database but my pan card is successful active & also registered successfully at incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in

                      I am facing the record(pan) not found in ITD database/invalid issue when I use my pan card number. I can't fix this issue and don't know why this error is showing.

                        Application form submitted to pune office on 21st dec.
                        Tried calling the 033 number for customer care, but the response i got was not satisfactory.
                        They are asking me to write an application on a4 size application to manager with details of form submitted to office.
                        Not sure why is the need of an application on a4 size when i have already provided the form number and scanned copy as a proof of application submitted to pune office on 21st with stamp as received.

                        Today also called pune office to check the status, but as per their records still inward has not happened.
                        Can you please tell me how long it will take to receive a PAN card.

                            I have applied for a new PAN card using https://www.pan.utiitsl.com/, and I have selected the Digital Mode Aadhaar based e-KYC option. I have successfully made the payment using a debit card, and an amount of INR 106.90 has been deducted from the bank account. But, my application has been rejected stating, "your digital PAN application is rejected as your Mobile no. not registered with AADHAAR". Then, where is my money? I want a refund of my money immediately.

                                I CH VENKATAPATHI RAJU is a member of the senior citizen unit plan. My certificate number is SC[protected]. I have made an application in June 2020 in your Hyderabad office for reimbursement of medical expenditure in connection with the medical treatment of my wife Srimathi. CH Subhadra. I received a letter with the number o[censored]TIITSLC/SCUP/CLAIMS/NO.0076. Dt 08/10/2020 informing me that an NEFT payment of RS150000 has been initiated on 30/9/2020 towards the settlement of the medical claim. As my account in Andhra bank did not reflect the receipt of the above amount I contacted your Hyderabad office and informed them of the above position. Instead of verifying the same from your accounts, I was asked to produce my bank passbook to show that the amount was not received. I produced my bank passbook in your Hyderabad office to confirm that the medical reimbursement was not received. I also informed them that Andhra Bank is now union bank and that there is a change in the IFSC code. I also gave them the changed IFSC code. The above details are in public knowledge which could have been verified on the net by your Hyderabad office by a click of a button. Instead of doing it, I was again asked to get a letter from Andhra Bank on their letterhead showing the changed IFSC code and change in the name of the bank. It could be seen that your Hyderabad office is most unhelpful in settling the medi claim and also making a senior citizen of more than 80 years to run around the bank and office on the simple pretext. The delay in settlement of my medical claim for the simple reason of change in the name of the bank and its IFSC code cannot be appreciated. I, therefore, request that the concerned may be instructed to settle my claim immediately. I am giving my bank details below

                                  For last one mont i did not received pan card when i check it was showing as with held for processing, when i saw the pan no is wrongly written by the computer operator, i told about it on[protected] Now they are not entertaining the quary. For this service i paid Rs 250/- .

                                    Applied for my son's PAN card on 23/Oct/2020 and after regular follow ups now since 1 month it shows "PROCESSED SUCCESSFULLY". I have neither received any sms/ email communication regarding the same. When enquired about PAN card dispatch I am getting all sorts of anwers like we have escalated this matter/ our system is down/ our representative will call etc with new ticket at each incidence. This is not acceptable, with out tracking ticket to logical closure, raising new ticket each time wont serve the purpose and I expect a prompt action by senior authority. I am tired following up and listening to stereotype answers.
