I submitted a request for updation of PAN Card using e-kyc. Immediately after making payment of Rs 106.9, it showed me " Your Digital PAN application is rejected as UID Demographic Authentication is not exact match. Please apply PAN application through physical submission mode". Then why should you debit money from the applicant for online e-kyc?. I want my money back.

    Demanding refund of debited amount Rs. 106.90 against PAN application vide coupon No. U-N[protected] dated 06/08/2021 at 09:55:40 PM which was rejected due to mobile number not registered with aadhaar card.

        Utiitsl deducted amount 106.90 on 2nd July on applying phone number change in existing PAN.
        I did not get application no. or any acknowledgement.
        It is around one month, niether they are providing me with application no. (If it is generated), nor refunding my money.
        They asked me many details on email, I had given all of them. But they are not resolving the case.

          I, Mayank Srivastava, My application no.N[protected] dated on 2/07/2021, want my refund as after making payment of 101 INR due to wrong aadhar gets printed on my pan card form in DSC mode, What I have given not matched with the printed aadhar card. I wamt my refund in this bank account from which amount paid up.

            My Ticket number is #316768 PAN processing Coupon Number: -Q[protected]
            I mail to cancel the application and for money refund on 19th may 2021
            And i got mail form utiitsl in that day and nxt day 20th may 2021 that proccesed my mail and we will verify the records and revert in this regards.
            I call after 7 days but they told me to call nxt after 7 days. Then i call back but your representative told me for nxt 7 day
            What can i do please kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.It's been 54 days since I canceled the application.

                  My pan application is rejected so I want to cancel the application and provide me the refund amount.

                  I don't want to continue the application. Regarding same many time mail to UTITSL still I don't get the refund amount.

                  I want to correct the sequence of my name on the Pan card.
                  My Pan card has my name printed as Surname first (as my school LC had it that way). My aadhar and other documents have my name in the right order.

                  I tried to fill in the online CSF form and gave my name as per the aadhar card. But I am getting the below error
                  "Your Digital PAN application is rejected as UID Demographic Authentication is not exact Match"

                  I don't understand which details are miss-matched here? Since,
                  1. the name I would like to change to is as per aadhar.
                  2. My AAdhar and Pan **are already linked**

                  Could you please let me know what I might have missed?

                                  I have bought the Mediclaim under SCUP Scheme. My certificate number is SC[protected]. I claimed reimbursement of medical expenses for my wife Bhooma Raju, for the hospitalisation and the treatment o[censored]rinary Track Infection in the year 2019, November. We received an objection letter from you after about 10 months of my claim. As asked by you I resubmitted with the original discharge card and the certified copy of the registration certificate of the Niramaya Hospital in Mumbai. I sent it in January itself. My logobook is with you. Please settle my dues soon. send this complaint to the proper authority. The detaails are in Chennai office. I don't know how to approach as there is no proper contact number from your side. My repeated letters have no response yet.
