I am jayakumar, i applied for pan correction to chennai utiitsl office by post in september of this year. But it was returned due to incomplete details/document proof. So i sent it again with proper details/document proof in october 10th through speed post [speed post no : et[protected]in ]. It was delivered next day to chennai utiitsl office. But, still now i didn't get my pan, not even any update of pan. I report this to chennai region through email and phone call still now i didn't get any reply for email or phone calls from chennai region.

My application number is [protected] and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com but no Acknowledgement number and no next proccess error debited my account bal plz refund my amount. My pan card number is AINPR1213R AND 2 TIME PROCCESS and same error 2 time amount debite with my account.

    My name is ankit patel and i have applied for pan card online in may of 2018 and it has been months and still, i haven't received my pan card yet. I have mailed them regarding this issue but there has been no response ever since and on tracking the pan status it states your pan [ protected ] card returned undelivered due to [applicant not known ] on 08/06/2018 and lying in mumbai office. I don't know how to reach them as i have tried calling too and i haven't been out of the station in these months and there is always somebody at home.

      I have applied for my pan card as with Name Jaipal Ramani, Application number is A[protected] PAN number allotted DWHPR0889C on dated 3 November 2018 but till now i have not received PAN card then i checked status on website status is your application is processed successfully but card is not printed due to some reason.I have attached image of status.
      Please take any action so that i could get my PAN Card as soon as posssible. More than One months have passed but i could not received. Kindly do something

        Greetings for the day,

        I am applying the pan card for my mother yesterday (6th dec 2018) at coimbatore, and i check the status on the next day (7th dec 2018) 5:45 pm by track the pan card in this link https://www.trackpan.utiitsl.com/PANONLINE/PANTrackerSearchStatus but it shows "batch containing this physical application is not received yet. Verify with our utiitsl office at the address to which you have posted/submitted this physical application set."

        What they try to mean that? And what i can do for this?

        My acknowledgement no. Is g[protected]

        Please suggest some tips or guidance for me as soon as possible...

        Its a urgent need...

          payment made but status is showing payment under verification

          I had made payment to pan application no : a[protected], through my csc id. Payment is debited from my account, but status is showing "application payment is under verification, payment is not received as per utiitsl records". I contact the utiitsl customer care, they ask me to send the mail, i had sent the mail, but there is no response, again i called to customer care after two days, they said me to wait till update, and we dont know how...

            I applied pan application on 27/10/2018 from umang app and on the same day i couriered the documents as per procedure to the chennai utiitsl and that documents they have received at their office and still now those people are not at all responding, dozens of mail communications went on but not was fruit full, the dtdc, doc. No:b56621412 which clearly showing that it is delivered in chennai utiitsl office but till now nobody is receiving the call and no body even manager is not at updating even though complaint draft has been mailed and kolkatta customer care, every time i have to detail the story, kindly help me out at urgent basis, every body in my office they are blaming me and im helpless now

                As when i am applied for pan card and my pan card received as incorrect date of birth.in that time i was not in a position to reapply for corrected one due r some personal reasons

                I have reapply for correction one.. As i am planning to do higher course for that i need pan card details.. Due to mismatch of date of birth in my id i can't get education loan..

                  I have applied pan card application to utiitsl in ramaswamy circle but upto today i have not received any pan card also but when i came to there that office is closed and now another one new office is opened in that same building and they are not resposing correctly with customer now so pls don't give any agency in this place and in the new office they are charging 250rs per application pls resolve us our problem sir

                    Sir I haven't received my PAN card yet. The last update was on 13th November 2018 that Card has despatched from kokan Bhavan but yet to receive!!
                    Usually a registered parcel may take 5 to 7 days for maximum but it's been for more than two weeks now

                    Please resolve this asap my consignment number is RM[protected]IN

                          While applying new pan card through utiitsl online pan portal, at the time of payment my transaction has failed. But a few minutes after amount rs. 106 was debited from my bank account. But there is no confitmation from utiitsl. But the application status on there website also showing that "your pan application with aadhaar based e-kyc option is still incomplete. Use regenerate online option to complete and submit your application for processing". I request you to resolve this problem and get to make sure refund.

                            My pan number is ( IWMPS8117N ) and my application coupan number is ( U[protected], this card was issued on 16/09/2017 but till now i didn't get my pan card, plsz resolve my problem, now a days pan card is manditory for all purposes, so plsz consider this as a serious issue from my self and provide my pan card as soon as possible through post or please send me a copy of my pancard to my mail address, my mail address is ( [protected]@GMAIL.COM ), plsz resolve my issue as soon as possible because it's very important to all my purposes

                                  Ref.1 : my on-line pan application no: n[protected] dt, 02/11/2018. I have applied on-line for a new pan in the ref1. Above cited i have paid rs.107/- by using my canara bank debit card online payment cheque no :[protected] on 02/11/2018. After make payment, i didn't receive acknowledgement receipt and form49a mismatch occurred. So, i cant' take print out. Hence i request to refund the amount debited from my a/c of rs.107/- for the ref.1 pan application.

                                    My dad’s PAN application is withheld for processing for more than 6 months and no proper response from the consumer service line. Kindly do the needful to generate the PAN.
                                    The application does not clearly say the reason for withholding, and the service representative also doesn’t explain. Have been trying multiple options, would be grateful if you could help resolve this issue.
