Please consider this mail as a cry for help! I am very upset with the services o[censored]TI TSL Navi Mumbai branch and UTI TSL in general. I fail to understand how can you send documents as important as a PAN card with any unrealiable couriers!!!

I had applied for changes to my PAN card. I had forwarded the documents to UTI, Chennai on 24/04/2017. It was received by them on 26/04/2017. I have the tracking from India Post.

I have not heard anything from them. Their tracking application reveals that the documents have not been received by them.

I applied for pan card on 22 march 2017 from uti and at 27th march i received an email with coupon no to track my pan application. After couple of days when i track the my pan card, then i am getting following status message. "your application is withheld for processing." and the objection reason is "[ ao details not valid ]"

I thought it was not any error by my side to resolve this issue so i draft an email to them, but didn't...

They processed my application in 3 months and then when they approve the application and send the application to uti and generate the coupen code but link for tracking is showing records not found since 1 month.
