Pan [ aazpi0860k ] card dispatched through registered post vide consignment no rm[protected]in on 17/05/2017.
Whom so ever it may concern,
Sir,
As per the above detailed information you were provided my pan card was dispatched by you on 17/05/17 but i have no information on the web while on searching for the same, (Link provided)
I don't know the exact reason of the problem in normal course the consignment delivering time was over right now,

Pan [ dfapk6598p ] card dispatched through registered post vide consignment no rm[protected]in on 13/05/2017. If it was dispatched on 13 may then why this consignment's status is not available on india post even after ten days. On calling india post they replied this consignment is not booked. If its not booked then why uti is showing wrong status. Its almost 50 days since i applied for pan card change request. When i tried to call uti customer care, all the numbers were busy. One call was answered but after your executive noticed my application number he asked me to wait and put the call on hold. After waiting for eight minutes my call was disconnected. Its so frustrating. Uti is not providing services properly. I need my pan card urgently. Please dispatch it as earlier as possible

Hello my name is Aryan Mittal. I applied for pan card for change in name because i changed my name from Court and i also submitted my court affidavit official gazette documents and also submitted my old name documents like aadhaar card, pan card, voter id etc etc.. Whenever i go to that pan service center where i applied, they checked my application no. On Internet and tells me that my application is under verification.. I don't understand why since 2 months crossed still i haven't got proper verification details and not gotten the pan card. Please help me

I had applied new pan card application through emudhra limited (Pan services) on 16/04/2017 (Emudhra application ref no.[protected] dt.16-apr-2017) and the same was approved by them on 17/05/2017. Received the mail stated that the application has been forwarded to uti-itsl for further processing on 17/05/2017 via coupon number.[protected]. While checking the status of my application with uti-itsl website it shows that “record not found”. Kindly looking to this and do the needful.

Please consider this mail as a cry for help! I am very upset with the services o[censored]TI TSL Navi Mumbai branch and UTI TSL in general. I fail to understand how can you send documents as important as a PAN card with any unrealiable couriers!!!

My PAN card (CBEPA0133M) as per your records was dispatched on 1st march 2017 but hasn’t reached me till date. All attempts to contact UTI / A1 courier has been in vain. And my post office consignment no is RM[protected]IN, also i am unable this delivery find out on the post office website, Please tell me what should i do for this case.

UTI TSL holds the onus of hassle free and timely delivery of these PAN cards, if the customer has to follow up every day 10 times, without any fruitful outcome – then I have serious doubts on your customer service. I must say – I never had this bad an experience with any service provider in the country. Even the typical government departments we always curse, are far better.

While checking the status of my application with UTI-ITSL website it shows that “Record not found”. Kindly looking in to this and do the needful.

I had applied for changes to my PAN card. I had forwarded the documents to UTI, Chennai on 24/04/2017. It was received by them on 26/04/2017. I have the tracking from India Post.

I have not heard anything from them. Their tracking application reveals that the documents have not been received by them.

Their telephone numbers are always busy. [protected] and [protected]. I got through one other number [protected]. They confirmed that the documents have been received by them.

But no response for the last one week.

I want the new PAN card with the change of address.

Daughter of my brother in law from pune, maharashtra has received wrong name on her pancard. Her original name is shrutika deodhar kavade & she has got name printed on her pancard lavade sjritika deodhar. Pan no. Of this card is arnpl9427c. The meaning of this wrong surname printed on pancard is not gentle. Its very worst meaning in marathi language. The officials working on this must have sense about the same. As she is girl her parents got too much hurt to see it.
Very strong action required against such authorities to prevent such incidents.
