We have applied for addition of surname to our name from 1. Vandana to vandana suneja and 2. Vibhu raja to vibhu raja suneja online to utiitsl on 02.05.17 vide application code q[protected] and q[protected] along with requisite fee of rs.107 each. The hard copies of application along with copies of aadhar card as proof of identity, proof of address and proof of date of birth and copy of"pan" as required by them was sent at their new delhi address on 04.05.17 received at their office on 08.05.17. Since 10.05.17 no body picked up phone numbers mentioned at their site. Now their site says "processing withheld for want of complete documents". Which documents no body is telling as nobody is attending the call. There is absolutely no grievance redressal system available. So, please help us and arrange us to get amended pan issued with surname, enabling us to file itr this year to seek refund.

I am writing to you regarding my pan application, i have dispatched all the relevant documents to mumbai branch, in first week of march from london, but still haven't received any update. Could you please advise what i have to do next to speed up the process? I have tried to contact by phone in india but there is no reply so far.

I had applied online pan application on the name of mamta aggarwal at 22.05.2017. Everything is ok upto payment made, but after the payment was deduct, site was hanged & then failed. I had not received any coupon number, any application number against my application, but the payment was deduct & no return till 24.05.2017.
I had made many mails to utiitsl dept., but there is no response.
I had made phone calls, but again there is no response, they are not picking the phone.
I had sene mail to hdfc bank also, but from there they want the proof that the merchant was not recd the payment.

What can i do, shall i lost my money or what???

Pan [ dfapk6598p ] card dispatched through registered post vide consignment no rm[protected]in on 13/05/2017. If it was dispatched on 13 may then why this consignment's status is not available on india post even after ten days. On calling india post they replied this consignment is not booked. If its not booked then why uti is showing wrong status. Its almost 50 days since i applied for pan card change request. When i tried to call uti customer care, all the numbers were busy. One call was answered but after your executive noticed my application number he asked me to wait and put the call on hold. After waiting for eight minutes my call was disconnected. Its so frustrating. Uti is not providing services properly. I need my pan card urgently. Please dispatch it as earlier as possible

Hello my name is Aryan Mittal. I applied for pan card for change in name because i changed my name from Court and i also submitted my court affidavit official gazette documents and also submitted my old name documents like aadhaar card, pan card, voter id etc etc.. Whenever i go to that pan service center where i applied, they checked my application no. On Internet and tells me that my application is under verification.. I don't understand why since 2 months crossed still i haven't got proper verification details and not gotten the pan card. Please help me

Please consider this mail as a cry for help! I am very upset with the services o[censored]TI TSL Navi Mumbai branch and UTI TSL in general. I fail to understand how can you send documents as important as a PAN card with any unrealiable couriers!!!

My PAN card (CBEPA0133M) as per your records was dispatched on 1st march 2017 but hasn’t reached me till date. All attempts to contact UTI / A1 courier has been in vain. And my post office consignment no is RM[protected]IN, also i am unable this delivery find out on the post office website, Please tell me what should i do for this case.

UTI TSL holds the onus of hassle free and timely delivery of these PAN cards, if the customer has to follow up every day 10 times, without any fruitful outcome – then I have serious doubts on your customer service. I must say – I never had this bad an experience with any service provider in the country. Even the typical government departments we always curse, are far better.
